I felt like she was there at anytime during the day if we had questions or needed to regroup, she is great to work with, lots of ideas, she filled in the gaps where we needed and speaks her mind on direction, patient, and was just persistent enough to keep us moving along to our deadline. So nice to work with she made it look easy and provided lots of help along the way. We did meet their dev team originally but never saw them during the process, they just did cool things for us in the background, making our ideas a reality, this is actually our second site that we built with SKOL as we built our initial site with them but have grown substantially in the last couple years so wanted to refresh the site with cool new tools, better mapping tools to highlight our 46 markets across the country and support our national franchise community with a page for them and a lot of other tools. They built, hosted, supported and refreshed our site, very happy with SKOL.

T P: ...which s crazy to me because he normally doesn't even like men if I'm around and just never takes treats in a stressful situation. There was one vet tech that came in to draw blood that I felt wasn't very friendly or interactive but the one that came with her was nice enough, though I don't feel like she was listening to my pets airway when holding for blood and this was causing some extra distress that wasn't needed. Overall though, I still give 5 stars because the holder for the blood draw was doing her job, she doesn't know if a dog is going to move at a critical point. So just communication is a big thing.I also really liked Dr Perry. He was very informative and left a very detailed message about the blood work.I think the pricing could be better but that's more just about everywhere.

I was provided a lot of informational pamphlets after my first visit which have been awesome for learning more about caring for my little guy.
