Fueled Collective - Downtown: what do users think?

Abbey Burtis Peterson: Beautiful space and kind, helpful staff.

Gary Hu: Came to Minneapolis for a couple days of business meetings. Coco - Downtown is in a great location, the staff is friendly and very accomodating. The facility is spacious and very clean. Will definitely book this location again.

Andi Zacher: for the past several years now when we've needed off-site meeting space. The location is central and easy to find. We love the Indeed room. The amenities are plentiful and easy to use. We have always had such a great experience working with Coco - no details left to chance!

Jake Dhillon: My friend has a membership, so visit him occasionally. Amazing location. If you are freelance, get out and use this space regularly and make contacts.

Fe Mahler: At Coco, member experience reigns supreme, a testament to the visionary leadership of Colleen Moselle, one of Minneapolis' up and coming female CEOs. When our company emerged as a spinoff with just over a hundred employees, our need for a physical workspace was imminent. Despite our proficiency in remote work, the necessity for a hub for collaboration and meetings was undeniable.Exploring various options, including sporadic expenditures on local hotels, we realized a coworking space would be an effective and more affordable solution. Thus, our journey intertwined with Coco, formerly known as Fueled Collective, situated within the historic Minneapolis Grain Exchange, guided by CEO Colleen Moselle and her dedicated team.Coco provides an elevated level of service and member support, akin to having additional invaluable team members at no extra expense. We leased a private space and additional rooms as needed for larger team activities. The historic trading floor, with its grandeur and spaciousness, is the perfect common space that allows teams and individuals from various companies to work among one another without being on top of one another. And you can rent it after hours for spectacular company events. A number of our employees enjoyed working at the NE location as well and brought their dogs, a unique benefit to this space. Basic amenities such as coffee and printing were seamlessly provided, with a perpetual smile accompanying every assistance, from package interception to event setup. The Coco team's dedication was exemplary, so much that when we did move on, we wanted to take them all with us. In our final days, several of my coworkers made it a point to spend time working on the trading floor as it is bittersweet to leave it behind. While we are all excited about our new space, we will miss being at Coco and I encourage anyone looking for a coworking space to give Coco serious consideration.

Dale Regnier: Fantastic Experience with Coco Downtown. Close to home, easy access through Skyway and a comfortable working environment. Staff, like Samantha Bower, are super supportive, friendly, and accommodating. Needed extra space for a team meeting downtown in December with several team members flying in. Samantha was helpful getting the space reserved, ensured we had coffee and water, and made the entire experience delightful. Highly recommend this co-working space. The space is great, but the staff make it that much more enjoyable to be working here.

Aswar Rahman: An absolutely gem of a place to host your next event. The Coco staff makes it a seamless experience, and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need to be successful. Not to mention that the space is among the most beautiful interior spaces in Minnesota!

Randal Swanson: This is a beautiful space, and a lot of work is being done to keep it functional for a variety of activities. As a visitor I enjoyed the community that I saw. I'm not usually a five-star rater, but on reflection, I think it's accurate.

Geoff Wood: Dropped-in at Coco yesterday for my first visit and it was excellent. I've known of, and wanted to check out, this location for years but this was first time in Minneapolis needing a desk to triage emails and take a few calls. The team was quite accommodating and the coffee, space design, and wifi were perfect. I'll stop in again soon.

Marie Schultz: Fueled Collective is a gorgeous space in downtown Minneapolis. It is spacious and perfect for coworking, larger meetings or individual work. The atmosphere makes it easy to focus and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Peter Vader: The Fueled space remains my go-to when meeting up with our distributed company. Staff is always super helpful and available, the meeting rooms and technology provisioned just so. We never want for anything Fueled hasn't been able to provide. And I don't know what can be said about the iconic space that is the grain exchange 4th floor, except believe the hype — and the photos.

Kevin Campbell: Our company has rented a lot of different conference rooms for team meetings over the past 10 years, and Fueled Collective is our favorite! The spaces are cool and the people who work there are so friendly and accommodating.

