Stephen Dent: Update: A big shout out to Matt Roybal for the excellent work and patience shown to me regarding my pump, which I love. A landscaper recently installed some new trees and I failed to turn the pump off when they left. A nozzle popped off and it lost its prime. Matt - who I now refer to as the pump whisperer - came and knew exactly what happened and fixed it within minutes.Green Acres Sprinkler Comany is the only sprinkler company I will do business with. They are reliable and know their stuff.And, BTW, if you live an a lake, or a creek like I do, get yourself a pump for the water for your underground sprinkler system. Over the many years I have used Green Acres I am sure I have saved many thousands of dollars on my water bill. It is well worth the investment and will pay you dividends for years to come.These folks have been awesome to work with. For three years they have bled and filled my in-ground sprinkler system. Last year they installed a pump so I could pump water from a creek into my system. Then, this summer I had a new garden installed and the whole sprinkler system was messed up by another company...the landscape company. John and Dean worked endlessly to fix the problems until finally I just has them re-do the work the landscape company did for me. Again, my system is operating normally and perfectly. I love this company. They are honest, have integrity, know what they're doing and easy to do business with. If you need an in-ground sprinkler system, these are the folks to hire.

Everything from the initial consultation to the professional blue print drawings and the installation went perfectly. They are very easy to work with and take a lot of pride in their work. The crews did an excellent job installing the systems and took care not to disturb any existing landscaping. The office staff are always very friendly and accomodating. The systems work perfectly and the yards have absolutely no spots that do not get adequately watered. In today's world there are fewer and fewer businesses that earn our trust, but Green Acres has exceeded our expectations numerous times. On the scheduled installation day they arrived early and had the system up and running by the afternoon. The final price came in exactly as estimated and on time.The best part? After they were done pulling in all the pipe and installing the heads, you couldn't even tell they had been there. They took perfect care not to disturb any more than they had to.I've had them back twice on very short notice to move heads or install others when changing landscaping and they're on the spot when you need them bending over backwards to help. Can't say enough about their super service!!

They were very quick, were professional and were in and out in one day.We opted for a special water controller which is totally connected to our phone so we can control it from anywhere. The controller is connected to wifi and the weather channel so if rain is on the way - it won't run and wast your water.Steve also did our first blowout of the system this fall and that was great too.

That was the case this week with our first experience with our new hire of Barrett Lawn Care. They sent a crew out to finish fall cleanup that our previous service, Outdoor Images, decided they were done with on Oct. 19. I would not recommend them for a lawn/snow service! Back to Barrett, many of our homeowners told me they were extremely happy with the work the crew did. All of them were working hard, paid attention to details, and acted like they were clearing the leaves in their own yard. We couldn't be happier.

Ryan Obermoller: I talked to Bobby Jensen in the sales department about a patio project that I had been planning. Over the winter the design was completed and started putting numbers to the project. Barrett was transparent what items costs and we agreed. In May the project started. Everything went smooth and looks beautiful. There were some hiccups that were beyond their control with supplies and ordering due to COVID, but at the end of the day, the project was a complete success. I would recommend Barrett to do any of my projects in the future.
