Impact Physical Medicine And Aquatic Center: what do users think?

LaDonna Curry: My therapist Amy, is the best. She always listens to my concerns, and comes up with the best solutions for my problems.

Liza Lawrence: Great staff

Naema Aden: I really enjoy coming here! I told my doctors about this place as well. I learned about this by accident and I wish more people could know about this! If you have a brain injury and you are physically able to do this, this is one of the best facilities. From the reception workers to the therapists, I have had a great experience. My therapists are Cindy, Mara, and Jess. I love working with all of them and they are really good at communicating amongst themselves to help tailor a good treatment plan.

Stephanie Williams: Everyone is very nice and I love coming here.

Catherine Vouk: Learning how to walk again is humbling and difficult. Christie had been patient and motivating. She is also knowledgeable and thorough in her approach.IMPACT offers a diverse array of modalities and services for rehabilitation and pain management.

John Tatem: I like the staff. Very well organized and a large array of equipment. The hard part about this place is the ENTRANCE.The entrance to this place is on the first parking garage level. They have a glass door to the left of the building entrance.

L Mose: Great staff!!! I'm so lucky to have Matt. Alex is so patient and helpful. This will definitely be my place to go to when needed. THANK YOU!!!

Melissa Martin: The staff here are amazing. All of them. They know what they are doing, and it shows. Thank you Impact!

Mary Chapman: I visited off and on for a couple years. Christie really cared, and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately due to family issues I had to stop therapy and healing. She gave me worthwhile guidelines to use at home. Her patience, and knowledge was awesome. I am so thankful and enjoyed the experience.

Marphilia Owens: Hi my name is marphilia Owens. My experience at Impact Physical Medicine has been a wonderful experience I have recommended for all my friends and family to come here. The staff is wonderful the doctors is wonderful I love this place they are very kind I have been going to impact maybe for about 2 years and I am still attending my therapy sessions. I have a lot of issues going on different parts of my body so I continue to go there and get the service that I need I will not go anywhere else I tried different therapy but I will stay with impact great place to receive therapy they are wonderful and kind and my therapist Lindsey Scott is phenomenal. And Dr Audrey he is a fantastic doctor when I'm sad he makes me laugh. He gets the job done he is a phenomenal doctor

Cassandra Anclam: I swear this place has the best physical and massage therapists!! Dr. Agre is absolutely amazing. No matter how awful I feel, he always makes me laugh. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It almost feels like home being there. I would highly recommend this place. Cyndi is hands down the best physical therapist in the state of MN, possibly the entire country. 5 stars isn't enough!

Holly Marie: I have been super impressed with Impact! Alyssa really cares about her patients and really makes sure she's getting us to work the correct muscles needed...even if it takes multiple attempts to find just the right exercise, she doesn't give up on it. I'm so glad that I got paired with her! Also, I really appreciate Sam at the front desk. Sam's always has a great personality and is attentive to multiple people at once.

Helix Healing Path, LLC: what do users think?

Danielle Donelson: A friend had told me about craniasacral therapy and I wanted to try it. I identify as a suicide survivor and someone with complex PTSD, and I wanted to work on releasing trauma from my body. From the minute I stepped into Jodi's office, I knew I had made the right decision. The lightness of the room and comfort of the decor put me at ease, especially not being sure what to expect.Conversing with Jody is easy, as she listens and is attentive to ask questions, trying to understand your story and how she may better help you.The experience of the therapy was different each time for me. I felt very relaxed, like with a weighted blanket over me. I experienced some minor twitching and eye movement, but the sensations were not unpleasant.Afterwards, I felt sleepy and thirsty. However, my sleep improved greatly, which was a blessing. I have struggled with insomnia and anxiety from my trauma, but these treatments greatly helped me to 'reset my nervous system' to a more natural state of homeostasis. This made sleep come much easier.I highly recommend Jodi Lawyer. I am thankful to have found her and you would be lucky to have her as your therapist.

