I took my car in to get a fender replaced and paint on my door. There was a rust spot on the bottom trim bordering the fender. Collision Bonilla repaired my damage perfectly and in a very short time. They were very easy to work with, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing body work. They even changed my oil.. literally the best experience I've ever had with any type of auto service.

Dobrila Stancevic: I am a returning customer, after Bonilla repaired my car after a front end collision 3 years ago. They did a superior job. Now, my 26 year old car had so much rust, that the rear bumper fell off. I did not hesitate to return to Bonilla. Sergio and his team cut out all the rusted areas and restored both rear panels and wheel wells, painting the panels to match the car, and reattaching the bumper. They touched up other areas of the car, that were beyond the scope of the job. My old car looks better than new, and at a reasonable price in less than a week. His workers take pride in their work.

I initially went to a shop that billed directly with my insurance company, and they quoted me $1500 for the job. I then went to Central Ave and their estimate was $1000. They were able to replace the back parts of the car in 3 days instead of their first estimate of 5 days. They also did a great job of wrapping my dashcam cable around the edge of the windshield so it was out of the way. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Worth the 4-month wait, and very happy with the service!
DIANA SIGETY: I had some scratches on my bumper from other cars brushing against it. I wasn't too sure if I should have to have someone fix it or not. But they convinced me that it wasn't worth fixing and would cost more than anything. He told me I could bust out a lot of it, so this save me a lot of money as well as time without my vehicle!This was very enlightening that the person didn't try to sell me more things than I needed. I love the fact that they have text communication with you whenever they install a part, run into an issue, or have to change the time it will be fixed. Yes, there were some minor delays, but stuff happens. I'm not sure why others are complaining about lack of communication, because I was getting texted EVERYTHING. I absolutely love that.This was without a doubt the smoothest experience I've had with getting a vehicle repaired. Douglas Thomas: I came in early one Friday morning with a rental car that had a noticeable horizontal scratch on the right side over the rear tire from an evergreen bush. I asked the woman employee if there was anyway they could attempt to buff the scratch out. She had me pull into one of the bay areas and she immediately went to work on my car. She was able to remove most of the scratch, except for a portion that was down to the metal. When I asked "how much?" she declined any payment. I offered her lunch money and she refused. Needless to say, I am appreciative of her willingness to work on the car immediately and her effort and skill to remove most of the scratch. The fact she did not charge me and wouldn't even accept a token payment left me with a very good impression of the company and its employees. Thank you!
FoxFire Painting LLC: The folks at Classic Collison exceeded my expectations. When I called to get an estimate they had me come in immediately and provided me with a written estimate and an open date to bring my car in. The staff were always available and kept me informed during the process. The used hatch they replaced on our work vehicle turned out to be in better condition than the one that was originally on the vehicle. The cost was half as much as the other body shops estimate and they did it twice as fast as the other shops estimated finish date. Dealing with both Master Collision and the car rental took about 30 minutes for dropping off my car and getting the rental car and less than 15 minutes to drop off the rental car and pick up my car when it was ready, so it was very convenient.

During the entire process I was informed exactly what they were doing with my car. When they ordered the parts, when they installed the parts, when they were ready to paint it, all the way down to when the car was ready to be picked up. Communication was awesome.As for the work I couldn't be happier. It looks awesome. Completely fixed, paint job is great, looks like the damage never happened in the first place!Here is the best part. They cleaned the inside of my car for me without me asking/requesting. It's not like a full detailing or anything but they wiped off all my surfaces and cleaned out my floor mats. That is way more than I could ever ask for and really appreciate that extra service they provided for me.Whether you need somewhere to work on body work or your insurance is telling you to use them. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

They once completely repaired a jeep grand Cherokee that we flipped in 3 times. It was totaled but the engine was fine. They fixed the entire body of the car. I brought my rig in because multiple friends recommended this place after having had excellent experiences. Unfortunately there was a hiccup in the work I had done which I wasn’t able to know until I had my rig back. And this is the important part. When I called and spoke with the owner about it *he made it right and then some*. I’m in the trades myself and let me tell you there’s no way to guarantee 100% perfection all time. What matters is how you deal with things that go wrong.I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle here again and I highly recommend this place to anyone. There’s a close to a 100% chance they’ll nail it on the first try but you can count on them standing on their integrity and making it right if it’s not. That is so incredibly rare these days and absolutely invaluable.All in all, you can trust these guys, they were prompt, their prices are fair, work is good. Couldn’t ask for more.Thank you Ramin!

Rorie Nakisha: had major break down. They took me early it was rescheduled for Friday at 6am. Delivery hours shut down at 2:30pm and I arrived at 1:40pm. The yard is very small but can maneuver to get my 53ft trailer you have to jackknife the truck but traffic can still move around. The dock worker was very impressed because he’s seen several drivers take 45 mins to get it but I made it in one shot. Also to get out you have to back out on to the street at an angle just to clear the tractor to swing out. This is the type of service that drivers like we work together not against each other. Thanks you guys for such a great experience.

Raven Pluim: I have included before and after pictures of my car, the hail damage my car received less than six months after I purchased it was off-the-charts, this shop made it look like it never happened. The only problems I had with the process where my insurance company. I highly recommend this shop if your car gets damage to it, even when the insurance company recommended a more expensive path that would have netted them more profit they insisted that the proper use of action was the one that was cheaper cuz they had the skill to pull it off and they were absolutely right. This is an excellent business and if my car receives further damage over time, I will be returning here again.PS I meant to post this review like over a month ago, but life has been busy, hopefully this helps you if you're looking for a place to get your car some body work! This is the place to do that!
