The getting-ready room is a wedding couple AND photographer's dream as the giant windows, delicate white curtains, stunning landscape paintings, and elegant chandeliers made for the most beautiful backdrop!! The outdoor natural backdrop made me almost forget we were in the middle of the city, and made for beautiful wedding party and family photos. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a Minneapolis wedding with a nature-forward, elegant feel!

Bunker: I love x-Country skiing on the golf course! There are many snow-shoe folks well. I believe it is 2.5m if you make a loop around the perimeter and it is great exercise with the feeling of not being in the city

Yongcong Ding: My first 18-hole and it was fun!
M. S.: It’s a really nice low-key course. It’s well maintained, the greens were pretty consistent, and everyone was nice and helpful.
Griffen: I play here about 3 times a week and it's very fun. It's not a very difficult course but it's great to just go out for fun on. The fairways are large and forgiving, and there's a perfect amount of sand and water. The staff is great and I haven't met anyone that was rude or obnoxious on the course. It's like everyone knows each other here, I have played here for a about a year and have got to meet a lot of good people. The only issue I have with the place is the driving range. The range only allows you to hit irons as you have to hit off of mats that can't use tees.

It was a great game and the additional bonus of snowflakes made it an even more unique yet fun experience. This was my first visit to the stadium and I enjoyed myself. The lower seat tickets were perfect. There wasn’t any wind and kept warm with hand warmers. Bought some popcorn and hot chocolate before the game started. Had a second hot chocolate at the beginning of the fourth quarter. Not sure if every concession stand sold holt chocolate but I found one by section 105. It was a great time making great memories in Minnesota. Thank you

Logan Harrington: I've been out to Target Field numerous times over the last few years for multiple Twins games, and I absolutely love it!! Heading out to the ballpark is one of my favorite things to do on a summer day/night, and the experience is always fantastic. Target Field is a gorgeous venue with fantastic skyline views and an awesome backdrop. The food is great and the atmosphere can't be beat. I would highly recommend a trip to Target Field to anyone, baseball fan, or not.. you will absolutely enjoy yourself!

Ashley Hupp: and made me feel confident about our choices. When we did our final walkthrough, the ball room was already setup so we got to see it and Nancy was able to give us suggestions on layout/seating due to her knowledge and experience. We had about 180 people and the space was big enough to not make it feel too crowded but it also wasn't too big. Their food was great and our guests kept raving about it. I highly recommend checking out MGC for your wedding, you won't regret it!
Mara Mayberry: I have to give a RAVE REVIEW to the Minneapolis Golf Club, Nancy Johnson and her entire staff for executing the wedding of my daughters dreams on Saturday 10/14/23! The venue is beautiful and the ceremony and then reception flip was flawless!As with any large wedding, emotions are high and so is the stress. As we tried to coordinate family photos I didn't convey the right information to our photographer and there was some confusion about where photos could take place. The ultimate result was that Nancy Johnson accompanied our families to the member area as an exception to the rules, and made sure we could get the pictures we wanted.The food was fantastic, the service above and beyond, and the party was a great success. Natasha Conrin: We absolutely loved our experience with Minneapolis Golf Club. The whole process from booking the venue up to the wedding day was so smooth and perfect. Nancy, the catering/events coordinator was super helpful on making sure everything ran accordingly and is very organized. All of our guests could not get over how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was. The food and drink minimum are very reasonable considering how much weddings costs these days. I HIGHLY recommend hosting your wedding here.

KJT: and Nancy! Nancy is the director of catering and does the event planning. She truly was the absolute best to work with! She has been there over 22 years and knows everything there is to know about MGC and weddings. Nancy was great at responding to all of my questions very quickly and was at MGC the day of the day of the wedding to help make sure everything ran smoothly. Throughout the planning process, she was very helpful and gave us many good recommendations. Another bonus of MGC is that the venue is so beautiful on it’s own, it requires very minimal decorations.One thing that was very important to me was that there were no hidden fees, I have many friends who have gotten burned on that in the past. Nancy and MGC were very upfront with their prices and we had no hidden fees.The food was made in house and was absolutely fabulous. We did passed appetizers and a plated dinner and got many compliments on it throughout the night. One thing I did like about MGC, is they do allow you to bring in your own desserts for free, there is a cake cutting fee, but we did cupcakes, so this wasn’t a problem.