Aneela Idnani: LOVE this historic co working space. Staff is super friendly and I've met so many awesome Minneapolis freelancers & entrepreneurs here.

Craig Fisk: Co-working and event space in former Minneapolis Grain Exchange in downtown Minneapolis.

Lauren Holec: Our team had a fantastic visit to the Fueled Collective for an in-person team retreat! The staff were extremely helpful, and were able to get us set up and situated in the room we reserved very quickly. Coffee and water was provided, and the technology in the room was easy to operate. I would definitely recommend using Fueled Collective as a collaborative workspace!

Deb Anderson: Colleen, Please thank your team for the excellent service that they provided to our Empowered Systems team.Your staff goes above and beyond, from providing breakfast to supporting our group's varied needs throughout the day. They are always up-beat and accommodating with the variety of requests that can come their way when our large group comes in.

Ken Wood: Love the Trading Floor at MGEX and people at Fueled Collective. I would recommend them as a great work environment and meeting space for you and your team.

Aaron Rubi: I did a temporary 3-month stint in Minneapolis and decided to try a co-working space for the first time. I couldn't have been happier with this decision, as Fueled Collective has been such an inspiring place to work everyday. The location and facilities, of course, are remarkable, but the staff and friends I've made here have been unforgettable. I've learned from folks in my industry, connected with great thinkers outside my industry, and all the while got to experience amazing downtown Minneapolis. It felt pricey at first but it was worth every penny to be sure!

Joanne Cardea: Amazing co-working space in Minneapolis! Vibes, atmosphere, refreshments, and friendly staff. They have private office spaces and open coffee shop style rooms. Great for different work days. Excited to come back!

Leah Lemm: Flock is so incredibly valuable for independent contractors like me. I live in rural MN, & I recently needed a spot in Minneapolis to get some work done & take a few meetings. Flock came through as a really wonderful, convenient, well-equipped option. Great customer service - really responsive! Highly recommend.

Andy Dayton: My favorite of all the co-working spaces I've tried so far. I was sad when I moved that I couldn't go anymore, but I still show up when I'm back in town and need to work. I loved the bike-friendliness, excellent nearby lunch options, and the ability to dip over to the MIA when I needed a break.

Doug Choi: Thoughtfully designed co-working space with a friendly and easygoing atmosphere. The community represents a wide variety of industries throughout tech, creative, private, and non-profit sectors. The perfect place to power through some work or make new professional connections.

Sam Bauman: We have rented FLOCK's large conference room for a few all-day workshops and have always had a great experience. Emma and Brandon were both so kind and helpful, and the space is always clean, inviting, and conducive to work. I highly recommend them!

Adam Smith: Flock was a perfect space for our team offsite. The room itself and the whole building were clean and easy to get to. Emma who was working during our visit took great care of us making sure we had everything we needed for an effective and efficient meeting. I'd highly recommend using this space for your co-working or conference needs.

Per Kvanbeck: Beautifully designed space with wonderful people make for a welcoming and warm environment. All the amenities you need and plenty of space to collaborate or take a private call. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a coworking space or an office away from home.

Angelica Muhammad: My team wasn't members but they came in from out of town and used a meeting room. The staff was very accommodating and kind. And the space was so beautiful, clean, and perfect for our team.

Garrett Peterson: Flock exudes character & soul. I have truly come to cherish this space and community…it has become my work sanctuary.

Wesley Noble: FLOCK has an invigorating environment that inspires productivity, with a community of delightful humans. It's truly a gem among coworking spaces.

Justin Grant: I love Flock! As a marketer, I’ve been working with the team at Flock for the past several months on some initiatives. As a freelancer I’m accustomed to a mobile and WFH lifestyle and haven’t found other coworking spaces to fit my needs. But Flock is a wonderful place for creative people to interact and collaborate. The space was just renovated with updates and the location is great because it’s right near eat street in a restored minneapolis building. Go check this place out if you’re not looking for a corporate workspace. The diversity of people is so awesome!

