Jon Schmidt: Vlad was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and gave us a quick estimate based on conversations, pictures and texts. Due to the nature of our windows, he was unable to make the repair himself, but gave us great recommendations of what to look out for and how to approach window manufacturer for fix. He didn't even charge us for his time coming out for the estimate. Would definitely recommend!

He helped me out of a tight bind.Buyer required I fix a double pane window before closing but closing was in about two weeks and all the other "big name" companies were quoting me 4-6 weeks to repair without any interim options.I discussed with Vlad and he thought there might be some ways to repair the window. He explained the pros/cons went to the house the same day to check it out even though he had to work around some jobs he already had on his schedule.Ultimately, he fixed the window the same day, during the initial visit, and got it done for a fraction of the price the big name places quoted me. Vlad's conversational style is a little abrupt but he was very honest, responsive, and did great work.I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and if you decide to, I'm confident you wouldn't regret it.

He gets to the point and doesn't waste time with fluff talk. I guess some people perceive this communication style as "rude", but I actually found it refreshing.I hired Vlad to replace a window on my house in Minneapolis and was very satisfied with his work. He was honest, efficient, and professional. When I initially explained the nature of the replacement job, he gave me a quote but advised that I might be able to get a better quote from another company. He took the time to make sure I was getting the best possible deal, and provided me with a number of resources in the area to contact for a quote. It turned out both his price and his time projections were the best I could find. He smoked the competition! He kept us up to speed with status updates on the order delivery and was flexible in scheduling an installation time that worked for us. It was a painless process from start to finish and I'm very pleased with the outcome.It's a shame some people are so quick to rush to judgement that they would be willing to harm a hardworking man doing good business with their nonsense reviews. I advise you to please ignore those people and trust that you are in good hands with Vlad. I would happily work with him again!

He may come off as little rude over phone but I like to hear it straight. We asked him about other expensive solutions but he told us its not worth the money. I have never taken this much time to write a review for a person/company. If you have any glass issues he is your guy.
Anthony Schmidt: Vlad was probably the most honest repairman / tradesmen I've worked with. He gave us a price over the phone and was at our house about an hour later. He couldn't fix the root issue but was able to provide a solid patch to get us through the winter. He didn't even want to charge us the whole fee because he couldn't fix the issue up to his standards. You don't see this behavior anywhere more. I highly recommend using Vlad and Glass Resolution.

Mark Schwans: Dave was very responsive to my inquiry and easy to work with. Came by and made the measurements and worked with me to make sure I got the right colors and style on my grids for my windows. They replaced multiple cracked and fogged windows for me throughout the house and also changed some of my bathroom windows to be privacy, so I don't have to keep the shades pulled down. Overall very reasonable price for all the windows and immensely cheaper than a full window replacement. Definitely keeping them in mind for any possible future projects.

T Weber: We had a very odd shaped window to get replaced so we called a few different companies. Two of the companies came in considerably higher. One was almost three times higher because the said they needed to rent a lift 2 times because it was up higher and didn't want to go up on a ladder. All they had to do was cut the sealant loose. Woodbury glass guys put a ladder up and took 5 minutes. The glass comes out inside and can't fall out outside. A few weeks later the glass came in and it was replaced, no problem. They are very friendly and answer any questions I had. A little snafu happened and they took care of it no questions asked. I will definitely use them again since they were so much cheaper and did good work. Good people, too.

Sarah Ramsby: My husband and I are so impressed with this company and the service they provided us this past week. On Friday I was working on a customers cabinet door and accidentally broke two panels of the glass in that door. I not only needed the glass replaced but I needed it done quickly for the client who was expecting the door to be reinstalled by the end of the day. My husband called Custom Glass and Screen and even though they were getting ready to close for the weekend they were willing to look at the cabinet door. Let me tell you, when we got there, Troy got right on it and not only replaced the broken panels right then but by doing so allowed us to get back to our job of reinstalling. We were in and out and the cabinet door with the new glass panels looks good as new. Troy saved the day!!! We will definitely be using this company in the future. They were not only great to work with but their craftsmanship in their work speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend this company! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!!
