lisa pohl: I cannot believe how lovely, experienced and helpful the two women working were when I recently visited this store. They greeted me visited with me and were very knowledgeable! They helped me pick out just the right length and color extensions and then she even took the time to put them in for me. I cannot recall their names but one of the gals was the manager and the other in charge of marketing as well as worked in the store. I was very impressed with both of them and I love my new hair. I got them done in April, now it’s October and I’m going to get them removed, trim the ends of my actual hair and eventually go up to 34inches! I usually get my hair bundles from them and they have ALWAYS been amazing!! So I figured why not try the salon on Broadway in Minneapolis. I was extremely nervous because we all know we have a specific way we want our hair and I was scared I wasnt going to get that. Today was the 2nd time I went to the salon, so needless to say, if I came back it was good, wait not only good...its PERFECT. My stylist is Mickey and she is always on time, I am in and out so I'm not sitting there for 5 or 6 hours, very professional and most importantly....my head does not hurt!! It is tight but NOT PAINFUL. I am scheduling my daughters appointment next. Thanks Mickey.
