Noah Jorstad: This is such a beautiful building, we were so interested in all the fine woodwork and details. We couldn't believe the building wasn't a bank or hotel or something years ago.However, I was a bit let down by the food. The pretzel was good although I'm sure not made in house, and the very spicy mustard just tasted very horseradishy. My Flatbread had good flavor, but I'm sure the Flatbreads aren't made fresh either, it was floppy and chewy.
Stefanie Alarcon: So this review is over a 3 day visit time span. My friend and I were visiting Minneapolis and we stayed downtown. We decided to go here our first night and fell in love. The inside of the local feels like an old pub in Ireland. We kept coming back because the food was delicious, they had non-alcoholic Guinness, and the service was excellent. We only ate there twice but went back for a non-alcoholic Guinness one of the days just to hang out. We tried the cheese curds, the Shepherd’s pies and the Corned Beef Flatbread over 2 visits and all of it was delicious. If you’re staying in downtown Minneapolis give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Grant: Why is this place not buzzing with people? This place should be absolutely packed right now, GREAT FOOD, GREAT ALCOHOL. GOOD PRICES. What more could you ask for. I got the Reuben Wontons and The Galway Bookmaker. I also recommend trying an Orange Mule. I dined in solo, sat wherever I liked, and had an amazing meal. Perfect because i’m incredibly hung over. Lemme say it again for the people in the back, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PACKED 🗣️🗣️🗣️. Shout out to the amazing waitress Catherine.

Christopher Liserio: What a nice place to eat and drink with friends. Great vibe! Waitress was awesome. Asked her opinion between the fish and chips and the chicken sandwich…but before she could answer I just told her to pick and surprise me. She did not disappoint when she brought me the chicken sandwich!! Guinness was so good!!!! Then when asked how good the cheese cake was she said it was worth it….AGAIN…she did not do me wrong. Next time I come to town I’m coming back!

David Speidel: First time in and I cannot wait to go back. I had the Irish stew which was delicious. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive while the clientele there was friendly. The menu has tons of great options, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was prompt and welcoming.Went back for a 2nd time and had the cobbler's pie. Also delicious and our service was great.

jacob ramos: Marcus is the best bartender I have ever seen. Amazing service and a great personality. He even makes non locals feel at home. Highly recommend this bar to anyone thats wants to explore this town.

The staff is the best, the food is delicious, the bartenders are a blast and the regulars are too fun. As a solo traveler I had the best time so I can’t imagine the fun you’d have as a group. Kim K: We just stopped on Saint Patrick's Day Sunday night. We just missed the bagpipes and the irish dancers. I kid you not. They actually had bagpipes and irish dancers on a sunday night at the local. Great ambiance🍀💚 This is a great place to go and the decor and inside is just beautifully decorated and warm and friendly. Plus they have really nice bathrooms.😁Parking: Free heated underground parking lot. But get there early because it does fill up. And although it's huge, you'll always find a spot, but you might have to walk quite a ways.

Gabriella “Gaby” Jasiczek: Only go to the Wednesday Irish dancing, so I’ve never had a drink or eaten there. However, the people are all incredibly nice and welcoming! I have a blast every week learning more. Food smells great, I plan on trying it sometime.Update: I have tried the pizza! It’s pretty average but for the environment it’s really tasty. Levi Purdum: The food was good, servers friendly and the beer selection offered great variety. It was very busy which speaks to their quality. As an individual of Scottish heritage I must object to the copious Irish decorations, a tad tongue in cheek. If I offended any staff with gender assuming salutations I do apologize, I'm from Wyoming and simply unpracticed in the application of gender neutral pronouns, I promise I will continue to strive to do better. Thanks for the meal!Parking: While perhaps on the edge I consider this venue to be downtown. Parking is available but I wouldn't anticipate it being free.

Sarah Valerien: The Gouda burger was amazing. The burger was both sweet and the meat itself was cooked to perfection. Maggie was our server and she was very attentive. She was great at recommending drinks and helping us decide on courses. Every single time I either wanted water or alcohol, it was like she read my mind. I was here a year ago and remembered that the food was great but it was a seriously stellar experience.
