Helena Howard: Awesome vacuum, free with car wash. I vacuumed out my car for an hour. Very meditative and I left feeling rejuvenated and accomplished. One suggestion is that it would be interesting to know the weight of all the grit, hair, and coins I vacuumed up.

A staff member came out right away and helped me with the payment, they hand sprayed before the car went through the wash, and then hand dried when the wash was over. Not too uptight or uncomfortably professional, and just sketchy enough so you can clean out the paraphernalia from Saturday night without disapproving frowns from the person vacuuming next to you.

My biggest issue is they have randomly been closed during stated operating hours and I drive there to get a car wash and I’ve wasted a trip because they’re down for some reason. So I switched my membership to Tommy’s and haven’t had an issue since. Plus Pop closes at 7pm. Tommy’s is open until 9pm.Bottom line. Nice place to get your car washed.

james Vargas: Did an interior and exterior clean on a very dirty black on black Camaro. Overall they did a pretty good job. I only have two small criticisms. Just need to double check when cleaning after market wheels. Couple spots they missed on the inner barrels which is understandable they were 11" width wheels and hard to reach all the way back. Also need to make sure they remove the extra product on hard flat surfaces in the interior. You can see light streaking on some of the hard surface spots. Bryan Rolfes: I don't have any advice for Jay on how to improve upon my experience at 360 UltraDetail. He was flexible, punctual, and very informative on the intake process. A couple of add-on services I asked about he advised were not necessary. For instance, he told me he could get the spots I pointed to out of my carpet with the standard steam cleaning, and didn't need the additional shampoo. The work took just as long as he had estimated. His advice was right on because the outcome exceeded all of my expectations. It's not "like new," this thing looks better - in and out - than the day we drove it off the lot. Jay was also full of helpful advice on maintenance and other services. It is fun to work with someone so talented and passionate about what they do!-BryanP.S. - I didn't think to take a before photo, because I would never want to memorialize the state that my car was in when I dropped it off. StAsmodeus: On a friend's recommendation, I went to The Josh Wash to have the interior cleaned inside my 2008 Honda CRV.He cleaned 5½ years worth of dust, grime, dog hair, and smoking from my car! I've never had my car that clean on the inside since when I first bought it.I will definitely be going back for a touch up and maybe an exterior cleaning.