Andy Whisney: One of the coolest co-working spaces I've been!

Mikky Daub: to suit your productivity needs!

Chris Weber: Such an awesome office

Industrious North Loop: what do users think?

Anna O: are incredible! They are both intentional about fostering a creative and productive environment. The networking and social events that they organize intentionally create community among the members. Really appreciate their dedication to a dynamic and inclusive coworking space.Check it out! It's a great place to work, ideate and meet folks. There's paid street parking and garages in the neighborhood and lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Nathan Trebilcock: The facilities are fantastic, and I would highly recommend this space for small companies and individuals that are looking for a co-working space that provides a great option to working from home. I love the North Loop location, with plenty of options for getting outside during breaks. In addition, the service is great with breakfast provided with Thursday happy hour to meet other co-workers.

Sam Kjellberg: Super fun! As a small business owner, this is the place to be!

Mary Pat Byrn: I highly recommend Industrious to anyone looking to office in a co-working space. The staff is professional, kind, and committed to helping me be successful. The other members are friendly and there is a real sense of community and support among everyone that offices here. The space is beautiful and clean. I have many clients come to my office and it is a pleasure to welcome them into this amazing space, be able to offer them drinks and snacks, and meet with them in a well-appointed and tidy conference room with fast internet, easy printing and scanning, convenient tech set up, etc. I have officed here for over 5 years and periodically visit other co-working spaces. Industrious is, in my opinion, a cut above the rest.

DiAnna Olsen: Industrious North Loop is A-mazing! I am an entreprenuer with a team of employees and I consider them strategic partners! My team loves the open cafe, snacks, breakfast, the gym, and our favored happy hour. For me, as an owner, it reduces my stress to not have to think about all of these other services. The staff is stellar, professional, and makes all of feel so special. I truly care about the team here and how well they care for us. Janitorial staff is so pleasant, professional and sensitive to our needs if we are on a teams call, etc. It is nice to walk into an office environment and see pleasant smiles. Our team also loves the synergy here with so many people "back at the office" and working. We are energized by the environment. If you need a new home, or your current one is not meeting your organizational needs, I highly recommend Industrious - North Loop. I have been at We Work, which I know is not an option anymore but Industrious is the Cadillac version of co-working space. You will NOT be disappointed! For my tenure at Owl, this is home.

Daniel Lieberthal: Love the experience at Industrious in the North Loop. Attention to detail, client satisfaction, environment, all excellent. All of the extra touches from breakfast, to snacks and special events makes this a perfect place to call home.

Jordan PR Olson (J.O): Best space in the area hands down. Managed beautifully, beautiful souls, great lighting, great spaces. Second to none imo. I’ve been to lifetime work and WeWork over here and they just don’t have the home feel this does.

Jacob Meyer: .I'm free to work from home at my company, but I'd much rather work from Industrious most days.

DP Property Acquisition, LLC: Such a wonderful and synergistic working environment. Great amenities, great staff and just an all together great place to do business out of. 10/10 would recommend to any small to medium size business looking for an awesome working environment where you can focus on your business rather than focusing on maintaining an office culture/environment!

Ron Weber: Was able to tour the facility today, thanks to Charles, and was truly impressed. The place was clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. Plus the friendliest of people. Highly recommend.

Karl Schmidt: The front desk team makes the space work. The offices are well-lit, clean, and just plain cool. From parking access to the efficiency of the workplace to the well-thought out breakfast and afternoon snack parties, Industrious rocks. WeWork should be worried.

Grace Maruska: I love Industrious North Loop! Since I've started working here, I actually enjoy coming into the office. The amenities are too great to pass up, and Laurel and Mallory are amazing. They're incredibly friendly, so the space is very welcoming for both guests and tenants.

Jana Johnson: We were hesitant to move to a shared work space after working in a traditional office setting for years and years but its hard not to like Industrious! Its a really cool space and the energy is great! Glad we made the switch!

