222 Hennepin Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Trevor Allred: Honestly the best experience I've ever had at an apartment. Staff is super helpful and friendly, location is great. Maintenance was always lightning fast. Any issues were promptly handled and taken seriously. If you are looking for something in North loop, I would start here.

MJ: , community events, pet friendly, multiple elevators, maintenance professionals who are knowledgeable and prompt, indoor heated parking, security staff, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances are all absolutely top-notch, BUT the staff makes this place feel like home. Noah, Dan and Sarah are the best of the best! They care about...everything and everybody! If you are looking for a place in the North Loop...look no further. This is it.

Kam Cone: We toured multiple north loop & NE apartments and 222 had the best parking scenerio BY far!

Asia Nelson: Highly recommend living at this property. Aside from the amazing location and numerous amenties, the management team onsite is comprised of the most thoughtful and committed staff who truly care about creating community and making each resident feel at home. Sarah, Noah, and Dan have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help us.They host several fun and engaging community events each month to get to know your neighbors and there's even yoga onsite! We have not experienced any trouble living here and for any quick maintenance fixes, they are responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking is great here, and there's options for tandem spaces which is rare in the NL area.If you are looking for a new home in Minneapolis, make sure this property is first on your list!

Ryan Middendorf: I have lived at 222 for almost a year now and the place is AWESOME! It is maintained perfectly and the people are very friendly. Sarah, Dan and Noah are amazing and always there to help. 10/10 recommendation.

Haadie: Thank you to Dan, Noah, Sara, Mike and the team for an incredible move in day experience.I’ve moved 4/5 times to various apartment complexes and this one was by far the best experience. This place is beautiful and well kept. It’s so nice having a staff that knows how to take care of its residents. Can’t wait for the days ahead thanks to the team!

philip valley: Recently moved into 222 Hennepin Apartments and I am absolutely thrilled. Incredible location, within walking distance to dozens of wonderful restaurants, live music and the river. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

Molly Lyons: Everything is always clean and feels safe. Plus, great location and right above Whole Foods!

Kronus Advisor: BUT Sarah, Dan, Noah, and team have been nothing but kind, attentive, helpful, and generally excellent to work with as I've gotten settled in to my new place. based on my experience so far would absolutely recommend living here.

Nicolas Valencia: I've been living in 222 for over 2 years, and it has been Excellent. It has been a stress-free experience since I moved in. The staff is always ready to answer questions, and are very quick! Sarah, Noah and Dan are very friendly and make us feel welcome every time we see them.I also recently did a transfer within the building and it was the smoothest thing ever. The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!

Holly Frankenberg: Great location, great management team, enclosed garage parking, great amenities. Would recommend!

Luke Cerretani: By far the best apartments and even better service in the North Loop! The entire team is amazing, especially Sarah, Noah and the office crew! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Andrew Bourgoin: The Team at 222 Hennepin is incredibly good at what they do. I was making a cross country move and they were excellent communicators every step of the way. When I arrived, I was greeted with such support and warmth - it was like being welcomed into a family home - what a treat! Additionally, the apartment was perfectly prepared for my arrival. Clean, updated, and complete with a gift from the Team. I can not say enough good things about this whole experience. Shout out to Sarah! ✌️

Derrick Ijames: Serving and Leading is Talent and a Skill SetI absolutely love living at 222 Hennepin. I have lived here for almost 3 years now. What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

Dennis B: Prime location with impeccable amenities and frequent, fun, calendar events. All the staff are absolutely amazing!Special shout out to Dan for his legendary service and going above and beyond.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

Mill District City Club Apartments: what do users think?

Ace Constantine: Love the live pothos wall

Gene Kelly: Very nice apartments. Close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay there.

virginia general: I love it here, the area is great and the amenities cannot be beat. I'd love to thank Jess specifically for helping me with all my needs when it came to leasing and renting, and literally everything else I needed help with. She is enthusiastic, fun, and professional. Jess was a huge reason I decided to rent, she has a personality that a lot of other places that I looked to rent lacked. Jess is invaluable to Mill District City Club Apartments!