Mary Hoffman: Move your recovery and healing process forward by working with this amazing practitioner. Jodi is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, kind, compassionate, and creative. She also has a wonderful practice space and great sense of humor. Truly a gem!

Karen Omlung: Jodi is a kind, caring, non-judgmental practitioner of QNRT who will make you feel comfortable and supported. She is also an expert in the practice and science of QNRT. I've seen her regularly for QNRT sessions for over a year and have experienced fewer triggers overall, a more balanced mood, and an increased sense of well-being. For the first time, I had a breakthrough instead of a breakdown during a challenging and stressful transition in my life. It would help if you had Jodi on your team to support you. If you are thinking about doing QNRT, do it, you will be happy that you did. I have frequently recommended Jodi to family and friends and would recommend her to anyone. The space is beautiful, comforting, and calming and it is centrally located.

A H: , and my current behaviors and emotions were connected, and how they were all influencing choices in my present life. I've come to have a different understanding of the word 'trauma' and appreciate how it is experienced in my mind and throughout my body, how it is a normal part of life, and feel that simply understanding these connections has really been a major aspect of my personal growth.I have worked with Jodi for a couple of years now. I still am amazed by our conversations, I appreciate her skill and expertise in helping me make connections from my past to present day emotions and choices, and I am grateful for her help in letting go of old trauma, moving on to an even more fulfilling and happy life.Plain and simple, we all could benefit from a little QNRT in our lives. I love talking with Jodi and I love how QNRT has helped me resolve old issues, making life now even sweeter and more deeply satisfying.

Milena Holm: I was first introduced to Jodi in 2019. I’ve experienced major trauma most of my life. Before working with Jodi, I went through EMDR, talk therapy, and medication for high levels of anxiety and depression. At that point, I had spent thousands of dollars on my mental health. Nothing seemed to quite work- and i did not feel like I was healing the root of my issues. My resets gave me the opportunity to heal from a holistic perspective that I was looking for. I knew there was no magic pill. But the most profound measure that I noticed in behavior was my ability to finally make sound empowering decisions for myself that were no longer influenced by my deep pain - Making healthy unemotional decisions propelled me into healthier environments with healthier people. I began to feel lighter, and more nimble in the movement and changes in my life. Im still on my journey but I notice memories from my past don’t immediately trigger me or result in a emotional panic. Im open and I feel more clarity day to day! it’s the only therapy that’s ever helped me. I recommend Jodi to basically anyone I know because she has literally been such a gift in my life and I wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for her help and care….Ps- I also highly highly recommend reiki with Jodi. Reiki is very powerful and gives you an internal bath where feel grounded and at peace. It’s AMAZING.

April Rivers: I have nothing but good things to say about Jodi. My daughter and I have both benefited from our QNRT sessions in the last two years. In addition I have also taken advantage of the reiki sessions she offers and look forward to the feeling of peace and contentment it brings.Jodi is warm and welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Over the years I’ve tried talk therapy with other therapists and never found it to be effective or life changing. QNRT is the opposite. Since I’ve started I feel like I have a better understanding of myself and feel lighter. I’m thankful I found her.

DEANNA REITER: Jodi is nurturing and caring and the QNRT healing she does is amazing.

Abbey Tebben: My kids and I have both taken part in QNRT and CST with Jodi; we have had wonderful results. My kids have both been able to lower their anxiety levels and for me it gave me insight into stuckness that I was feeling. Through the healing and growth with QNRT I was able to identify some patterns that were holding me back from moving forward and rewire my thought process to help me find wholeness. We are so grateful for Jodi and the work she does, it is so impactful and really makes a difference! She is great at what she does and she is a great person as well so she is fun to be around! If you are looking for non-traditional therapy to help you identify and move forward from struggles you may face QNRT is an excellent mode!

