He kept a focused eye on the project as it progressed and kept us in the loop. We received his name through a friends colleague and we are so thankful he was available within our timeline. His bid was reasonable for the scope of the job —even slightly less than the second bid we received —and we are very pleased with the final outcome. One thing I should mention is that his crew had to remove popcorn ceiling from our 1980s home. It’s an arduous job at best but he has the equipment to do it expeditiously and with a great result. Our most recent project involved repainting an entire rental home that was well loved. There were holes and patchwork required on every wall, dark and glossy paint to cover and some ceiling damage to repair. They did a wonderful job! The walls look brand new, you cannot tell where they patched or where they covered dark paint. In addition, Ryan and his team are wonderful communciators and highly responsive. What I was most impressed with during our conversations was the concern the team had for providing the highest quality results for their customers. This is accomplished by hiring and supporting the most experienced people they can find, then giving them clear, customer focused, instructions as to how the job must be done. The project managers are involved in the entire process from developing the estimate to conducting the final walk-through with the customer. Providing a single point of contact for the customer.If you want experienced professionals to repair or update your home or office, the Home Drywall team is a superior choice.

Michael Markos: We worked with Chris Kolbe at Home Drywall & Painting and couldn't have had a better experience. He was very expert and responded quickly to any of our emails/texts. Our house was built in 1957 and the ceiling had had water damage over the years from ice dams. The ceiling had a plaster texture so just patching would have been noticeable. Also, there were stepped tiers of shallow molding running along the edge of the ceiling. Chris' team did an expert job of stripping off the texture and preserving the molding giving us a beautiful smooth ceiling. And the cost was very reasonable for 340 sq. ft. So, I would highly recommend Chris and team for any plasterwork.

Michael Morris: Gerid, the site manager, was very helpful. He saw us through every step of what was a very large project for us. Before any work was done he explained what we could expect. After the project was done he did a walk through to insure that everything had been done properly. And anything that wasn't quite right he made sure he or his workers fixed it. There was only one problem he couldn't fix because it was a subcontractor tiler whose work just wasn't up to par. But, still, he even offered options for us then.

There was a giant hole in my ceiling that I asked them to patch and match the surrounding ceiling. It took a few trips, but they were patient with me and the end result looks great.

They worked with us to select colors for the stucco, and a contrast for the foundation apron. Brought us large color boards so we could really assess different combinations.
