Sphynx Cafe: what do users think?

Marlene Amin: Fast service

Cracey Thristopher: Lose the Styrofoam and you get a 5!

Tinuola Olagbaju: Food was great

Alex Jensen: Ordered them on Uber eats, and they called five or so min later saying they had run out of rice, they offered us a huge side of French fries which was very appreciated. Not only are they very communicative and have great service, they were nice enough to also send us with extra large pita bread and a samosa!! Very happy with the service and the food, amazing!

Anders Ryden: Just ordered the sphynx plate to go — super happy with the service, how well the food kept, and it was delicious! As the great Arnold Schwarzenegger used to say, “I’ll be back”.

Jim Mccole: Late night food. Very tasty. Good size portions. Got there close to closing time and not an issue.thanks

Alyssa Tran (Tranal1418): Very good place to eat!

Angela Dillon: The best food! I look forward eating at Sphynx Cafe every time I'm in the cities!!

Darren Konsor: Excellent Gyro and avocado-hummus

Shish: what do users think?

Emily: The chicken looks like processed Oscar Meyer rotisserie chicken chunks you'd find in a grocery store. I wish it was fresh chicken breast or thighs marinated and the grilled/cooked like other chicken schwarma I've had. The atmosphere and service are nice.

Linnea Joanen: in the tabbouleh--it ruins it for people like me who think it tastes like dish soap. Fun weekday lunch choice if you're a Mac student and can portion it off for leftovers. The omelets are also incredible!! Love the goat cheese one:

Marhaba Grill: what do users think?

jesse boom: Enjoyed the lunch buffet. Great value at only $20, the buffet had a lot of variety available. Everything looked fresh, and everything I tried was delicious! The place was clean and the employees were friendly. The food was well stocked, and they continued to bring out fresh food the entire time I was there. Highly recommend, I know I'll be back again!

Nasra: Parking: Parking can be difficult when it’s busy but most days it can be very nice u just park up and go the there. It’s also a free parking so a win is a win.Kid-friendliness: Very nice for the kids they can choose what they eat.

kuv vue: The food was fire! Gyro meat was off the hook! Chicken drumsticks were fire, BBQ beef ribs were super fire! Mac & cheese were fire, fried wings were fire. Very soul food like.. And all the fish, both bake and fried were crazy fire! Hidden gem for sure, and the fit guy with long hair at the register was really cool. Great service! Best Mediterranean food I've had. Will 100% be coming back.

Bridget Deerflinger: Fantastic Food, the nicest people working there, absolutely loved it! If you are on eatstreet, skip creepy Christos and go to Marhaba instead. DELICIOUS and way better Mediterranean food, people and prices!Vegetarian options: Taste so good! HUMMOS, FALAFEL,GRILLED EGGPLANT WITH FRESH PEPPERS ANDGARLIC,TABOULI PERFECTION,SAMOSAS..YUM!!!

Lynda C: I got the family dinner for two and honestly it was so much food and could probably be good for 2-4 people depending on your appetite! I was surprised by the portion size and it was very generous. I liked that I got to try a little bit of everything. The flavors were as expected, but not anything mind-blowing. The hummus and baba ganoush was tasty. For the value and quality, it's pretty solid and hits the Mediterranean craving. I also got the baklava and kinafa, and those were good 🙂 Their spicy red sauce was also tasty.

Roti: what do users think?

Amber Galarowicz: I've ordered from here quite a few times and am never disappointed. We typically eat whole food/ plant based, and it can be hard to find good restaurants. The flavors here are great. Service has been great, no items missing or any other issues.Dietary restrictions: Lots of veg/ vegan options

Monica Sherman: for example and everything else. ... but just try a BITE!! Employees are the BEST!!

tom bennett: Best fast casual around. Very tasty double chicken Keto bowl with riced cauliflower. Ordering online is a snap with a great rewards program. Food is ready when I get there and they've never messed up one of my orders. Containers are compostable which I love. Wish there was a Rōti in the South Metro.Vegetarian options: Falafel and tofu optionsDietary restrictions: Riced cauliflower and a keto bowl

Flo C: good customer service servers were very nice even though group of us came 10 mins before closing food was very delicious 10/10Vegetarian options: Very vegetarian friendly I got the falafel pita wrap with various veggies and sauces!