Jessica Michelle: When I first came to Jodi, I was suffering from PTSD & years of deep-seeded emotional traumas. I had tried traditional "talk-therapy" for years on with no success in healing or working through the overwhelming amount of painful memories. That all changed after working with Jodi. Her office is warm, welcoming, and instills a comfort that encourages not only a sense of safety to simply relax, but to also make yourself at home.Jodi's approach to therapy is very much unique, holistic & spiritual. She exudes compassion & empathy that lays the foundation to be open, honest, & vulnerable.Through a combination of QNRT, Reiki, & Jodi's knowledgeable therapy techniques, I began to heal. I discovered who I truly was. I was able to dissolve the armor I engulfed myself in for protection for so many years. She truly was the light at the end of my dark tunnel & I will forever be grateful for her knowledge & kindness. If you have tried other modalities of therapy with no success in healing, I recommend reaching out to Jodi. I say this with the utmost sincerity; it is because of her that I remembered my inner strength that I had long ago forgotten about. She simply is a beautiful, caring soul to whom I will be forever thankful.

Curtis West: I booked a series of QNRT sessions with Jodi because I wanted to optimize the love, joy and energy in my life. With these sessions, I discovered that I was holding unresolved stress in my nervous system. This locked up stress resulted in blocks that were standing in my way. The QNRT series created a quantum shift. It cleared the path. It manifested a major shift of how I showed up in my life and how my life showed up for me. As a result, my life is richer, more vibrant and I am manifesting my desires with ease . I found QNRT a great tool for personal growth and self-realization.

Leslie Dagnault: Jodi was so helpful to me. She was able to help calm my over active nervous system down after some health related issues. I was drawn to her therapy of releasing traumatic events from the nervous system. Through it, I was able to release more than I realized needed to be let go. She was able to help my body repair itself and find its natural balance. She really helped me to turn the corner where I was at and I plan to continue working with Jodi as self care for myself and loved ones. We can all use this modality.

Rebecca Smith: To me, trauma is the clump of yuck stuck in my body that keeps me from living my fullest life. Jodi Lawyer’s method is effective in zeroing in on one clump at a time, and taking its power away. Sometimes it takes a day or so to notice the results, but every time, I end up feeling noticeably lighter, freer, braver, less resentful, and more capable. Jodi has been a wonderful guide through this extremely effective, highly beneficial work!

Sheldon Johnson: Jodi is an excellent therapist. She used her extensive background in holisitic and natural modalities to help me move forward in my healing. She combined compassion and kindness with skillful interventions to strengthen me in my journey to live a more healthy, balanced life.

annie yasmineh: I have found this unique type of trauma therapy to be life expanding and life changing. I wish everyone were able to experience it because we all carry stored trauma in our bodies. I didn’t realize how much I even had until starting to work with her and experiencing how much lighter I became through QNRT. I have tried other therapies and not had the type of results And insights that I’ve gained through QNRT and that started in the first session. I highly recommend her practice and believe everyone could benefit from this type of work. Jodi is in the truest sense a healer.

Teresa Lombard: On a walk earlier this year, as I was self-reflecting, I decided that a couple of years of talk therapy had run its course. I felt like I was 95% “there” but felt I needed a little something else to get me across the finish line. That night, a random Facebook ad from Helix Healing and QNRT appeared on my feed – I am certain it was a sign! With little information available on the process, I wasn’t sure what to expect. In my first reset, Jodi identified a past trauma that left me feeling powerless. She pared it down to age 16 with a male. It took me less than 30 seconds to connect the dots – 5 days after my 16th birthday, one of my closest friends, a male, committed suicide; I felt powerless. I’ve had 12 resets and each one has helped me release the trauma I didn’t even know I was carrying. QNRT has changed my life – I feel lighter than I have felt in years. While QNRT is amazing and I have recommended it to many, Jodi Lawyer is the differentiator. She is kind, generous, compassionate and simply an exceptional human being. I highly recommend QNRT, specifically with Jodi Lawyer, Helix Healing. Experiencing is believing!

Carla Orsello: Jodi is a true healer! I did a series of QNRT, and am very pleased with how it has helped me shift my thoughts and reactions. This is effective with day-to-day experiences that we don't even realize shaped our habits and reactions. Jodi is great at explaining how this can work, as well as supporting you through the series. I feel very lucky to have found her!

