Kristin Anderson: I personally know several people who work for this company, my partner being one of them. It may be odd to give a review based on that, but I think that attests to the kind of company Bolander is. At a company picnic, I met a lot of their employees from the owner on down and couldn’t be more impressed with the company in general and the individuals they hire . Bolander clearly follows the “top down philosophy” in its management/employee treatment of each and every team. My partner leaves and comes home with a smile on his face. He enthusiastically talks about the projects he’s on and who he works with each day. Impressive. However Bolander offers that kind of pride and work environment, other companies should find out how they do it and model that within their own field. I work in education and can appreciate that kind of work environment.

If after seeing my review you have questions for me please reach out to Goodmanson Construction for my contact information as I am providing my approval for them to provide it to their potential customers. I am happy to speak with you and have many other pictures to show.The monoslab underneath my garage was cracking and separating and the frame on the front side of the garage was damaged from setting directly on the garage floor. The garage integrity was being challenged as a result of the deteriorating garage foundation. I also had some sidewalk/patio cracked concrete with freeze/thaw issues that I had them fix.The project took them only 9 working days from start to finish. In that time they shored/lifted/braced my 24'x28' oversized 2-car garage, removed/replaced garage floor & foundation, re-set the garage on the new block as well as pored concrete 14' in front of the garage and the smaller spots I mentioned above.It was a professional experience from initial review, design, & quote through completion. Awesome crew. Easy for me to work with and I am thrilled with the results.

Ben: We wanted to have our air ducts cleaned since it's been over a decade and we have allergy issues. That's when we found out we had asbestos above the air system which had to be removed before the ducts could be cleaned. We were referred to Hummingbird Environmental Services. Within two hours of our first call, Joe came by to give us an estimate. Scheduling the removal was easy and accommodated our urgent needs. Ramiro and Danny removed the asbestos the next day. The entire experience took just about 24 hours; in fact, it only took them 35 minutes to remove the asbestos when they came with the equipment. We are extremely happy with this short turnaround and quality work.

The Honest Handyman LLC: Ran into some mold on a home I was working on, so we called Envirobate and they were a pleasure to work with. Communication and planning for the project were both seamless and we were able to figure out what they would take care of and what I would take care of regarding demolition, mold abatement, and rebuild of the affected wall. Carlos was fantastic to work with on-site and the entire process was fast, clean, and an overall fantastic experience.
Kathleen Wilcox: Envirobate removed asbestos linoleum and mastic from my basement, as well as some encapsulation of pipe insulation. They weren't the cheapest quote but I had confidence they would do a thorough job from Eric's really detailed explanation of how they would go about each part, and the price was still reasonable. They did a FANTASTIC job, I am very, very happy with the results.Special thanks to Chris, Aaron, and Richard who did the work, they are real artists. They kept things very neat and contained during the work, and the results are honestly stunning. Trust me, not a word I ever expected to use for a concrete basement floor.During the original quote they had thought they would need to do some grinding of the floor to remove it all, that turned out to not be necessary, but they went ahead and evenly ground the surface anyhow to help prepare it for leveling and because we had originally talked about it. Now I kind of wish the asbestos linoleum had covered the entire basement! Absolutely recommend EnviroBate if you have asbestos issues.

He was asked me a few questions about the type of ceiling and honestly recommended that I get it tested first. He gave me two local asbestos testers that I reached out to. It turned out that they were free of asbestos and Marcus saved me thousands in unnecessary costs due to my lack of knowledge on the topic.
