Adam Hazen: I was afforded the opportunity to get to know the owner and many of the associates that are employed with TCGCC because of Covid and the immediate need last June to begin doing disinfection work at some of the largest distribution centers for one of the largest companies in the world. Our company developed a disinfecting regimen that we were able to implement immediately that encompassed over 3 million square feet per day, and through many months, concluding in almost a full year of services. Our services required between 4 and 25 people per day at 8 sites all through the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and were it was key as an essential service provider that they be done on time, efficient, and thorough and TCGCC was our go to provider for personnel that fueled this opportunity. There are many days that we had to pivot without notice, and I always knew that I could count on this partnership to help us. They did, many times over. The owner, Uli Martinez, spent many nights/early morning hours on site with both of our teams to ensure they were fulfilling their responsibilities to us, and by extension, our client. Keep in mind that these services were from 10pm - 6am most days, weekends, and some really disjointed hours during holidays. Never missed a service, and never complained or allowed the staff to remain anything less than upbeat. We had many occasions when we serviced new locations within 12 hours on weekend nights when we received the call, and Uli and his staff were the only ones I entrusted with this task. You need to do business with this company, the integrity and workmanship were on par with some of the best I have ever encountered. Thanks to Uli and his team for always being there for us.

The space had seen much demolition work and 10 years of dirt and grease build up in some areas. CG came in and did a completely awesome job in record time. The crew has always been neat in their routine and work well around the children and pets in summer when we need to be home at the same time. Mindy Nielson: Between the 2 of us already being home and then 3 cleaning people in our small home, it felt like we were tripping over each other. I can understand divide and conquer, and also the safety of working in a team, but this really was a bit ridiculous.For cleaning context, they did a decent job. we were satisfied with the cleaning, as all the basics were done, bathrooms, floors, kitchen, etc. However, when we received the bill, we were FLOORED. We were charged for 10 hours of time total, at $400.Again, this is what I would call a basic cleaning. All beds were made, no towels or sheets were changed, the fridge and oven were not cleaned inside, no windows were cleaned, our basement is finished but was NOT part of this cleaning, and the house was organized prior to them arriving. Again, I take no issue with what was cleaned, but for $400, I would have expected the house to be spotless. I found a couple cotton balls and used contacts in one of the bedrooms behind a night stand, and stains/marks on the floors in the upstairs. Also, a full glass kitchen door was filthy on the outside, what could have been a simple touch.It really does pain me to leave a negative review, as I really would prefer to be raving. But to be quoted $250 and then charged $400, seems beyond egregious to me. I even called Jason to discuss the significant up charge, and he didn't really care, instead just said we agreed to $40 per hour. No one I know with large, 5 bedroom/4 bathroom houses in the suburbs pays even close to $400 for house cleaning. Very disappointing and we will be taking future business elsewhere.Service:Standard cleaning