Shannon mw: Jodi is an amazing practitioner. Like many, I was referred to Jodi and really didn't know what to expect. What I got was a provider that is compassionate, knowledgeable and multifaceted in her approach. She, like you has been on her own journey and is able to share her wisdom and insights and walk with you in your journey to support, love and help you on your path.QNRT has assisted me in my healing journey and I find myself less at the cause of my environment and more in my power. I also find that it has helped me be more calm and present with those around me.

Megan Larson: Jodi is one of the most caring and empathetic people I have ever met. She really knows her stuff when it comes to QNRT. I have been able to make radical shifts within multiple areas of my life and could not have done it without her!

Billy Dinkel: Recovering from verbal and physical abuse from my parents and older siblings, as well as severe long term childhood sexual abuse from my abuser has been difficult for me and I have struggled with everyday aspects of life for decades. I have been in therapy for over 30 years. Cognitive Behavioral Therapists have time and time again laid out plans for my recovery and I have most times found it difficult to adapt to new ways of thinking. With some reluctance and skepticism I signed up for QNRT. It wasn't easy at first and if you add in my cynicism I didn't think it was going to help. However, after the first few sessions I began to notice a direct change in my ability to cope with the memories of my trauma as well as my self doubt. I was more able to pull myself out of my depressions and I was better able to differentiate my thoughts and feelings. I began to manage my reactions to the side effects of my trauma better. Don't get me wrong, there were times after almost every session where I was more irritable and a bit more susceptible to my inner voice and self doubt. However, I began to be more adept at controlling my emotions and deciding which thoughts were worthy of my time and which were a waste of my energy. My reactions became more managed, healthier and less dramatic.QNRT like anything we do for our emotional health is a learning process. I need to remember to take from it what I need to help myself better heal and live with the effects of what happened to me. I will continue to be openminded and willing to heal. I believe QNRT has helped me and I believe it will continue to be an important tool in my toolbox for healing and coping.

Family Achievement Center: what do users think?

MN MOM: All f our children have benefited from FAC over the past 10 years. It is a family. They all are truly invested in not only their patient, but the whole family. They listen. They stay the course. They celebrate success. I couldn't imagine choosing somewhere else to take my kids.

Annah Smith: Family Achievement Center is an amazing place- my daughter happily goes to therapy each week. Physical therapy is set up for fun! Thanks Katy for all your hard work!! We appreciate it. So many of my families go here!

KaReesha Smith: Family Achievement Center has been a God send for our family! Between two children we are seeing Speech, OT, and PT some in Stillwater and others in Woodbury and each staff member has been incredibly kind and informative. It is evident that they are passionate about what they do and truly helping children and families. We are so grateful for FAC!!

Kaitlynn Erickson: We have been with FAC since early 2022 and I love it! Staff is very flexible, knowledgeable, patient and informative. They always answer my questions, keep me updated on my daughters progress and my daughter loves going. I feel like i see improvement with her speech after every appointment! I do like the Woodbury facility better as it’s easier parking, easier access and its bigger! Stillwater’s location is nice in that it’s never busy and I think it allows my daughter to focus more! I do wish they had more of an online access for parents to look at their bills and appointments and to look at notes from their appointments. Highly recommend!

Lee Stanek: We are so happy with FAC!! They do so much to help with the complex needs for our son and the dual Speech/OT sessions are very beneficial for him. Their involvement and volunteering in the community and with Miracle League continue to support clients in more ways than just therapy sessions!

Malory L: Lobby stressful, care wonderful, front desk wonderful. Understanding People!

Cassie May: My daughter has cerebral palsy and has been seen at many clinics and therapy centers. Our entire family agrees that the Family Achievement Center is by far the best one and we look forward to "therapy Tuesdays." Every person we have worked with makes my daughter smile, feel supported and cared for. You will not regret choosing them, they are a gem and we are very grateful to have them in our lives.

