Michael Brant: never retires!!!Wheelchair accessibility: My mom is in a wheelchair and there is a ton of space for her to move around and multiple choices for her to sit.

Jamee Varda: . Service was great

Christian: Lina is the star of this place in service!! Wow!! We came in within 30 minutes of closing and she made us feel extremely welcome. Wow. And she was friendly and made it a great experience. She deserves a raise and in this business climate…every service detail makes a difference. We will come back because of her!! So thank you Lina. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Food was fresh too.

Keefer Court: what do users think?

kay fritz: , Hong Kong style buns, Macau egg tarts, red bean sesame balls, cream buns. Friendly for those who are new and regular to Asian bakery, alike. Only one criticism..the honeycomb cake is not baked pandan flavored type. Instead it was steamed and pale white with no fragrance. I would love to get the type it is featured on the website. The food slightly different than the old store.Vegetarian options: Steamed honeycomb cake, sesame balls with red bean fillingParking: Free parking with wheel chair accessKid-friendliness: So many fun choices for kid e.g. hotdog buns and roast pork bunsWheelchair accessibility: Yes, I saw people came in with wheel chair and crutches

Francesca P.: Delicious! Tried the Coconut Roll, Cream Cone, Buttercream layer cake, and the BBQ Tofu Bun. The texture of the cake was superb. Spongy yet dense. The cream was divine. The tofu bun was slightly sweet, soft and warm— easily could be a fast small lunch. And that coconut bun! Magical be d of buttery savory roll with sweet delectable coconut bubbles. The cream roll was not my fave: light crispy pastry exterior and light airy cream. Just did it fund the amazing texture and nuanced flavor wow of the other items. Service was friendly. Decor was elegant and oh so pretty. The complimentary infused water was a wonderful touch, and helped cleanse the palette before tasting a different treat. Highly recommend!!!

Wakame Sushi & Asian Bistro: what do users think?

Alexis Poirier: First time I've been to a restaurant and thought, "Wow, this is way better than I remember. "I absolutely love their black mussel miso soup! Never tasted mussels so good. I make everyone try it! It's definitely my favorite sushi place.Do take note that this place is SUPER popular and every time I go, it's packed. Still very beautiful and a very romantic atmosphere.

Dirk Ranta: Great food.Food: 5/5 …

Andrew Czernek: Great selection of Japanese fare and fairly priced. Deck is a joy in the summer.

Wanda Deloach: Went during happy weekday hour 3pm-6pm. Amazing sushi and other appetizers at great pricesKid-friendliness: My grandson who’s 9 has been here more than me. He’s loves it

Zen Box Izakaya: what do users think?

Linnea Joanen: I want to preface this by saying it was delicious, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere on a Friday night is lively and fun.I just can't give it 5 stars in confidence because the lychee cocktail made me incredibly, acutely ill. I was keeling over in stomach pain and retching bile within an hour of drinking it.This sucks because it was absolutely delectable and I would drink it again, lol.

Francesco Zamponi: Excellent food and nice atmosphere

Lord Tytan: This Bambu location has been one of the top go-to locations in the Twin Cities for dessert drinks. It's consistently made and the service is also quick. Recommend getting the Pandan Waffle and the Awesome Trio when you stop by. The location is on Nicollet so finding parking may be tricky, I usually get the few spots located right outside the shop.

Drake Friesen: Awesome drinks here!

Cloe Vieira: . Would highly recommend. You might have to wait a minute for your drink to come out but it is worth it!

Kado no Mise: what do users think?

Jordan Brainard: We came for Omakase Matsu and also had the sake pairings. For two people, the highest level of omakase, a flight of paired sake, plus a couple extra orders of nigiri, we approached $500. The bill is total, there was not even a line for leaving a tip.I think this is a 5 star experience and worth the money for you if you know you already like the style of food. The other person in my party has eaten and prepared Japanese food for years and thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal, as well as the sake.On the other hand, while I consider myself an adventurous eater, and after trying everything, I found the food to be almost off putting. I would not take someone here if they don’t know what they’re in for: cold jellies, custards in warm broth, tiny whole squids, eels, obviously raw fish, etc. In other words: I don’t think this is a place you go to be introduced to the style of cuisine. The service was without reproach, best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant across any cuisine or city in this country. The service ware was also so unique. Every piece was unique, repaired with bits of gold, and traditional. Very beautiful. Everything done here is done with a high level of perfection and attention to detail.