Marc Carey: Everything was great. Only reason I don't give 5's across the board was I am a lefty and was given a lefty set without a sandwedge to play with. I asked my server if there was one I could use and he said he would check for me. I never heard back from him. However. I saw a guy in the stall next to us was a lefty also. I looked in his bag and sure enough he had a sandwedge 😒.
Derek Kenyon: First time was super fun. Really cool the ball tracks your speed velocity direction. VERY FUN TIME!
Vincent Branchaud: This was my first time a TopGolf. It was a lot of fun and I am no golfer. There are games for less experienced folks and I would recommend them to newbies to start with. The only complaint is to park literally in the front of the building as anything near the actual ranged is a target. As we left, we saw a woman leaving with a cracked windshield from a ball going thru the net and hitting her car.Parking: DO NOT PARK NEAR THE NETS

Very convenient location large campus and they a have basic needs support center open every Wednesday, they pass out food and personal hygiene items. My teachers and admin and other staff have been supportive while I have been dealing with a stalker/abuse situation. I feel fully supported and safe here.I also highly highly recommend the herbalism program because it's one of a kind and the teacher, Erica, is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the subject.
Giotto Troia: This review is only for the weight room. The music is horrible. I don't want to listen to jazz music when I'm working out. The attendant on duty said they don't have access to the music... I doubt that.The equipment is a bit old but usable and has a good variety. It's missing some machines like leg extension and some specialized benches. But overall a good selection for a free-for-students gym and convenient if you're already on campus.

Nick Sheridan: Love their chip and putt course, great place to practice your short game. None of the bike in the chip and putt course are over 100 yards. They also have mini putt, a diving range, and an executive course.
Brian Bethke: My wife and I had two golf lessons here with Chad and he was great. We learned a ton in a short time. He’s an excellent instructor. The driving range is also well cared for. We are excited to return next season.

Mike Strom: Course is very short, a good course for beginners or if you want to get your confidence back. Has a great chip and put to practice 30 to 100 yards wedge shots. And great that it has lights to play at night. Also the driving range and putting green all have lights until 10 pm in the summer

Brent Basinski: Great place to work on any part of your golf game especially if you have kids. Friendliest staff. They have something for every kind of golfer and type of golf you want to try: 9 hole course, 9 hole "sand box" course great for kids and working on your wedges, mini putt, driving range and putting green.

Dan Towey: I love this place. Staffed by friendly young guys and gals, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Course is not super challenging but fun. It’s quite beautiful especially in the spring. The birdie course is my lunch time get away, the range and practice greens are big, and a nice patio to watch the 9th green and 1st tee from.

Marcia Mans: I was baptized confirmed and married here. I have belonged and worshiped elsewhere over the years, but this feels like my spiritual home. My husband, Paul Mans and his family were also members of Hennepin. They have all died, but I feel their spirit here. My Dad spent every Sunday worshipping in the far right rear pew as long as he was alive. I visit that now vacant and unused spot and think of him there.

Mary G: I have been attending services there on and off my entire life, sang in the choir for years. When I was very young, I got to sing a solo at Christmas time. My parents were very proud of me! I was also baptised there. Great, friendly people. Staff always makes you feel welcome. A great church to get involved with. You won't regret it! 🌼

David De La Torre: I stayed at this hotel for four days during a conference. This hotel is very close to the conference center, made it very convenient to go back and forth. The service at the hotel and the restaurant was top notch. They upgraded me to a larger room which was like an apartment with 2 baths, an office, lounge master bedroom and huge bathroom. No complaints whatsoever!Nearby activities: Next to convention center and short walking distance to Nicollete Mall and other downtown locations.Walkability: Connected via skywalk to the convention center and short walking distance to everything in downtown.
Chance Sparks: 5-stars for an imperfect stay, because a nice hotel has to be judged by how they respond. We had a major plumbing issue well out of their control involving some kind of broke line. Maintenance was there within 5 minutes, and they had us moved to a new room with keys and a luggage cart within another 5 minutes, along with some credits. That is a level of quality response you just don’t see often, and they should be commended!
