Tony Bendorf: Called them at 4:00pm from the Chicago airport needing a ride to Faribault from the Minneapolis airport. Flight landed at 6:00pm. The driver texted me at 6:15 with a vehicle picture he was driving. I was in the wrong spot but he called me and said "wait. I'll come pick up you." He arrived and we chatted like old friends to my destination. The Yukon was clean and nice. Will do business again when I go back to Minneapolis to see the stadium

Rachelle Erdmann: My husband and I used Lorenz shuttle service for our wedding day and we were pleased with their service.Their prices were reasonable and they were responsive for communication needs prior to the big day. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is due to there being an issues with our shuttle schedule. On the day of, someone in my friend group and my coordinator were designated contacts for the shuttle service. Long story short, there were two rounds of shuttle arrivals to the venue. However, it was brought to my attention later that the first round of shuttles left our guests hotel earlier than planned, causing guests who needed to be there earlier without a ride and also the bus had left to go to the venue with no one on it. Our guests contacted our designated coordinator during the day, questioning the shuttle service, at which point we were able to get a hold of the driver and they did turn around, but again the bus should have never left earlier and also not having any guests even on the bus. This delayed guests arriving when needed and delayed photography with special family members until after the ceremony. Everything else went smoothly following the mishap, but the fear that guests weren't even going to make it definitely crossed our minds when we were first made aware and that is not something we wanted to think about during wedding day.

I rented a car and my email was wrong and when i called the customer service number i was told they could not fix it over the phone, so when i returned my car I went up to the counter and expected the same thing i was told over the phone. I was greeted by Noor. He could not have been more helpful, fixed my email and even offered to print out my invoice for me.