Linda McLoon: All through the worst part of the pandemic, we tried to get take out from our favorite places. Restaurants really struggled, and it seemed important to keep the ones we loved. Kado no Mise was one of them. We just went back for a matsu table service multi course dinner. It is such a wonderful place, and the food is perfectly prepared classical Japanese food. We also opted for the sake tasting, which I highly recommend. It was really marvelous. There were many courses. We started with sakizuke, which was made of surf clam, spinach, tofu skin, and shitake mushroom. They served "wandering poet" sake with it. Sake names are the best! I won't enumerate all the many courses, but every one was perfect. We ended with a fabulous sequence of nigiri, including one topped with seared waygu. The most crazy course of the evening was fugu! Yes- the infamous puffer fish. It apparently is flown in from Japan and verified to be safe. It was interesting, for certain! The chef collects antique service ware from Japan. Each dish is served on beautiful and unique dishes. Each sake was served in a unique cup. These items are beautiful, and it feels very special eating from them. They are located at 33 North 1st Avenue in the North loop.I think it is impossible to eat here and not leave feeling calm and happy. The chef is the lovely smiling man in the bow tie. Be sure to wave!

David Wnek: Kada no Mise offers stunning food in their tucked away downtown location. Their omakase experience was delightful, featuring unique and delicate nigiri that blew us away, along with choice Japanese delicacies we've seen nowhere else.Alas, their tucked away location led to a very strange atmosphere, particularly the odd little room my wife and I were seated in. The dark room would have been atmospheric if it weren't for the bright red fire alarm and the three windows, two of which looked out to the bar and restaurant. The servers were all kind and knowledgeable, but there seemed to be a lack of coordination between them and a lack of practice on their delivery. An excellent food experience, though understand the rest of the dining experience may not reflect the pricetag.

KJ: Enjoyed omakase matsu with my daughter for our shared birthday celebration. After experiencing omakase in Japan, I have been craving that experience here. Just so happened the chef at Kado no Mise was an apprentice chef to the chef we ate with in Kyoto. Small world! Chef Furukawa made our meal at Kado no Mise memorable and served us the most delicious meal at the counter. It’s very expensive, but it’s more than just a meal. It’s a memorable, delicious experience, unlike any other place in the cities.

United Noodles: what do users think?

Joel Rogness: Love this place. It leans Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, but has a selection of products from all over Asia. Used to be hard to find at first but now since we all have an omnipotent hive mind, it's easy! And so worth it.

Craig Edwards: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. An excellent selection of Asian food ingredients. They are the best!

Sheila Her: You can find almost everything you need here. I went there the other day and didn’t realize they are charging 5 cents a grocery bag. Something new here in MN. I don’t recall Midwest charging plastic bags.

Aurora Schaffer (LavenderCow): They have such a good selection of East Asian snacks and foods! They are also so so big!!!!! I do wish though that they had more options that don’t have chemicals in them.

Carolina Margaria: from a variety of countries and brands. They have an in-house butcher and a wide selection of quality meat and fish. There are also some cooking tools and place settings. There is a new restaurant inside focused on Hawaiian food.

Sean Lawrence: I tried the banh mi for the first time today and I thought it was solid. The only vegetarian option is fried tempeh, and unlike the meat ones is only made on request. While I'd prefer tofu or mock duck, the tempeh was pretty good, if a bit dry. I would also want more bite from the pickled veggies but overall great for the price

SL K: My go to store for Asian grocery needs. Clean, easy to navigate, friendly staffs. The produce section is fantastic.

Jeff O: Love this store! It is hard to find things sometimes because majority of the item tags are not in English but if you want authentic then that's what you get 🤷🏾‍♂️ ZERO COMPLAINTS

Asher Staton: We frequent united noodle fairly often. I feel like they’ve declined since covid, like so many business. We still enjoy it.

Derek Larson: I live about 80 miles away from United noodles, but try to make it a regular stop to replenish our pantry. It's got a great selection of Staples and fresh produce that we simply can't get in outstate minnesota. Highly recommended.

Demi: what do users think?

Ryan O John: Top 3 meals I’ve ever had. Creative pairings, stellar raw ingredient quality, locally sourced, and fabulously curated textures and tastes. On top of that the vibe is just purely welcoming and friendly.Dietary restrictions: They can seemingly accommodate anything with advance notice.

Felix Gill: It is a small kitchen environment. Seats about 25 people max. We got the eleven course Whitney meal. Great presentation.Had a lovely time.Parking: Use the valet.

Vitor Yamaoto: You walk in into a small yet inviting waiting area with a small bar. If you got the pre drink package, you get a small menu of crafted cocktails or you can ask the bartender to make your own. After your introductory drink, they take you to the dining area which is a U shaped are with the kitchen in the center. You get an amazing experience from start to finish with 7 to 11 courses; you won't leave hungry. The wine pairing is carefully selected for a perfect match to each dish. The food is TOP NOTCH. They way the flavors come together in your pallet is really an experience you need to have for yourself.

