Kassie Malchow: Dr. Casey made me feel at ease during my egg freezing process. I would highly recommend her to my near and dear and I think that speaks volumes. I felt like she cared about me as an individual and wanting the best outcomes for this journey. Very thankful to be taken such good care of by Dr. Casey and the entire CRM staff!
Tuesday Manthei: Successfully got pregnant with twins after the fourth IUI. We worked with Dr. Casey, and while she’s very matter of fact and not very emotional, her work got the job done!

Jamie Ogborn: Dr. Kapfhamer is great. He understands how frustrating infertility is. He was prepared and took the time to talk through what went well with the last cycle, what didn't, and our options if we wanted to continue with another cycle. There was no pressure and he left plenty of time for any questions we had. If considering CRM and planning to use insurance be aware that their billing department is not as great, we are continuing with CRM because of the great medical team, but we have been very frustrated with the billing issues, unwillingness of CRM to fix the billing issues, and rude financial coordinator.Two months after everything cleared with insurance and and insurance representative left a message with CRM with contact information if they disagree CRM stated that it isn't resolved and they refuse to work it out with my insurance company. They are still saying they disagree about coverage agreed upon and that they hold credits until 90 days after the last cycle unless someone demands a refund and it's a several week process. If you are concerned about money or ethics try someplace else to see if you can find someplace with a good medical team and decent administrative and billing.
jammie berry: Dr. Casey and her staff is amazing!! I’ve been to many different IVF clinics. Dr. Casey and her staff make you feel like a human and not just a number! Dr. Casey is Kind, straightforward and honest about how she feels things would work best for you, or what she feels may not be best. All of her staff is amazing, specifically her Donor staff and you can tell they truly want you to succeed!
Alyson Newquist: Many of us end up at CRM after we’ve lost trust in our bodies ability to do what we think it should, or when we’ve lost faith we can achieve our reproductive goals. It can be scary going somewhere unknown for something we haven’t experienced before that a lot of people are private about their experiences with. In my experience, CRM made me feel really safe when I’d started losing faith.Everyone at CRM made me feel heard, understood, and taken care of. By everyone I mean the staff who answer your calls, the office staff, the ultrasound techs and phlebotomists you’ll likely end up seeing A Lot during your time as a patient, the embryologists/lab staff, finance folks, and of course the doctors and nurses. They all make the emotional processes of evaluating, diagnosing, treating/plan implementing, and, in our case, achieving a successful pregnancy via IVF, as pleasant an experience as I can imagine. One you can figure out. One you can handle. One that in my experience you won’t ever have wished you started later than you did.

We worked with Dr. Hopeman and she was wonderful. Most of your contact will be with the nurses. Helen and Ellie were so kind and caring. We are blessed to have had success here and look forward to working with CRM for our future transfers.

AcuThrive Health Acupuncture Clinic: Successful donor IVF! I have a healthy, beautiful 13 month old girl because of CCRM. After 3 IVF clinics told me it wasn't possible, CCRM made it happen. They are a busy clinic, but they customize your hormones to optimize chances for a successful pregnancy. I would recommend them to anyone loosing hope in their fertility journey.

R03a la: . we wanted to make sure everything was accounted for with our paperwork. He was quick, kind, and very welcoming. He helped explain how to do the new patient consult work on the portal. He had a lot of information to provide me with and had an answer for every question. I had my appointment with Dr. Brent Hanson, he was amazing and so well mannered. I would then need to report my cycle day one. Thankfully, when I did, Murphy was the one to help me get scheduled for my appointments. At this point, my confidence was through the roof, and I was praying I wouldn't have to talk Brittany that would have just toren me down all over again. The 1st time I came into the clinic, there were 2 gals in the front desk, Ozzy, and Katherine, who were the ones to help us. They are so warm, inviting, and have very bubbly personalities
Kiersten Jensen: have been trying to conceive for more than 2 years, and had one unsuccessful IUI at a clinic out of state. We were fully prepared to do IVF with CCRM
Regina Dolan: We started seeing Dr. Batcheller last year after a miscarriage & the discovery that I have diminished ovarian reserve. Dr. Batcheller was a wonderful presence -- she checked things that no one else did and was also able to help us optimize our fertility health. We never got to the point of actually starting IUI or IVF and ended up getting pregnant earlier this year. I sit here now with our incredible newborn and know that CCRM was an essential part of making this possible.

Debi Bjork: This is a wonderful place to be during your treatments for Cancer. The staff are very helpful and you have access to transportation to and from your medical appointments. The room you stay in is like a large hotel room with a bathroom with a walk in shower.You have access to a small cupboard, stove, refrigerator and oven to cook and a large dining room. Everyone eats in the dining room. You meet people who are also battling Cancer.There are groups who come in and make meals for everyone who is here and there is a community refrigerator that leftovers are put for anyone who wants them.We have been staying here for two months and can't say enough about Hope Lodge and the wonderful staff and people we have met at the Lodge. Please join us at Hope Lodge the support from others who are here is excellent.Groups come in and offer activities for everyone who wants to participate.
Ryan Lowe: I am deeply grateful for the support provided by Hope Lodge. During my father's chemotherapy treatment, my parents were able to stay there for several months. Although my father ultimately lost his battle, the care and comfort offered by Hope Lodge meant the world to our family during such a difficult time. I am truly thankful for the sanctuary of Hope Lodge and all that they did for us. God bless!

This is a very caring, compassionate, clean & quiet place to get some rest before, after, or during your cancer treatments. I was so thankful to have a shuttle to take us where we needed to go because parking & traffic can be a challenge in the area.
