Giant Slide: what do users think?

amantastic: Love the 🎤 so we can hear people when they come down!

Stephen Wigg: Still just $4, not that there is a lot of maintenance. But it’s a must-stop for my daughters and their kids. Me? Not so much. Yes, I’m that cheap. For $4 I want it to last longer.

Kyle Stickney: One of, if not the most iconic attraction at the Minnesota State fair. Tons of fun and crazy fast, and only a few bucks a ride...can't beat that! It is a well maintained staple of the Mn fairgrounds for over 50+ years. I've been blessed enough to meet the owners and many of the crew that makes the whole operation possible. They also run the best damn fresh squeezed lemonade stand on the continent, as well as many other ventures. Best of all it is a family operation, where everyone helps out and a great small business to support. The owners are kind, authentic and a blessing to anyone that comes into contact with them. What a special group of people! Keep up the great work!

Richard Nichols: It's a slide. It's giant.

Charlie Hillstrom: Fun!!!

Stacy Lyn Bezdeka: I remember going down the giant slide when I was little. It was a lot of steps up and a little intimidating to look at before going down. At least it was for a small child. Anyways, it was a lot of fun and sometimes to look forward to during the year.

Jay Jay: Yeee haw

Chris Gallaty: A classic, and still a staple of the State Fair is the Giant Slide. Nothing gets simpler than a burlap sack and a very large hill. The interesting quirk of the slide is it's nothing but gravity that makes it work, so unlike some of the other rides that tend to loose some of their thrill over the years, the bigger you get, the more harrowing the ride. Be warned if you clock in at more than a few bills, you will catch some air on this thing. If you've written this off as a kid's ride, you may just not have been on it in a while.

Brittany Latterell: Playground: Two play grounds and a kid poolRestrooms: Indoor and outdoor, open until 9 during the week in the summer

Michael Dendinger: Lots of space, well used by the community, but never seems over crowded.

SerDunk TheLunk: I grew up a block away from this park, now it's a place I take my children. Lots of space in the fields and plenty of baseball diamonds, a park and kiddie pool and skate park

Steven Griffith: Restrooms: Couldn't find them

Kt “Kt.E” .E: Busy place today. Nice clean playground and skate park, cute wading pool. Comfortable atmosphere but not enough parking available.

Joe Schmeltzer: This is a nice place to hold a birthday party or other kids event. The ice rink in the winter is really well maintained. We had a great skate!

Trever Brown: Such a fun park and rec center. All of the employees are helpful and always greet the visitors with a smile.

Salvador Hernandez: It was a pleasure to be with the COPAL people, thanks also to Mr. Mike Castillo for the invitation.

Tyler L: The bacon jam burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The in house juicy IPA was just mediocre and i didn't find the battered fries to be special. Maybe the tots next time. But they burger.... I made everyone at my table try it.

Joel Abrahamson: Nice new playground, ball fields, a rec center with activities like broomball, a little wading pool: a well-rounded park!Restrooms: The rec center is only open on weekdays; those are the only bathrooms in the park.

Ryan Bahe: Nice quite parks with lots of folks walking and playing with their dogs

Our 10, 7 and 2 year olds all had a great time.MASKS OPTIONAL.The park employee who cheked us in said that attendance was pretty small first thing in the morning. We got there at 9 and were 4 of 8 people there for almost an hour. It was easy to keep a safe distance from other park patrons as the attending adult. I was able to catch the sunrise, and it was calming. The upper part of the park gives an Icelandic vibe, while the southern portion is a trail around a lake. There’s basketball courts, tennis courts, by the lake patios. Amazing bike trail as well. Must visit!

Jeffrey Grier: Easy to get to water park. Lots of summer time fun

Rachel Ibes: Took my 2yo here on a Sunday afternoon. She loved both the little splash pad and even the bigger splash area for a little bit.I felt secure knowing the life guards were attentive in case anything happened, and they were making sure the rules were being followed. This is a good thing to see when you have a small child that could easily be trampled by older kids, even with me following her everywhere.I didn't need to worry though, as all the other kids were respectful and were taking turns with my daughter on the little slide. The bigger kids also stayed in the big pool/splash area and left the little splash pad for the very small children.I love that you can walk right into the water and go as deep as you are comfortable with. They have lots of options for all ages, so it will grow with our family over the years. We love it!

Savage Jump Inflatables: what do users think?