Bethany Charlsen: We’re hard to impress, fussy and difficult. This place continues to top our list of the best in the Twin Cities and even US/worldwide.Yes, it’s deserving of at least two Michelin stars. The ambience, cuisine, and staff are remarkable.Yes, you might need to save up for a dinner here although the Barrington option offered Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays is lovely and a steal at $95/pp.Yes, every time you go the experience will be a bit different yet still the same in some ways with those gooey, warm Rice Krispie treats at the end as an example.Yes, the staff is passionate and eager to share their expertise and showcase their knowledge with you and….Yes, you will feel cared about and valued as a guest. Every time.

Anna Torgerson: Hell yeahRecommended dishes Truffles, Wagyu Beef Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend …

Linda McLoon: I love to cook, and I love dining out. I love to try new foods and foods cooked in different ways. I find the complex mixtures of ingredients to make a totally new dish fun and exciting. If this is you, you will adore Demi. The food is sublime, the ambience serene, and the service is impeccable and joyful. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed. We started with a warm broth made from roasted beets. Light and warming. The first course was a triple. The sweet potato tart with pickled kombu, nori, black truffle, and miso was absolutely scrumptious. The other two small bites were lovely, but, oh my, that sweet potato tart! These were followed with a lovely fresh scallop crudo, beautifully plated. I adore foie gras, and the Demi version was slices of a terrine served with prune and preserved lemon. The foie gras was smooth; this was really yummy. The fish course was sturgeon, interestingly served with rutabaga puree and little slices of crispy rutabaga. This really worked. The pasta dish was so delicious, and I mean really, really delicious. This is the type of pasta you think about for days. These were chestnut agnolotti, served with celery root, cognac cream, and pomegranate. I could have eaten a huge bowl of these. A triumph in flavor and texture. Mmmmm! The duck and beef courses were also delicious, cooked perfectly, with perfect accomplishments. I had to laugh at the cheese course, as it was actually a cheese tartlet, with endive marmalade and pine nuts. These were perfect. We had a delicious sorbet palate cleanser, and a very interesting sunchoke bavaroise and ice cream dessert. And you leave with a little box of candies. This is a nice touch.Eating here is an adventure in deliciousness. Every dish is beautifully plated on interesting service ware. Your water glass never goes unfilled. You are served at your own pace. The staff is clearly and justly proud of what they are serving you.I have eaten at some magnificent restaurants in Copenhagen, Barcelona, France, and this absolutely meets the standard of those Michelin starred restaurants - and better than some.It is not cheap. You know what you are getting into when you reserve your table. However, the food is divine. If you like to know what you are going to eat before you get it, this is not the place for you. If sturgeon with rutabaga puree gives you pause, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are willing to put your meal in some very capable hands, and don't bat an eye at eating smoked white fish, broccolini, and caviar, you will fall in love with Demi.

Gabriela Seidel: put it, made me not miss wine.Thank you Demi for taking such good care of us and for giving us a night to remember!

Carolyn Livingston: Just go. It's perfect. Staff was amazingly friendly and made the evening for us.

Jeremy: Weee! That was fun. No idea what the second seating is doing, our reservation was at 5:30, didn't get home till after 9. Go early, it's an adventure. Even the bathroom was meditative and romantic. Not sure what else to say about it. It's a great experience. All the dishes were fantastic but for me the vegetables really shined. I know a full 11 course vegetarian menu would never sell but they could pull it off.

Chris Valenty: A truly memorable dining experience, definitely lives up to the high praise. We had been waiting for a while to visit Demi, we had seen the stellar reviews for a few years now. The dining experience is very immersive with the open kitchen format. Being able to speak to the chefs as they deliver each course, really helped us understand the creativity and depth of flavors in each dish. As a fan of the Netflix Show “Chef’s Table”, this is first dining experience I’ve had in Minneapolis that felt like a world-class fine dining experience like you would see on Chef’s Table.

PinKU Japanese Street Food: what do users think?

Ammarah Sadiq: Best sushi ever!!😋 really sad you guys are closing😔

Prototypes End: Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes

Jeff Storms: Unique take on Japanese street food! Some classic tastes and some others that are different. Brings me back to Japan for sure. I highly recommend the Okinomiyaki, the Katsu Curry, and Karaage.

Shelby Cara: incredible food, the chicken karaage, crispy shrimp rice and hiroshima dish were AMAZING

Linda Reed: The food is wonderful and the service is impeccable all in all a very good experience !!!!!!!.