Derek Field: Friendly staff. Nice apartments

Xavier Funk: Very beautiful inside and out

Wyatt Kosmatka: Great place to live! Staff and tenants are friendly, overall great vibe at MDCCA!

Jacob Rorvick: My girlfriend and I lived at MDCC for 16 months after getting a great deal on rent during the pandemic. We are only leaving because we bought a house. Nigel came on board and has been a complete turnaround from past management. He and I have had good communication whenever there has been an issue with our place. For example, the battery on my automatic shade died and he took the time to find a replacement when I couldn’t find one. Other problems were taken care of promptly. Erika has also been excellent as well. This place is amazing - especially for the money. If you are considering, we highly recommend the 2-level lofts. In my opinion, it felt much larger than the other units.Hope you find this review helpful! I see a lot of other reviews giving flack but we had nothing but a peasant experience.

Mill Ruins Park: what do users think?

Nick DiColandrea: Wonderful views! It’s under construction right now but still very cool!

Drew King: beautiful views of the city and of historic landmarks.

Calvin Johnson 3: I love, beautiful views of the city

Akshaya Bhagavathula: During a recent exploration of Minneapolis's rich historical landscape, I visited Mill Ruins Park, a site that beautifully intertwines the city’s industrial past with its vibrant present. Nestled along the Mississippi River, this park offers a unique glimpse into the 19th-century mills that once were the heartbeat of Minneapolis. The park is a fascinating mix of historical ruins and modern architecture, where weathered stone walls and remnants of old mills stand against a backdrop of the city skyline. Walking through Mill Ruins Park, I felt as though I was stepping back in time. Informational plaques scattered throughout the area provide a wealth of knowledge about the flour mills that once dominated the area and played a pivotal role in the city's development. One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to walk along the river and enjoy the scenic views of St. Anthony Falls and the Stone Arch Bridge. The sound of rushing water and the sight of the falls added a dynamic element to the tranquil historical exploration. It’s a photographer’s delight and a perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy a bit of nature in the urban setting. The park is very accessible, with well-maintained pathways that make it easy to explore the ruins and riverfront. Whether you’re a history buff, nature lover, or simply looking for a picturesque place to unwind, Mill Ruins Park offers something for everyone. The blend of history, nature, and urban scenery makes it a must-visit location in Minneapolis. My visit to Mill Ruins Park was not only educational but also incredibly inspiring. It provided a profound sense of connection to the city's past, making it one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Minneapolis.

Robertson Souza: Nice place.Dog-friendliness: Dog-friendless are...

John Swanke: A must do place for beautiful pictures of the city, especially at night with the skyscrapers lit up...

Mill City Museum: what do users think?

Sandra Pritchard: We thought it would be a quick visit. No, it was well thought out. A 20 minute film on the history of the Mills and Minneapolis. Then the Flour Tower, inspired. I am not going to give away secrets 😁. The whole experience of the Mill City Museum was awesome. It is a must to see. Views of the Mississippi from the observation deck were breathtaking.

Richard Erickson: Wonderful museum. About 2 to 3 hours for a visit. Great for kids with lots of hands-on exhibits. The flour tower is a cool exhibit. Great place to introduce people to the history of Minneapolis.

Jillissa Molnari: I recently visited Mill City Museum and was amazed by its rich history and unique setting. The museum, built within the ruins of the Washburn A Mill, offers a captivating glimpse into the revolutionary milling processes that shaped Minneapolis into the flour milling capital of the world in the late 19th century. The museum showcases the technological advancements of the Washburn-Crosby Co., later General Mills, and how it brought fine wheat flour to the masses. Walking through the National Historic Landmark, I could feel the significance of this site and its impact on the local community. The Minnesota Historical Society has done a fantastic job preserving and presenting this important piece of history. A must-visit for history buffs and anyone interested in Minneapolis' industrial heritage. The interactive Flour Tower was amazing, including a ride to the top of the mill and being able to see much of the Mississippi River!
