Saint Genevieve: what do users think?

Andrew R: Had a lovely brunch with my partner and her parents. The atmosphere walking in is very inviting and intimate. The service was splendid with nice appropriate information. The food was stunning! Everything was perfectly balanced with flavor and presentation. The brunch menu is limited but well rounded. We will be back for date night to try out the full dinner menu!

A Johnson: It's a great space for people watching. The food was tasty, but just kinda missed the mark for me this time. The texture of the leek fondue was almost like baby food, and the smoke in the risotto was overpowering.

Ann Nusbaum: This was our first time at this establishment. We went for New Year's Day Brunch. Love, love, love this place. The food was amazing. I had the French Omlette. It was perfect. Rhe beignets were the best I've jad outside of New Orleans. The quality of the drinks was unexpected. The Expresso Martini is a must. They also have Sazerac, which is unique for this part of the world. The place had a great vibe. Intimate setting, low key, relaxing, not rushed. Great place to hang with old friends, a date or family. We can't wait to go back and check out the dinner menu.

Sarah Horness: The restaurant is cozy and a bit loud. The service was excellent. My rye whiskey sour was wonderful. The duck with lentils was delicious and the chocolate creme brulee was perfection. The only thing I did not really love was the escargot croquettes. The sauce on them was delicious, but I did not enjoy the croquettes themselves. A small disappointment in a lovely meal.

Salut Bar Americain: what do users think?

Jennifer Nuzum: Loved our steak Au poivre. The Nicoise Salad was a jumbled mess of a dish, with three little potatoes burried in a mountain of wilty arugula that was past its prime, over cooked asparagus. Dressing was absolutely delicious, tuna cooked great.Steak was amazing, perfect plating and sauce.Happy hour cocktail was wonderful too.

Cave Vin: what do users think?

Kristin H: was quick to greet us, gave us a sample of wine while we waited and checked in frequently. The food was incredible! The pesto pasta was amazing, the beat salad was a surprisingly refreshing and delicious starter that I was not expecting to love as much as I did! It was all great. Would definitely recommend!

Ecaterina McCollam: If you haven't been here just go try it out! Amazing staff, wine selection and food.

Dan DeBaun: My wife and I had the pleasure of going to Cave Vin for the first time. We were looking for a hidden gem restaurant we haven’t been to before and are so happy we went here. The service was incredible and the food delicious. Best tartare I’ve ever had. I don’t know much about wine but enjoyed tasting what my wife ordered. They seem to have a great selection. We can’t wait to come back again!

Joanne Platt: What a delightful and cozy gem of a restaurant! This was our first time dining at Cavé Vin, but it won't be our last. From start to finish we were impressed with the quality of the delicious food and engaging, proficient service. The mussels in white wine were perhaps the best I have ever enjoyed, and the salad of alternately layered beets and cucumbers tasted as wonderful as it was artfully presented. The top sirloin was blanketed in a smooth demi glace and served with a pat of Bleu cheese butter that slowly melted into the sauce. My one regret was not ordering the baguette to mop up all the decadent sauces that accompanied the mussels and steak! We will definitely add Cavé Vin into our rotation of favorite restaurants!

Patrick Roche: This is perhaps my favorite restaurant. I've been to most of them in town and believe this one is the best. The food is always stellar and the staff take hospitality to the next level. Cave Vin has a special place in our hearts and stomachs. Thank you Ken and staff for all of the memories we've had with you and for more to come!My favorite: Artic Char;Wife's favorite: pork tenderloin. The best Brussels sprouts I've ever had.

Erté & The Peacock Lounge: what do users think?

Jill LaCroix: This place is simply outstanding! Each dish somehow topped the one before it. The flavors are complex and delicious, and we had a very satisfying meal. Fun atmosphere and a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

Paulo Cortez: Nice place to go on a date or with family. Excelent steak, I recommend the Coulotte Sirloin. The service is very good.

Emily Haeg: Nice spot for cocktails. Appreciated the NA options.

Austin McDowell: Kelly welcomed my party with a bright smile and lead us to our table. The server was quick to get our drink order in and the food came hot and fast! We will be back!!

