Hewitt West: I find the outdoor Outlet mall a great place to walk.. Although I often walk my neighborhood there is a lot to see at the outlet mall.. I stopped at several stores..Le Creuset, Brooks Brothers, Jockey and several others.. There are public restrooms that I thought were very clean.. The parking was quite convenient... It was a wonderful place to enjoy a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon.

By far, this location has been the only one to provide us with such a welcoming environment and great attentive care.My mom and I don't know the last thing about luxury bags, so we went in there clueless and honestly not thinking we'd walk out with a purchase. Marcus was very kind and attentive to my mom and asked her for her preferences. Even though he was busy attending to other customers since the store was a bit crowded that day, he still took the time to take out a variety of bags in and out from the back — due to my mom's indecisiveness — for my mom to choose from. I think it was honestly nearly 10 bags that he showed her!I don't usually leave reviews on anything but I wanted to share this experience we had with Marcus.