Sam Skemp: create an office that I love to come to daily. Clients are always impressed and jealous of the office. The location in the North Loop makes it an easy skyway walk into the heart of the city while being in a more laid back part of town. I highly recommend Industrious North Loop!

In The Loop Coffee Co.: what do users think?

Bonnie Shelangi: I got the toffee crunch latte, customized to 1/2 sweetness, and it was delicious!! Also, the scone was fabulous. The service was very friendly and upbeat, and the ambiance is great. There's a large selection of books to read at the little free library in the cafe, which is a plus for me, an avid reader 😀 And finally, it was so entertaining to watch the dogs patiently wait for and then enjoy their puppuccinos 🐶😍

Jenine Kopenski: Just wish this was a larger place! The pistachio white mocha was amazing!!LOVED the mustaches on the to go cup and door! So much a funny photo op!But the seating area was pretty small and cramped. It was a busy place. Definitely would come back for a to go coffee but not sure I would come for a long sit down.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk

Holly Knoll: Another bonus! Thank you all for being a bright spot in my day.

Fueled Collective - Northeast: what do users think?

Matt Proctor: I love Coco Northeast! The staff here is the best. Everything is always clean and well stocked. It’s a great place to work and network.

Nick Gawreluk: Picking Coco as a dedicated coworking space has been one of the best decisions in my early journey as a startup founder. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff help fuel my work each day. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!

Rachel Lieberman: I would say about Jack - he did amazing job for doing the Ru Paul Drag Race on me. Drag Paul drag queen race. He put hot makeup, over my face and put some gorgeous pink skirt and what he done for me is he is handsome and I will miss him for a long time before might or might not come back in.Carter I do miss his smile, and I do like the picture when I kissed him on his cheek, thank for him for being great hot staff here at Coco. Because he is amazing man as a nice guy I really like him he helps me to set up with my laptop and set up this wonderful birthday party for me and he is my best friend.Coco is my favorite place to work.-Nathan Bauer

Juan Kuffner: I love CoCo, I've been coming here for years and it's been a great place to work and make business connections.

Manny Liu: The Coco team consistently provides great hospitality to us in their Northeast offices! We recently hosted a vendor appreciation party there and it was an awesome experience! Never felt like we were missing anything as Marnie and the team had things well-prepared for us to set up and go!

Dave Sincebaugh: Used Coco NE for a brainstorming session and it was perfect. Cool space, all of the amenities we needed and Marnee was incredibly friendly & hospitable. Will definitely be back!

Jeff Lin: My company had an all-day team meeting at CoCo, and the Indeed Room it was a perfect space for a dozen of us to catch up, collaborate, workshop, eat, laugh, and enjoy being together. Location is really great for food and drink options as well. Highly recommend it as a meeting space.

Jeff Hausmann: Good location and nice meeting rooms

Zach Grove: ; friendly staff and coworkers with community events and happy hours; great location within walking distance of local spots like Ideal Diner, Spyhouse cafe, Bauhaus brewery, Snap fitness center, and more. Highly recommended.

Timothy Barnes: We had a great and effective meeting at Fueled Collective - Northeast.  The atmosphere and room made possible our desire for team collaboration and planning.  Everything we needed for our time was provided.  The hosts with whom we engaged made us feel welcome and excited to be there.Thank you for helping make the day possible.

Karla Nagy: We made a last minute request for meeting space and Karli and Carter handled everything beautifully. They were very responsive and handled all of the details including lunch. Superb customer service!

Karin Heitzman: We needed a space while in transition due to an office relocation. NE Fueled Collective provided that place. It ended up being a fantastic fit and was better than we expected it to be. The physical space itself is great and has so much to offer in amenities and comfort but it was the people and the extra attention to customer service that makes us actually miss our time there now that we have moved into our new permanent office. It feels like Karli, Ashia and Colleen are a part of our team now. I HIGHLY recommend making Fueled collective your office home!