Kathy Owens: I had the pork dumplings and it was very good. I'm not adept at using chopsticks, though and would have liked a fork, but it was good, the place was quaint, and just a nice experience. Will go there again.

Nick Goebel: Nice place, helpful and friendly staff. Food tasted and looked excellent!Their signature cocktail was great too.

John Fillman: Just got home from PinKU. Dinner was fantastic. New manager was fantastic. Our favorite neighborhood spot for comfort food.

Kimora Willis: Edit 9/19: X, the owner of PINKU, clearly cares about the feedback he receives from customers. After noticing a negative trend in his restaurant, he took the steps to better management and workplace conditions. There aren’t many restaurant owners like this, and I would encourage anyone who leaves a bad review to make sure it can be a learning opportunity for him, because he will definitely take advantage of it. Thank you X, for being one of the few restaurant owners who strive to do better.Unhappy staff leads to unhappy customers. Food is mediocre because they are always training in new employees to replace the ones that quit. I’m glad they pay their employees well, however that isn’t enough to make them stay. PINKU should work on team effort.

Ale Yasoko: The food was perfectly seasoned. Great service and friendly staff. Definitely will go back.

Tori 44 - Ramen: what do users think?

E F: Absolutely fantastic service and the food was downright delectable. Our host even took time to humor us in our conversation on the classification of foods. As we were leaving she said something to me and I took my earbud out and she spoke again and I still couldn’t hear her, wanting to save myself the embarrassment I hurriedly left the establishment and while,at the time of writing, it’s been only a few moments since i left I hate awkward departures and I’m deeply sorry for my lack of listening and I’ll come back soon enough to atone for my misdeeds 😔

Tasty Pot: what do users think?

Michael Brant: For people who don’t know much about hot pot this is the place to go.Let them make the pot! They have a wide variety of pots to choose from. The broth is simple and flavorful. You also get more miso base to enhance your broth for free. My pot was a glorious concoction of dumplings, kimchi, seafood, beef, egg and vegetables. Oh my damn! It was so filling and the flavor kept me eating even after half way through I was full!!Get some pot today at Tasty Pot!!! YUM

Jake K: I went here searching for that authentic hot pot experience I haven't had since I visited Taiwan. The food here is great - many options and customizability. However it does all come prepared already in a hot pot as opposed to cooking it yourself. Still very delicious. A little run down, but that's to be expected in Dinkytown. I'll definitely be back.

Ntxhee Vaj: Always a good place to go for hotpot. Not sure if cooks changed but this time around the flavors weren't as potent. I love making hotpot myself and though the serving size is aplenty, I've noticed the ingredients were less than when I visited. If you're not wanting to wash up a storm of veges and ingredients this place will suffice-

Tenka Ramen: what do users think?

Aide Salgado: The owners were so nice and put so much effort into making quality food. With Lake st closed I had time to chat with them and hear about their struggle because of the street closure. Such a shame with the food being so amazing!

Noah Reed: The best place to get authentic ramen in the Twin Cities! The environment is cozy, and the staff has always been friendly. The ramen itself is great, with the broth being delicious and the pork being super tender and full of flavor. I’m always a sucker for good gyoza too, and here it’s great! There’s honestly not much else to say - this is a great no-nonsense place to grab a bowl of authentic ramen. Will definitely be visiting again!

John Woodward: .~JohnKid-friendliness: If your kids like you they will probably like eating here with you. Others, I don't know what to tell youWheelchair accessibility: Yes. Up to code and generously accommodating where possible.

Zachary Vrieze-Maloney: Best Ramen this side of the Pacific? No. Yes, they have Sriracha bottles on their tables, but that's obviously because of customers. It's certainly worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood and wanting some ramen.

jennifer Rugama: Love the Ramen at this placeFood: 5/5 …

Riley Rasmussen: Since I'm staying in Minneapolis for a few weeks for work, I wanted to try out some new restaurants. I found Tenka off reddit when looking up quality Ramen establishments, and Tenka did not disappoint. The lady at the cash register was extremely pleasant and the food came extremely fast. Albeit, I visited at about 3pm and the place was suprisingly empty. But the food was delicious. I had the chicken karaage and the tonkatsu ramen. The pork belly was tender and delicious and the chicken karaage was amazing. I spent just under $25 for this and a can of pop.Unfortunately the city hasn't taken care of the streets outside of the restaurant with the garbage and the homeless.. this place deserves a nice inviting storefront.

Tia Williams: Best chicken/pork belly sandwich in the city refreshing Boba superior customer service great for takeout or dine in. Bonus program the owner remembers your order! Love her
