Bao Phi: This was my first time getting something laser engraved - a cup with one of my kid's drawings. They were really helpful and quick communicators. He showed me what he was going to do before he did it, and it was done quickly and professionally.

They were extremely helpful in the design process and made sure that the materials used would withstand the elements. This past Monday afternoon I contacted them regarding some changes that I made to the design and requested another plaque. They had it ready for pickup on Tuesday-the next day! Wow! Now that’s service!They are very knowledgeable, helpful, make great quality products, and they’re really nice to work with. This plaque was of the utmost importance to me; I’m so pleased that I went to them.
Jon lovejoy: I'm a few months late posting this, but they did such a great job. I had 12 lowball glasses and 12 Glencairn glasses etched as gifts for my wedding. Of course I waited until just a few days before to bring them all in, but they worked quickly and got them done for me. The quality was awesome and their customer service blew me away. I'd recommend them 100 times over.

Joe and Rachel have been able to quickly turn around the requested etched parts and update the changing artwork delivering the parts on short order allowing our production line to keep producing systems without interruption. Randy Buchanan: I had a local Birmingham, AL vendor for awards who did not have good customer service. I wanted to make a change and did a Google search to find a replacement vendor where I stumbled across Viking Trophies in Minnesota. They are friendly, sincere, professional, and service oriented. They took my order, duplicated the design, and shipped my product. I could not be more pleased and wouldn't think of using a different vendor. On a subsequent order, an award was chipped. I notified Kelly who immediately took care of it. The NEXT day, they had me approve the artwork and shipped a replacement. In a time when it seems that "you're part of the family" styles of customer service are vanishing, Viking Trophies exhibits and lives up to what I consider incredible customer service. Not to mention the flawless and professional work done on the awards. I review businesses both good and bad. IMO, if you're not using Viking, you're making a mistake. Thank you all.