Rebecca Costigan: We had a fantastic dinner here for Restaurant Week! They had specials for just this week and I think got to try some fun new dishes. Everything was really tasty: crab Oscar, crispy branzino and a sweet potato turnover for me; merguez sliders, short rib tacos and apple spice cake for my hubby. We thought the sliders were good enough to put on the permanent menu! We will definitely be back to try some of the regular menu. The service was very attentive and decor is lovely - art deco and quite chic.

La Belle Crepe Catering: what do users think?

Cheryl Drentlaw: Fabulous! We hired La Belle Crepe to cater breakfast for our regional managers meeting. The attendees were so impressed that we had someone making crepes to order for them and Alain was friendly and fun to chat with while he was cooking for them. Wonderful food and fabulous company - we will definitely have them back!

Joelle Albrecht: So glad we chose this catering option! It was the day following our daughter’s wedding, and we chose La Belle to provide savory and sweet crepes while we relaxed with our family that were in town for the wedding. They took care of everything, it was so easy for us! The crepes were amazing! The accommodated our request for gluten free and nut free options. The owner and his daughter are great people. Such a great experience!! I would definitely do this again!!

William McNaughton: The food was awesome and the service was even better!

George Podolski: the best crepes you can get in Minneapolis, amazing catering service!

Tara Ryan: We had LaBelle Crepe cater our daughter’s graduation party. It was a huge hit! The food was delicious and we had so many compliments from our guests. I would highly recommend LaBelle Crepe for anyone’s event!

L Lu: We used La Belle Crepe Catering for a graduation party. It was a great experience- they came early to set up, we had sweet snd savory crepes offered, and they cleaned everything up at the end. I love that they can set up just about anywhere - we had the party in backyard so it was great to have them set up as part of the party. We considered food trucks but didn’t want to have people trudging up to the front of the house in the driveway for food. The staff was very personable and offered guests ideas on what to try when asked and were a fun addition to the party. I would highly recommend them.

Gao Lee: Merci La Belle Crêpe! Emmanuel was so helpful from the moment I called for information planning my daughter’s Paris theme birthday. Everyone enjoyed the crêpes, they were delicious. Emmanuel and the staff were super sweet and set up everything without any stress on me. The party went wonderful. Straight forward quotes. Thank you so much!

Zara Co: La Belle Crepe hosted our daughter’s graduation party. The team was fantastic to work with and the crepes were delicious! Thank you for your part in making the day special!

Apple Muenker: Amazing. Just simply the best for any party. We have had La Belle at our home twice and it was the best experience. Professional, funny and the food is divine. Thank you !

Kristy Wesson: They were excellent at a recent grad party! Such a fun and different idea, and the friendliest guys!

Jacob Koomen: Great ServiceDelicious Crepes!Above and BeyondA total hit with my nieces grad party!Thank you!

Autumn Lee: Patrick was so amazing! Great customer service! Great experience! Great food!

Joanie Balach: Highly recommend them! La Belle Crepe catered an event for our church choir Saturday night. Set up, clean up, professionalism, customer engagement, communication all were top-notch! And those fabulous savory and sweet crepes were out of this world! Plus Belgian chocolate gelato! Kudos and thanks!

Kelly Clarno: I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Delicious food, so easy and fun to work with, and so much less stressful when hosting an event!!! Everyone loved the food, and it was fun to watch them put the variety of crepes together! We had them for a grad party, and they would be great for a shower, after wedding brunch, or any event. I can't wait to have them to my home again!

Joni Anker: Outstanding crepes and service! They served over 300 people and every person felt special! I would highly recommend La Belle Crepe for your next party! You will love the food, the service and the staff!!! Tres magnifique!!!

Janet Peterson: The service and food were the highest quality! We needed people who would take care of us and our guests and La Belle totally delivered. I highly recommend them!

Jennifer Bishop: We hired LeBelle Crepe 2 years in a row for our kid’s graduation parties. They were so easy to work with and made the day stress free for us. They had great advice for set up and menu. On the day of both parties they were prompt and had everything ready before the guests arrived. Their staff were very friendly and professional. We had many guests comment on how nice it was to not have the usual graduation party food. We had savory and sweet crepes along with gelato. After the party they cleaned up efficiently. I would definitely hire them again! Great experience.

