Clean laundromat with many machines with varying sizes and prices. There are 6 different size machines ranging from $3-$9.75. Dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes. Came on a Wednesday around noon and it wasn’t too crowded. Soap, coin machines and ATM available if needed.

This place is awesome. It's clean, safe, calm, and has lots of machines. There are 9 single load washers ($2.75), 7 double load washers ($4), 10 triple load washers ($5), 8 quadruple load washers ($7.25), 4 even bigger washers ($9.25), and 1 HUGE washing machine ($20). They have 34 regular/30lb dryers, 10 larger/45lb dryers, and 2 HUGE/75lb dryers. Restrooms are available. There is an ATM, change machine, soda and snack vending, soap and softener and laundry bag vending. There's also a little quarter drop game. Laundry carts are available. There is limited seating and limited laundry folding space. Step stools are available to access the soap sections of the larger machines. Looks like they may sell larger containers of soap in their office, but I don't think the office is open all the time. The laundry mat is 24/7. There is also a community posting board where jobs and other events are posted.

I hate to rate this place. It's one of those hidden gems you don't want to tell any one about. This is by far the nicest laundry I have ever visited. It's clean and well stocked. All the machines work, there's ample tables for folding. Nice store attached with food that's amazing. Is give it 10 stars if I could. .

Safe and mostly clean laundromat in an area where I have never felt unsafe going to at night to launder clothes. Most machines are in good working order but I lost almost $4 in a drying machine that was broken on a busy day and was unable to dry my clothes. Not sure if this dryer is still broken. People will not necessarily tell you a machine is broken even if they know about it and are just standing around. As an update, I would like to comment on the timely response of Joe's Laundry Mat in refunding me the lost money. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort that was put into redressing my loss and management has assured me the dryer will be repaired promptly.

Went here because the high rating and because my buildings machines were all out of order. I went on a Monday around noon and there were only a couple of people which was nice. Lots of machines, clean space, easy to park out fronts or nearby. I liked the attached convenience store/sandwich shop (didn’t try the food). Very easy peasy, wasn’t hot and stuffy (not sure if it is when it’s busy). It was $4.25 for the double size washers I used (I believe there are 3 sizes). I was confused by the dryers bc it didn’t really show the time increase when I added quarters, I may have added more than needed?, but the different heat settings will show different times for how much you pay, and I think the dryers are cheaper than the washers. The wash time was about 20 min and I did the dryer for 40 min on medium heat which was perfect for a full load of clothes. All around very happy I went here.