Rich Gall: Clean, airy workspace with fun amenities and a cool rooftop area. I think we are going to get office space there.

Tamara Hastings: I'm so glad I joined Fueled Collective! I love the flexibility of being able to work from home but started to miss the social interactions over time. This was my first time joining a co-working space, and Fueled Collective was the perfect fit for me. The community there is really welcoming, and I feel part of the community while still being really productive. The environment is laid back and very comfortable. As added bonuses, they allow dogs and parking is easy!

Drew Addington: I had a fabulous experience with Fueled Collective! The space is well decorated and laid out, the people are a great bunch and overall the space greatly increased my productivity. Highly recommend!

Michelle Pho: The staff at Fueled Collective had come to help my company and me in so many ways, from needing a private office when my AC went out to using their open space and meeting rooms when I had folks from my company come into town all last minute! They made sure everything was set up so I didn't have to worry about anything and went above and beyond. Their space is gorgeous, and there are so many options, and the staff will work with you to make sure you have what you need and the space that will work best for you. As a result, I've always felt comfortable, and it is a very collaborative space. There are also many benefits which include being dog friendly in their NE location. The location itself has free parking and is in a great and easily accessible place. If you're considering a co-working/even space, you should consider Fueled Collective.

Cafe @ Glass House: what do users think?

Benjamin Wiebusch: Great space!

Katie Pope: We had a great experience using Glass House for our indoor winter wedding of 130 guests! The space is very flexible and they have many chair, table, and other furniture options included in the rental. They even had a projector and an outdoor fire pit! The venue staff and bar staff were helpful and accommodating. We especially loved the gorgeous bar area and show room, and the easy parking for guests. Another big selling point is their lovely bar menu selection and awesome local catering partners. Glass House allowed us to have a wedding that represented our shared love for Minneapolis! If you are looking for a unique urban venue, I would definitely recommend Glass House!

Susan Ramlet: A really nice venue for our event. It was quite loud, but that wasn't surprising given the structure of the event.

susan macpherson: Great light and open, airy space invites celebration. There are plenty of options for people to gather and converse at large events. And tons of free adjcent parking. A gem

Kayla Merkel: A lovely space! The employees were attentive and kind.

Terri Leckas: Beautiful warehouse-style event venue. Queen of Cakes delivered cupcakes for a retirement event. Very easy load in/out.

Tammy Snook: Good event venue. Lots of parking.

Bobby: I was a vendor for a party

Brian L: Went to a wedding/reception. Very well organized. Only complaint is that the noise/volume was VERY loudThey had ear plugs if you wanted them...I did

Ashleyn Przedwiecki: As an event and wedding planner, The Glasshouse is one of my favorites. Not only is their space so unique in its elegant design, the staff are top notch. I always know that my client’s event will be fully supported by an incredible team. Plus, they are a values based venue that priorities sustainability behind the scenes, which is always a win for everyone involved!

Lavada Bell: The Fashion Show was awesome, and I loved the atmosphere of their layout with a very good vibing band, and everybody was dressed for Show & Tell!!

Alexander Pengelly: Great venue to celebrate an amazing couple’s wedding! Wonderful industrial style space with lots of natural lighting, and of course, glass!

Expansive LaSalle Building: what do users think?

Liz Peterson: Our company has rented a fourth floor suite at Novel since December 2018. The location is great. In March of 2019 we moved to a bigger space for our growing company. It was a nice benefit to be able to have the flexibility of moving to a larger space. The management team is responsive and helpful.

Amanda Dlouhy: We love the casual yet professional atmosphere and the flexibility to customize our office space. It's a perfect location with stylish common areas, fast internet, competitive pricing, and the amenities we need. Thanks Novel!

Asher Levine: I work remotely and use Novel Coworking for their community coworking space 3-ish times a week. The space is great and has all of my needs. I'm a standing desk kind of person and what I love are their high top tables so I can stand a work. They have multiple phone booths for me to take calls in and very reliable wifi. There is beer on tap and free coffee to keep you going.I've been to 3 different locations throughout the US and what is great about all of them is they have a similar look. You always feel like it's "your" location. Plus once you're connected to the wifi at one location, it automatically connects to any location when you're there. That is super convenient so you can get started right away.

