Cody Flaherty: This is a life saving service in times of crisis, and an incredible resource to find a good fit for mental health support when you otherwise can’t afford it. I had a tough situation while I was in between insurances and was able to come here, get in same day, and speak to a great counselor. I tried a few different providers before finding one who fit and set up a short term care plan. These clinicians make high quality mental health care accessible, regardless of income or insurance status.
Elena Vazquez: we went here about 6 yrs ago with my spouse we had a great experience gave us the tools to fix our marriage problems went individual counseling then t together.. David was great not sure it he still volunteers there but he and god save our marriage .

A C: I have had great support from Walk in counselors, regarding deep issues, ranging from gettinf better at beinf assertive, help finding resources for further care, and interpersonal relationships with people of different backgrounds. I'd say 5 out of the 6 times ive come out of a session feeling much more at ease.

Planty McPlanterson: I met my best and longest friend here back in the 90’s. I always had great success ordering the cottage cheese and fruit plate - it was very healthy and also delicious. They also let my mom bring me McDonald’s and my friends dad got to bring her mcdonalds too. We still hang out and in fact, we’re writing this review together because we feel our experience should be documented. We’ve come a long way, thanks to abbott and our magical friendship. I highly recommend if you need help or just need a friend, Abbott is lit - and if you’re here involuntarily, on a 72 hour hold, it’s not so bad - you got this. We got through it - you will too.

Duchess Kat: Wed. Drop-in clinic is a lifesaver if u miss your last Dr. appt. 4 Rx refill. Be sure 2 arrive by 12:30pm bc the few empty slots allotted 4 drop-ins fill up very quickly & plan on waiting til 3pm 2 b seen if you're near the end of the drop-in wait-list. But, you'll at least leave w/your Rx refill. Just be patient bc even if u don't see your Dr., the nurse will help u w/Rx refill.
Jennifer Johnson: For the amount and cost of services that the county provides us, there's no way it deserves less than five stars. Yes, it gets busy and sometimes you have to wait, but you'll never get turned away. Outside of MN this doesn't exist. I'm forever grateful to have access to health care like this.

Matthew Linngren: I have been incredibly impressed with the staff and facilities of People's Center. I had a physical and spent 40 minutes with Dr. Maust - not an RN or LPN or PA, but the doctor! Very thorough, listened to my concerns, great follow-up through their MyChart medical records system. My second experience was for a bad toothache and I had to do a walk-in appointment. I only had to wait an hour which was not bad considering the circumstances. Dr. Hicks and her assistant were very kind and compassionate in diagnosing the problem and taking steps to address the issue.

They said to pay my bill when I can. Yeah.. he sent me to collections! He claimed to have sent a vetoed letter. When asked if he had a tracking number since I foamy get it or sign for anything. HE TOLD ME HE WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME. WHAT TATIC! THEN HE REPLIED HOW DOES THAT MATTER. WELL YOU MUST TOLD ME YOU SENT IT AND HAD A TRACKING NUMBER. GET RID OF WHOEVER DOES YOUR BILLING!!!!!!!Simply said she is the best and I don't believe in 100 percent. She is 99.8!Catherine Falcon, who will answer calls. Is so phenomenal! Someone who can relate and takes the time to talk with you. She could easily do counseling herself more than she does.So grateful for everything they have done and continue to do. I was having a hard time today.. Catherine made everything so much better. I will go nowhere else.. ever. If your skeptical, give them a chance. They will change your life.. going from complete darkness to seeing the light even if it there is still a the tunnel ahead of u.

It is so important to be know you can trust your provider and communicate openly.The tele-health options are available on a platform that is easy to use, dependable and convenient and the patient portal is user friendly as well. Appointments are well managed and easy to schedule with a attentive staff and the care provided is helping me continue to make daily progress towards my goals.Wonderful experience all around.

Jamie E: She was non judgmental, and took my condition seriously. I felt comfortable with her quite quickly. She didn't brush off any of my concerns about my SSRI meds like other doctors have. She really took her time to get to know me, and I appreciated that a ton because I know she is very busy. I've never had a health care professional ask me so many questions and listen so well. I feel really hopeful that I will finally get the help I've needed for so long. They are doing amazing work and reaching people that normally fall through the cracks of the health care system. D Rock: I have to say hands down that the doctors and the care team at this Clinic is the most caring that I've ever had! Starting with the Big Guy Dr Anyake, he by far has been the most caring physician the most open-minded physicians and the hardest working physician at that I have had in 25 years of psychiatry and behavioral health treatment.Unfortunately, I've had a plethora of doctors, half condescending and couldn't care less, and I had some doctors that have been pretty good. However, I haven't had doctors that are amazing like doctor and Anyake, PAC Lisa and Katie and the rest of the staff. One last thing , he's the only doctor that I had an appointment with at 8 in the morning and then called back later only to think that I'm going to get an answering machine? NOPE, at 10:00 at night he's still there working answering the phone. Just goes to show what kind of hard working caring team that is The Diamond Lake Clinic. Kayla Anne: I’m really disappointed that North Memorial is closing their outpatient program. My care team has literally helped save my life! Mental health IS healthcare, and there are about to be a lot of people stranded without the care they need to live.
Mike Peterson: It took awhile to get in but it's been a big help. Some of these reviews are old and are no longer relevant. They have great staff and Dr Hanson has the compassion of no other provider l have ever met. Mary clair helps with some of my darkest days. THANK YOU.
Grace Hubbard: Wonderful IOP program, as well as continued care! From what I’ve seen, they actually care about their patients well being long-term. Worth any wait they have.
Ann Gervais: Great IOP program, I have a fantastic therapist and psychiatrist, this is the best mental health clinic I have ever been to.
Ari Alvarez: The staff was amazing and the IOP program was life changing. This is a team that truly cares about what is best for you and has the training for it. This changed my life for the better and I am so blessed to have crossed paths with this program. I thank God every day for it. Thank you for all your work guys!

Blue: Touchstone Mental Health is an excellent community resource for both services as well as housing. We are able to use their conference rooms for meetings, and have a great relationship with the staff and administration.