Nelli Thomas: We hosted La belle crepe at our house in our backyard for a small wedding. La belle crepe was very organized with good communication, it was easy for us to be ready with the right plugs for their setup and they were timely and tidy. The crepes were varied and delicious! The crepes were unlimited so you could definitely make a full meal of them given the savory and sweet options. They even made a couple of extra sweet crepes for our kids who had gone to bed to have for breakfast. We were super impressed and would use them again for a future party!

Pravin Wilson: We had La Belle Crepe cater for our twins graduation party in 2022. They came and set up ahead. Very organized. Extroverted and fun crew helped make it a memorable experience. The crepes were fantastic and a big hit with everyone as they had a lot of variety - savory and sweet. Would highly recommend.

Deanna Tschida: We had La Belle Crepes Catering for our daughter’s baby shower. It was a fairly small gathering and it worked out wonderfully. We chose the Brunch Menu with both savory and sweet crepes. There were so many delicious combinations that our guests had multiple crepes. Such a fun day! I highly recommend using them for your special event.

Shana Antonissen: were fantastic.Lunch with La Belle is definitely an experience worth having! The best part is that you don't have to limit yourself to just one crepe - you can try them all if you'd like. Of course, the process involves getting in line and placing your order, but it's definitely worth it. And while you're enjoying your delicious crepe, you can chat with the other guests and soak up the friendly atmosphere. If you feel like trying another crepe, no problem - just hop back in line and catch up with your fellow linemates. And the best part? Alain provides smooth and efficient service, allowing you to enjoy your lunch stress-free.

Normandy Kitchen: what do users think?

Michael Dvoracek: This was the food highlight of our trip to Minneapolis for me. I had the Eggs en Cocotte, which I had never heard of and can't pronounce correctly, but was delicious. It was over-easy eggs served in a casserole dish with ham and cream with gruyere cheese broiled on top and it was amazing. My wife got the Normandy skillet and also enjoyed it very much. The toast was even great with a nice bread and and English Muffin. The bartender who served us, Tom, was very nice and pleasant to interact with during our meal.

Andrew Johnson: really is a big part of his life story and is a lifelong memory I will cherish. The Normandy is a shining example of the quality and care you give to your patrons as well as to your staff. Thank you for keeping such a special place running.Respectfully,Andrew Johnson

Donald Whipple Fox: This is by far my favorite restaurant. It has a wide fare of wonderfully prepared, decadent culinary dishes. I will admit that one of my main reasons for my initial admiration for this restaurant had to do with the pommes frites accompagnement of sauce Béarnaise. This, sadly, has faded away, but the steak au poivre vert, the pork, the Henry VIII burger, the meatloaf, the sensational soupes du jour, and all the rest of the delectable repasts are well worth your attention. I will be bit critical of tonight's fare, the wild rice risotto served with sweet potato croquette, roasted kalette and grape, crème fraîche, and fresh Parmigiano Reggano. While the croquette does melt in the mouth, and the kalette and grape truly add to the flavour, the dearth of mushroom is a setback. I actually requested a separate order of sauteed mushrooms to supplement the dish. Nonetheless, I still love this wonderful locale. Good beers, a wonderful bottled French cider, and a plethora of fine wines add to the overall plaisir gourmandise! Enjoy!

Karen Kowieski: Had my wedding reception here 54 yrs ago today! We were back a few yrs ago at Easter time & when they heard our story they were very gracious & let us go to the room where we had our reception. At the end of our evening our hostess got us an Uber made sure we got to the car safely & paid for our ride back to our hotel! It was a great evening! Thanks for your hospitality! 💞💞

Janice Vassar: Great place to meet friends for drinks.

Demi: what do users think?

Ryan O John: Top 3 meals I’ve ever had. Creative pairings, stellar raw ingredient quality, locally sourced, and fabulously curated textures and tastes. On top of that the vibe is just purely welcoming and friendly.Dietary restrictions: They can seemingly accommodate anything with advance notice.

Felix Gill: It is a small kitchen environment. Seats about 25 people max. We got the eleven course Whitney meal. Great presentation.Had a lovely time.Parking: Use the valet.

