If after seeing my review you have questions for me please reach out to Goodmanson Construction for my contact information as I am providing my approval for them to provide it to their potential customers. I am happy to speak with you and have many other pictures to show.The monoslab underneath my garage was cracking and separating and the frame on the front side of the garage was damaged from setting directly on the garage floor. The garage integrity was being challenged as a result of the deteriorating garage foundation. I also had some sidewalk/patio cracked concrete with freeze/thaw issues that I had them fix.The project took them only 9 working days from start to finish. In that time they shored/lifted/braced my 24'x28' oversized 2-car garage, removed/replaced garage floor & foundation, re-set the garage on the new block as well as pored concrete 14' in front of the garage and the smaller spots I mentioned above.It was a professional experience from initial review, design, & quote through completion. Awesome crew. Easy for me to work with and I am thrilled with the results.

Jo Jo: I had cracks in my sewer line leading out to the street and every year or two had to hire a contractor to grind the roots out. An inspection with a camera was recommended after an Especially long cleaning and one crack was especially troubling with pieces of the clay pipe missing. I had contacted several contractors for an estimate to repair the sewer pipe with a liner. I decided to go with Cichy based on several things including a friends recommendation that also had used them for the same issue, price and also for the fact that they do all the work from the outside so you don’t have to have your basement floor jackhammered which could create a new set of problems. Cichy’s crew showed up prompt both days and worked hard. We stayed in the house while they worked both days and only had a 4 hr period of not to flush the toilet. The final bill came a little over estimate but stipulated what could cause that and my friend who recommended them had their final bill come in under the estimate. The price was still reasonable based on the other estimates. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a sewer line problem

They are a pleasure to work for. 💛Recently I have had issues with a particular superintendent who thinks he knows how to do my job better than I.I was told by a job superintendent to paint over dirt and dust. I was also told I am not able to blow off the surface. I’ve been doing this my entire career and was taught to clean any and all dust before painting.I am posting this so this particular superintendent can humble himself, and realize that he is wrong. I will always do things the proper way. Never half a$$.Enclosed is the manufacturers surface preparation. Please note it says to remove all dust, and dirt from the surface before painting.My advice. Let your sub contractors do their jobs without interfering. If there are issues with their work then you can be a critic.

Jim Hering: We have been working on this demo for months with Nitti. Specifically, Dana at Nitti. Dana has been outstanding to work with. He has helped us navigate the various state, county and local agencies needed to get permits and inspections. He has been very patient answering our mundane and sometimes repetitive questions. This is a daily experience for them, but a once in a lifetime experience for most of the rest of us and Dana understands that. Our demo is finishing up. The entire crew form the heavy equip operators to the truck drivers, etc, have been excellent to work with as well. They know their stuff! Could not have asked for a better experience from them.
