Jared Burseth: They need to do a lot of work and user research to make their website more user-friendly. Things don't lead where you think they will, and certain charge explanations are unclear. That being said, I had some issues and was referred to Hailey when I called customer service, and she was incredibly helpful and efficient. Keep her around!
Fredy castillo: Very good, I couldn't pay because I don't have a card, but I called for assistance and they opened me to leave but I don't know if I will have charges. Very nice place, I just have a way to pay with a card.

A M: Very cheap and well lit, with access to the ground floors via stairs and elevators. Parked here for a show at a nearby venue for just over three hours, total cost when leaving was $7. I especially appreciate that this ramp has it's own traffic light, it makes leaving a LOT safer and more efficient.

ValorXCII: . The ramp near the armory is always busy, especially leaving the rave, which is why I always prefer to just come here. Some of the shows get out at about 2am, and only once I have had to call the number on the ticket to get assistance getting inside the little building to go down stairs to my car. I also want to say it's usually cheaper, like $15 max, than the ramp near the Armory, but don't quote me

Kayne Schwarz: Edit: Contacted Denison Parking as suggested in the response. They kindly refunded the parking charge as that was intended for the event the next day at US Bank Stadium. Note that parking apps still aren't working there so plan accordingly!Original: Very poor parking experience. Prepaid for a spot using the park MSP app assuming that was fixed by now. Sure wasn’t. Called the attendant and they told me I need to call the app provider, they can’t help. Asked him to let me leave and he said “you’re not on my camera” and that he was at a different location that could not see me stuck trying to leave. Couldn’t exit so I tried spot hero. Same experience. Was physically trapped in the parking entrance as the doors had shut and barriers prevented me from turning around. Attendant couldn’t let me so I was forced to pay $50 event parking to be able to park and exit. No ticket printed and had to call the virtual assistant on the way out too which took another few minutes to leave. Absolute mess. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle.
Cody B (Cody): The gate attendant was really friendly and the proximity to US Bank Stadium is unreal. It does take awhile to get out after an event but again, the location makes that completely worth it.
