They were attentive throughout the process and clearly understood our goals for the wedding. It was a true luxury having them both there on the day of. They were willing to get to our venue early and captured so many special moments prior to everything starting. They also professionally corralled our large families and efficiently shot wedding party group photos. The ceremony, reception, dinner, and party pictures were all splendid. We are still getting compliments on the photos! After the wedding, they got the photos back to us within the agreed to time and even were able to fix one photo where a family member’s eyes weren’t open all the way. All in all, we would highly recommend Penny and Earl!

You do not have to sacrifice getting ready photos for only the bride, or worry about them leaving too early in the night. The less things you need to worry about throughout the day the better, and if you book with them, they will be there for you throughout the day.Their style of photos focuses on more of the candid shots than formal/stuffy shots which was what we were looking for. We like the style of photos of people talking, laughing and socializing with other wedding guests. People's true emotions of the day.We had an introductory Zoom call with Penny and Earl, after getting to know them within the first few minutes we discovered how friendly and personable they both are. After the call there was no second thought, they are the photographers for us! And, we were overjoyed that they wanted to work with us also.Leading up to the wedding, communication was smooth with finalizing the wedding timeline with what formal shots and group shots that we wanted. Thinking back, I never had to fake a smile. We took Preston's advice and had fun! More importantly, it felt like we were taking pictures with our friend, not someone we hired, which really helped. Preston used his creativity to set us up for the most amazing pictures with incredible scenery. We laughed throughout all of our photos. Preston made sure my husband and I were taken care of- he came prepared with water and small snacks, which really came in handy!!The Brovado team was so organized, worked seamlessly with everyone involved and helped make our day totally stress free! I am so lucky to be able to say I wouldn't have changed anything about my wedding day, and I know I have Preston and his team to thank for so much of that!

Jen Thomas: We just had our engagement photos with Preston a few weeks ago. It was great! I came up with the place, the classic spot of the Stone Arch Bridge, and he knew exactly where to go to get great shots! I now wish I would have picked a different spot just because I do realize how many other people usually pick that same spot... poor Preston, always having to shoot to the same spot. But, with that being said, he did a GREAT job of making our engagement pictures not look like anyone else's. Ours still turned out unique and artistic, just the way I wanted them and my number one requirement for a photographer. A solid photographer was my number one request for our wedding events, and we got one!Now, my fiance on the other hand, was not looking forward to taking pictures, and a wedding photographer was on the bottom of his list. He thought we could have just anyone take our pictures... some boys, I tell ya! Well, you know what they say, happy wife, happy life! I got my way, so my fiance had to come along for pictures. He was really glad he did because he had a FANTASTIC time and raved about it for days after. Him and Preston hit it off right away! We had soooooooo much fun! Preston knew exactly where to take us, how to direct us for each shot, keep us laughing and in high spirits the whole time. My fiance and I are both very excited to take more pictures for our wedding and work with Preston again! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer with a great personality and a wonderfully artistic eye. As you can see from his work, Preston does a great job of getting a mix of landscape shots and close up shots of you and still manages to frame the shots just right and pack them full of colors and contrasts. In our minds he went above and beyond to make sure our special day would go exactly as we had planned!The night before our wedding, Preston and his assistants came and captured pictures of the excitement of our family and friends leading up to our big day at our rehearsal dinner. They were up bright and early with us the next morning at the salon to capture my bridesmaids and I getting ready for the big day. THEY WERE A BLAST! Not only is Preston great, but everyone at Brovado weddings is truly amazing! If I could change the rating system, I would have Brovado at 100 stars!!!!We LUCKED out when we found Preston by searching for photographers on google. I spent hours on wedding websites and was not really impressed by the sample photos I saw for the listed photographers. Lucky for me, google pulled up Brovado Photography and I started to read the reviews. All of the reviews raved about Preston and now after working with him, I know that everything is true!First off, I have never heard of a photographer invite someone over to their home, and prepare an amazing cultural meal for potential clients. I expressed to Preston that we were planning a fusion "Indian/ Caucasian" wedding and wanted someone who knew what the important traditions of the Indian culture were, so that we didn't miss out on any of the pictures. He invited us over to look at indian wedding photos he took when he went to india. The photos were amazing and exactly what we were looking for! Along with that, he had indian tea and snacks prepared for us... This just shows how thoughtful and awesome Preston is!Engagement shoot photos are still being talked about by our families. Preston met us 3 times, once had to be rescheduled for weather, and the last time was to try out something new that he thought of..lets just say that Preston thinks out of the box for fun, unique ideas!After seeing a few of the wedding photos that Preston capture, our family & friends can't get over how amazing they are!
