I am a Case Manager and have worked with multiple medical supply companies, and Total Medical is by far the best. They are patient and willing to answer all questions that you may have. You can work with them over phone or over email and are very flexible with your needs. Derek especially is great, as I have asked many questions and am new to the business and is answers them with ease and without getting upset. I get tired of dealing with irritable people when calling to ask questions. I have never experienced this with Total Medical. Chris Mohr: After completing the home sleep study and reviewing my results with the doctor a CPAP machine was prescribed. The clinic suggested I arrange for the CPAP with the same company who supplied the home sleep study equipment. After multiple attempts to get an appointment for the CPAP/mask fitting with no replies my frustrations reached the limit. I contacted my clinic and requested the prescription be sent to another vendor...thank goodness they suggested Corner Home Medical. Within a couple days I was contacted and had scheduled an appointment for the fitting. The entire staff at Corner Home Medical was professional and efficient. In particular Nina...she was diligent in explaining what my insurance would cover and exactly what my out of pocket expense would be. Nina's product knowledge was impressive and her patience in taking time to fully review the machine and different features was much appreciated. If you are diagnosed with sleep apnea requiring a CPAP do yourself a favor, ask your doctor to send the prescription to Corner Home Medical and save the frustrations I experienced with the original vendor. Keep up the great work!

Mitchell Tucker: We’ve bought both a scooter & motorized wheel chair from them. When a component of the scooter was damaged Jackson medical came through helping me order the necessary parts and then when I wasn’t able to repair it myself they were a big help in repairing it. Highly recommend them.
Danny Roherty: We requested a wheel chair and it was Bob and Eddy I think and I came in and they gave me a $60/wk quote and took my insurance cards and they said that insurance should pay the rest and possibly reimburse us the $60. The place was so clean and friendly and very welcoming. I can tell you now that I would give them more stars if I could. They knew their stuff and were very knowledgeable, and I was in and out in a timely manner. Even though their were 2 people ahead, they ran through so smoothly and instructed me how the wheel chair works I am very impressed and glad we were able to get this chair because my wife really needed it. I got there at 1215, and I was out by 1250. They said Saturdays are not usually that busy, but I joked, and told them we are coming in like swarms to make sure they are not in a food coma from Thanksgiving, and both of them, plus the two guests laughed. I guess I'm pretty funny. Maybe being a "sit-down" comedian is a possible route in my near future. Thanks, Jackson Medical, for everything. I'd give you more than 5 stars if I could. Great job, guys!

To my surprise, Hassan called me a few moments later to tell me the good news, for he had been tracking it as well! Their team is efficient, thoughtful, and extremely kind. Hassan was very polite, patient and knowledgeable about the equipment. From what I could tell, the prices were good and he didn't push me into any one product- in fact, I asked about an accessory and he explained why I might not need it to help save some money.I would happily recommend going here to anyone, as I am sure to be going back myself any time I need something they have!

Michael Orvik: Great service. We were visiting our daughter and my wife packed her CPAP machine but missed packing the water chamber. I stopped by Medguru's store and the person manning the store on this Sunday was out making deliveries. So do as their website states, call ahead and make an appointment. Afterthe person making deliveries returned I was promptly taken care of and even rewarded with a free CPAP filter and pack of CPAP wet wipe cleaner. I highly recommend Medguru and my wife will sleep 💤soundly tonight.

Quinn Amsden: , the team at Handi Medical supply was able to help me coordinate between my medical team and my wound care order after a spinal fusion, the faxes and information that needed to be sent from my medical team and forms that needed to be filled out, even when my medical team didn't have the information necessary to appease the insurance requirements.In addition, I have to give a shout out to Amanda, as well as my many thanks, for her help during many long phone calls attempting to figure out which parts of my medical information had been sent, which parts were still needed, and which parts I could manage to pull from my records or have the staff of my group home assist me with. In complete seriousness, I ended up being 9 days post-op before my wound care supplies were received, only because of my insurance requirements, but I can guarantee it would have been so much longer if not for the help of Amanda, as well as others in the wound care department, such as Kelly and Maria.I would absolutely recommend Handi Medical to anyone needing wound care supplies or any other type of medical equipment as the staff has proven to be exceptionally diligent, and wonderful communicators as well, keeping me updated on the details of my supplies whenever new information was available.

Christinabow: Robbi, in Handi's rehab department, has been helping me find a wheelchair cushion needed to prevent a reoccurrence of pressure sores. Finding the right cushion can be involved as a person's condition changes. In my case, it required mapping of the area and finding what options work to reduce pressure to a safe level.I've had progressive multiple sclerosis for close to 30 years and purchased a complex power wheelchair and a manual wheelchair with Robbi's assistance.She's had years of experience assisting patients chose the equipment that's right for them and I highly recommend her.

Nancy Selleck: Dec. 2019 my husband had a hip replacement. I went in to Active Medical to purchase a few things like dry shampoo, a walker, etc. At that time they asked- "what else do you need?" I said- "I don't know- what DO I need?" They suggested renting a lift/recline chair. Sounded like a good idea so we rented the chair for a month. It definitely helped the recovery time and eased the pain. It was a godsend. We were grateful for their suggestion.Now my husband needs the other hip replaced....The first thing we did once the surgery was scheduled was reserve a lift/recline chair for his recovery. Active Medical is the place to go for supplies and good advice!
