Molly Andrews: The best place to buy pet supplies. I get a deal on canned food when I go there to shop but when I order delivery on a recurring order I also get a discount! Family owned and it really shows in the personable customer service and quality options. I’ll never go anywhere else!
Alexis J: Hands down the best pet supply store in Minnesota! I don’t live in the cities, but I always make a point to stop in when I’m in the area. Their selection of refrigerated pet food is awesome! My dog recently got spayed, and I stopped in to stock up on lick mats/enrichment for her to keep her occupied while on rest. They had so many types of mats, bowls, and toys to choose from, so we went ahead and got a good variety for her. Plus the folks who work here are the best (: 10/10 would recommend this shop to any and everyone!

Quentin Misiag: One of my all-time favorite dog gear and pet supply stores! While I no longer live in Minneapolis, I regularly shop here on return trips to the area. Staff are incredibly helpful and my dog, Bear, loves his blue outdoor coat from CoPilot. Will be a lifelong shopper and supporter.
Marge Koepsell: On a whim, I asked about certain products for behaviors I’ve noticed with my dog. Paige answered every single one with knowledgeable answers. Not did she have ideas for relevant products, but how to use them.
Jack Johnson: Best pet shop. Excellent product curation, kind staff. Totally worth going here for all pet needs and paying the premium to shop local.

Carissa Kloncz: I stopped in on Small Business Saturday and WOW was I impressed with the assortment of toys, treats, coats, life jackets, leashes, dog-training toys, puzzle toys, lick-mats, holiday-themed toys, etc! These were quality items from good brands and reasonable pricing. The shop is cute and the owner is helpful! I buy a lot of treat-holding puzzle toys for my dog, and Co-Pilot had such a large selection of them, many I had looked at online but didn't want to buy without seeing in person, or was overwhelmed trying to find the actual brand and not some amazon fake brand knock-off where you don't know if the materials are safe for dogs. I bought a teether ball puzzle that my dog is currently loving. I live out of state and am sad I can't frequent more regularly. Highly recommend to all dog-owners!

Castaway Family email: very helpful staff and the dogwash is cheap also you can get everything here. I have guinea pigs a bird and a dog family members and we get everything they need here. One of their staff its an older gentleman who also does the nail trimming even possibly saved our guinea pigs by letting us know that you can not use cedar bedding for guinea pigs as it causes respiratory issues and we never knew that and unfortunately have been using it. So thank you Sir for the helpful advice.

Kymberli: Love this place. Has a great selection of raw or cooked meats as well as accompaniments such as cooked yams. They also sell a variety of healthy dog treats as well as toys and supplements. Not over priced. When I moved I thought I wouldn't be able to continue to pick up my dog's food but there are multiple locations around the metro that I can reach in a short drive.

Molly Weisenburger: Liz was awesome at explaining things and answering all of our new-to-raw questions. Since starting our dog on raw 3 weeks we are already seeing HUGE changes in our ~9 year old dog. Increased prey drive, more playful, actually excited to eat, less dander, less teary eyes, and firm poop every time. The cost is reasonable - and trust me, we shopped around - especially considering all of the health issues you're avoiding by feeding natural in the first place.

Very helpful people that work there too! People in my mini schnauzer FB home cooking group around the world wish they had access to this food.