Katiya Xiong: Excellent customer service via email, phone and in-person. We had to reschedule a couple of times and then on the day of setup, they were the most patient giving us about 30 min. to clear the pathway as we had failed to do it the night before! We felt horrible, but the workers were so forgiving and kind. The kids loved the fire truck bounce house, so we will surely rent it again before year end and hope to be a repeat customer. We highly recommend Save Jump Inflatables for any family!

Jill Hodsdon: I recommend Savage Jump wholeheartedly! We had a great experience. Prompt drop-off and setup, clear communication, great price, quality product that provided hours and hours of entertainment, prompt pick-up, etc.

Brian Fulford: There were no issues at all. I will be using this company again when I have need for a bounce house.

Gina K Solberg: Set up and tear down was so quick and the quality of the bounce house I rented was excellent. Highly recommend!

Molly Quigley Siddharth: We used Savage Jump for renting some tables and chairs for our backyard wedding. After comparing multiple vendor options, they were very affordable, even with using their pickup/delivery option where items were dropped off right at our alleyway garage/driveway. Having them deliver made for one less thing we needed to worry about for our big day. Would definitely use the company again for event rental needs!

Kate Hovde: great experience! Customer service was great, lots of information & details provided, drop-off and pick-up was timely. Would definitely recommend.

Adam Sery: Renting from Savage Jump Inflatables for our child’s first birthday party was the best decision we made! They were incredibly responsive prior to the event and the morning of the event. Compared to other companies we looked at, they were the best value and didn’t have all kinds of add-on charges, but just made sure everything was taken care of! We would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Nicole Monroe: Delivered early, fast setup, great customer service!

Ashley: Super easy from start to finish! Delivery people were great and the kids enjoyed every minute! Will use again in the future!

Zena 612: My sons birthday party was an amazing success, thanks to Savage Jump! We got the inflatable far before our start time and also got to keep it overnight, which made for a really fun after party! Thanks so much! We will definitely be using Savage Jump for future events.

K R: Seriously, best bounce house ever and fantastic service! The entire company is run by super friendly and smart staff, and delivery and pickup was super smooth. The kids loved the bounce house, fun for the little ones and even the bigger kids. Thank you for making our birthday party so much fun!

Kersten Hoffman: Savage Jump Inflatables is awesome! Great bouncy houses and exceptional customer service! Jose is amazing.

Dhavala Sameera Punnamaraju: Best inflatable rentals in Twin cities metro area, I highly recommend it!

Curt Kruse: Great service and great staff. The inflatable was very clean and the set up crew explained everything. Kids had a great time. I would use Savage Jump Inflatables again.

Deky Tenzin: We've always rented through another company and due to their re-org, we had to look else where as their new employees had ZERO customer service. So happy to have found Savage Jumps. Savage Jump rep was very helpful. Delivery and setup was on time. They even laid out a tarp under the waterslide we rented, which we've never had any other companies do. All our futures rentals will definitely be through Savage Jumps, highly recommend them!

Gerard Coury: Great service and great price!

Pita Loopa: Great playground for little through medium kids. One of the only playgrounds in the area that is well shaded in the hot summer.

Robert Lynes Jr: My kids love this park! We used to go often, when we lived in Minneapolis, but now we really only get there when we visit my parents. It's really a gem in the city. Great views of Lake Nokomis, and lots of shade. Bring the kids and check it out, they'll have a blast!Playground: Two different playgrounds, one for younger kids and one for older kids.Restrooms: Biffy during summer months. Plug your nose!Dog-friendliness: It's a huge area, and it's next to a lake, I couldn't think of a more dog friendly area.Picnic area: There is a couple of gazeebo's, and several picnic tables with benches. Obviously, it's first come, first serve.

Jeremy Polomny: Nice shaded area the kids can play during the day and it's not so hot. My kid requests this park out of all the others around. Plenty of kids frequent the park. Friendly kids. Everyone running and playing together. It was a fun day to hang out away from the sun

Ronald Doran: Nice little slice of the park system.

Jennifer Davis: Minneapolis' own Bermuda promises they aren't a rectangle

Katherine DeLong: Great destination park. My kid overcame her mild fear of planes flying overhead too.

Odin Klun: Great park

North Loop Playground: what do users think?

Erica Harris:

Emmanuel Roberts:

Susan Ivey:

Valerie Jeffreys:

Dan Krzykowski:

MohammadJavad Salehi:

Quinn Kelley:

Tesa Strot: 💎 💎 💎