Vitor Yamaoto: You walk in into a small yet inviting waiting area with a small bar. If you got the pre drink package, you get a small menu of crafted cocktails or you can ask the bartender to make your own. After your introductory drink, they take you to the dining area which is a U shaped are with the kitchen in the center. You get an amazing experience from start to finish with 7 to 11 courses; you won't leave hungry. The wine pairing is carefully selected for a perfect match to each dish. The food is TOP NOTCH. They way the flavors come together in your pallet is really an experience you need to have for yourself.

Bethany Charlsen: We’re hard to impress, fussy and difficult. This place continues to top our list of the best in the Twin Cities and even US/worldwide.Yes, it’s deserving of at least two Michelin stars. The ambience, cuisine, and staff are remarkable.Yes, you might need to save up for a dinner here although the Barrington option offered Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays is lovely and a steal at $95/pp.Yes, every time you go the experience will be a bit different yet still the same in some ways with those gooey, warm Rice Krispie treats at the end as an example.Yes, the staff is passionate and eager to share their expertise and showcase their knowledge with you and….Yes, you will feel cared about and valued as a guest. Every time.

Anna Torgerson: Hell yeahRecommended dishes Truffles, Wagyu Beef Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend …

Linda McLoon: I love to cook, and I love dining out. I love to try new foods and foods cooked in different ways. I find the complex mixtures of ingredients to make a totally new dish fun and exciting. If this is you, you will adore Demi. The food is sublime, the ambience serene, and the service is impeccable and joyful. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed. We started with a warm broth made from roasted beets. Light and warming. The first course was a triple. The sweet potato tart with pickled kombu, nori, black truffle, and miso was absolutely scrumptious. The other two small bites were lovely, but, oh my, that sweet potato tart! These were followed with a lovely fresh scallop crudo, beautifully plated. I adore foie gras, and the Demi version was slices of a terrine served with prune and preserved lemon. The foie gras was smooth; this was really yummy. The fish course was sturgeon, interestingly served with rutabaga puree and little slices of crispy rutabaga. This really worked. The pasta dish was so delicious, and I mean really, really delicious. This is the type of pasta you think about for days. These were chestnut agnolotti, served with celery root, cognac cream, and pomegranate. I could have eaten a huge bowl of these. A triumph in flavor and texture. Mmmmm! The duck and beef courses were also delicious, cooked perfectly, with perfect accomplishments. I had to laugh at the cheese course, as it was actually a cheese tartlet, with endive marmalade and pine nuts. These were perfect. We had a delicious sorbet palate cleanser, and a very interesting sunchoke bavaroise and ice cream dessert. And you leave with a little box of candies. This is a nice touch.Eating here is an adventure in deliciousness. Every dish is beautifully plated on interesting service ware. Your water glass never goes unfilled. You are served at your own pace. The staff is clearly and justly proud of what they are serving you.I have eaten at some magnificent restaurants in Copenhagen, Barcelona, France, and this absolutely meets the standard of those Michelin starred restaurants - and better than some.It is not cheap. You know what you are getting into when you reserve your table. However, the food is divine. If you like to know what you are going to eat before you get it, this is not the place for you. If sturgeon with rutabaga puree gives you pause, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are willing to put your meal in some very capable hands, and don't bat an eye at eating smoked white fish, broccolini, and caviar, you will fall in love with Demi.

Gabriela Seidel: put it, made me not miss wine.Thank you Demi for taking such good care of us and for giving us a night to remember!

Carolyn Livingston: Just go. It's perfect. Staff was amazingly friendly and made the evening for us.

Jeremy: Weee! That was fun. No idea what the second seating is doing, our reservation was at 5:30, didn't get home till after 9. Go early, it's an adventure. Even the bathroom was meditative and romantic. Not sure what else to say about it. It's a great experience. All the dishes were fantastic but for me the vegetables really shined. I know a full 11 course vegetarian menu would never sell but they could pull it off.

Chris Valenty: A truly memorable dining experience, definitely lives up to the high praise. We had been waiting for a while to visit Demi, we had seen the stellar reviews for a few years now. The dining experience is very immersive with the open kitchen format. Being able to speak to the chefs as they deliver each course, really helped us understand the creativity and depth of flavors in each dish. As a fan of the Netflix Show “Chef’s Table”, this is first dining experience I’ve had in Minneapolis that felt like a world-class fine dining experience like you would see on Chef’s Table.