Audra Gray: , and connected to the skyway for easy access to Target and lunch spots.

Peter Bils: Superb staff, amenities, work spaces. But more impressive, they attract and retain such a diverse clientele: fun, innovative people to learn from. It’s fun to come to “work“!

Joe Leaf: Great space, love working here!!As a work from home professional, this place keeps me productive. Worth every penny!

Brynn Johnson: I'm always more productive when I work from Novel. Great coffee, various seating options, and an open/motivating atmosphere. The staff is super helpful, too. Highly recommend as a coworking space!

Jeremy Kim: Brand new office. Love the environment and staffs are super nice and kind.Justin and Taylor always listen to us and solve any problems quickly. Love the place and love the staffs.Really good place for startup to start their dreams since we can get inspired each other and go for it.

Robert Connoy: A great place. Convenient location and good prices. Relaxed but very upbeat atmosphere. I've tried a handful of co-working places, this is my favorite.

tim may: Great concept and well executed - team is very responsive to keep you running smoothly & efficiently every day!

Aaron Weiche: Looked at quite a few of the Minneapolis area coworking spaces and ended up choosing Novel for the flexibility and value. We have a 3 desk office with 5 employees that rotate through as they wish. Great meeting rooms, open areas, call booths and skyway access to a ton of places to eat. Very happy we found Novel and the staff of Justin and Chris are great to work with.

Casey Sorensen: Great group of people, accessible location/parking and competitive pricing. It has worked well for our staff!

larry anderson: GroPros, Inc. is in our 3rd month at Novel CoWorking in the LaSalle building in Minneapolis, MN - absolutely love the facility and the staff have been awesome to work with / very accommodating. We have also visited the new Novel building in Phoenix, and it also looks great as well. If you are a solo Freelancer or Small/Mid sized business, you should really stop by and check it out - stop by and see us in Suite 250.

Connor: Very welcoming staff and aesthetics. Every question I've had has been met with professional and prompt replies. I'm very happy with my membership here!

Bordertown Coffee: what do users think?

Nick Smith: Good Coffee, good service

Jacquelyn Fay: gets crowded at times, but I don't mind. I wish the upstairs would be converted to more seating. The iced miel is very good. the staff are friendly and I'm absolutely in love with the window area w/ the plantsedit: please expand hours into the evening and weekends!!!

Camille McCallum: Bordertown Coffee in Minneapolis is a haven for coffee connoisseurs. The extensive menu boasts classic coffee choices, along with an array of tempting teas and tea lattes. My latte experience was nothing short of exceptional—the milk was perfectly prepared, consistently creamy, and adorned with the perfect amount of foam. What sets Bordertown apart is its unique location inside an old house. The ambiance is a delightful blend of history and modern comfort, with inviting tables, plush couches, and tucked-away study nooks. The attention to detail in decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall enjoyment of your visit. Bordertown Coffee is not just a coffee shop; it's a destination where every sip and surroundings contribute to a memorable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking both quality beverages and a charming environment.

Emily T: Bordertown is by far one of my favorite places near the U of M campus. You really have to look for it since it’s in the middle of the block. Love the charm of the building, makes for a great study or work spot if you can find a seat. Drinks are good, tried a seasonal beverage and it did not disappoint. They definitely put care into your order.

Salmon Soup: log cabin style coffeeshop a little pricy tho

Lisa Carmichael: Was looking for a remote place to work today and found this great spot. Great service. Great Chai Tea Latte! Fun location. Says busy with lots of traffic which is good. I was able to find a spot where I could work and be effective with the white noise. My food was good. The service was good. The place itself was clean and inviting. I’ll be back again

Ephraim Nicholson: Pricey, but worth a trip on a special occasion.