Patrick Miller: This place never disappoints. The best lunch restaurant in the city. Low price for the quality and variety offered. Highly recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp

Ed Vater: Absolutely delicious and genuine!

Annette B: So far I have had the Falafel, Cabbage Rolls, Lebanese Salad and Chickpea Salad. Lebanese Salad and Chickpea Salad are absolutely wonderful!Falafel is good but I probably would not order it again here. Cabbage rolls were also good but again would not order a second time. I am continuing to work my way through the menu!Food and prices are good! I’m just working on finding my favorites! The staff always greets you and getting in and out for takeout is quick and easy!

Daniel Kempenich: Great food, especially love the Panang Curry. Very friendly.

Marsh Jones (MNSwamp): I reviewed Zakia Deli about 8 years ago, and thought it time for a refresh. The good news is that it hasn't changed. Same family owners, David is still in the kitchen every day as he's been for the past 20? years, and the food is still just as good as it was 20 years ago! This is not a small thing, especially for a restaurant to survive the pandemic, inflation and everything else the years have thrown in.The same staple lunch dishes are there, giros, falafel, salads and great entrees as well. And it's seriously good food.Stop in for lunch. You deserve it!

Maddy Lomnicki: This is the best of Ethiopian fastish food. They have been labeled as the best gyros, but if that is all you eat, you are not getting their best items. Get the falafel and the sambusa too! If they offer the ginger tea...say yes and thank you! I didn't take pictures because it was so good I didn't think to do so.

The Earth Stars: Great tasting food. It had been a while since we ate here. My plate was awesome... the lamb with a tomato hot sauce. I got the hot sauce on the side because I'd never tried it before... but when it's mixed with tzatziki sauce.... phenomenal!I always get the Turkish lemonade, which has free refills... plus it tastes great with my meals. It's definitely worth a trip here, whether you eat inside or do take-out.

Original Mediterranean Grill: what do users think?

Renee Pagano: Had a great breakfast! Food was tasty, well presented, generous portions. I’m vegetarian, and there were lots of options. We will be back!Vegetarian options: Willing to adapt to leave out meat.

Tracey Dickinson: Wow!! I love finding wonderful new locally owned neighborhood restaurants!! Went here for breakfast, and got right in. We had the pancakes with a really good honey yogurt and blueberry toppings. And the breakfast burrito that came with some delicious greens that had a unique lemon vinegrette dressing. It was all delicious! They have different lunch and dinner menus that will swing back thru to try. Highly suggest!

Gary Milne Rojek: . I believe it's under new management now. It has kept the Mediterranean favorites and added some South American flair. The shawirma was probably the best I've ever had. Also had a delicious bowl of green curry lentil soup. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Chef really knows what they are doing. Dine-in decor is so-so, buy don't let that stop you. Highly recommend!

Micah Anderson: , which comes with a fresh tomato/onion marinated salad, cheesy potato cakes, and hominy. You won’t be disappointed! The service is great and they don’t use their drink sales as a huge profit center like many other restaurants do.

Kristen Wells: It’s not fancy but the food was great and the service was perfect. Very reasonable prices, definitely not trying to gauge customers. They have Beelers bacon which is what I buy at home. It’s expensive, $10/lb, but it’s really good. They could definitely get cheaper bacon but it wouldn’t be as tasty. Same with the multigrain bread…perfect! A pet peeve of mine is unbuttered toast accompanied by cold, hard butter. The butter here was obviously heated up a smidge and was easily spreadable. These little things are representative of the care being taken with the food. If I lived in MN, I’d be here all the time!

Ron Fisher: art, and great food. Try the dolmades, we got 4 of them for only 3 bucks. they were worth their weight in gold. I cant wait to go back.

Jodie McGibbon: & waited. And waited. The other couple? They had drinks, menus & the servers complete attention. Us? Waiting. In fact I had to say something to the server. When he finally came to our table all flustered & stressed he told us about how the staff was all out sick, they were doing the best they could to keep up. We sympathized & settled in to have a nice meal. We ordered apps

C D: and they were absolutely superlative, and so was the rice they were served with. Gardens of Salonica has the best vegan dishes I’ve tried anywhere in the Twin Cities. They also have outstanding wine. I just wish they offered cooking lessons.Vegetarian options: Perfect spot for vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians or carnivores