Melissa Kroll: 3 days a week

Miranda Swoboda: and a few other gals. We loved it. They made a tremendous difference in my sons development and we couldnt be more thankful. They are phenomenal and really make a difference. Thanks Ms. Angie and co-workers for all you did for us!

Audra B. Bordeaux: Always been an awesome place to bring my kids for therapy or sensory friendly events for my kids! Highly recommended.

Rochelle Sheriff: Family achievement is a great place for children and teenagers with disabilities or other health problems that is going on in their life's. So if you are looking for something like that, this is a good place to go.

Zuleyma Morales: Ms. Alison is so amazing! I cannot thank you enough for your dedication to my child.

Ashley Reavely: I highly recommend this place. Sarah is doing physical therapy with my 5 month old baby and she is amazing. She is very thorough and patient and works really well with my baby which I would personally think is super hard to do with a baby for pt. She takes the time to answer any and all questions. I feel very confident that my daughter's treatment is in her hands.

Ibrahima TRAORE: We can’t thank this pros enough for all the help they gave us. We will never forget the great people/ therapists we met here. If your child needs care, this is great place to check out.

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute - Golden Valley: what do users think?

Shawn Bolte: This place is AMAZING!! My husband has FND with severe drop attacks that have taken a toll on his body. I have never went with him yet but he works with the aquatics team and loves every one he has seen. He was able to start independent aquatics after his regular PT later and it was the best thing for him. He said at least all he drank was a mouthful of water but didn’t get a head injury and staff always watch him and make sure he is safe. He just had major back surgery with his two bottom vertebraes fused and once released to PT he can go back to pool PT with one of the wonderful caring therapists and once he is done with that we will pay out of pocket for him to use their pull for independent PT. Our insurance covers the PT with the therapists but won’t for independent. We don’t care we will pay it and he drives from Farmington to this site at least 3 days a week.

Barbara Mihalchick: Excellent place.

Torvell Collins: I have heard all good things about this place

Joyce Griffin: Awesome I’m so happy that they have a place like this for people like me

Jeff Houghtaling: This place is the best place to be near the end. They saw me through. And I had to respect their interests in getting me back to semi-normal. We each had respect for each other. And I still do in All of the people that have involvement here. They mean the best for all the people that have to be here.

Melodye Meyers: I love going to Courage Kenney! I go at least 3 times a week for the Aquatics Exercises. The whirlpool jets feel so good on my back. You enter into a different world once you get into the warm water. They have everything you need in the pool. So many different floating apparatuses.

Madeline Meimaridis: My experience with the staff, therapists & facility in general has been AWESOME … Cathy, Maryleana & Charlie are standouts as they have directly helped me with my back & knee challenges!! Greatly appreciate them!!

Larry Grell: I find Courage Kenneth Golden Valley to be an excellent facility with excellent kind caring employees. Been here for various forms of PT and use the gym and pool on a regular basis. My only negative comment would be the mens locker room is small

Melanie Grell: fun

Michele DeFazio: I have yet to meet, and/or work with any Therapist, or staff member who was not respectful. These negative reviews do not reflect how it actually is at CKRI., In my opinion. I've met quite a few very kind individuals in the short time I've been going there for stroke rehab. I have 100% faith, and trust in that Team!!

Bob Fried: This is the second time I've gotten therapy at Courage Center. The first was in 2008 for two years to help recover from a severe brain injury. This time was for 2 months to prepare for knee replacement surgery and to continue with balance issues left over from the previous TBI. So, I've had contact with a considerable variety of equipment, docs and therapists. Since Allina has purchased Courage/Kenny there have been significant improvements to the facility, especially the fitness center. Because my therapists were almost universally excellent last time, I was worried that the new Allina crew would not be as good. Those worries were unfounded. Both Abby and Kelsie were stars. Administration seems to have improved as well. When I was discussing physical therapy with one of my non-CK docs I told him that I was signing up at Courage/Kenny. He said that, if I could get in, they were the gold standard. He repeated that twice. I have highly recommended CKRI and would do so again given the opportunity.
