Christina Cristobal: I recently had my first visit at this clinic. The service and care were exceptional. It was the most welcoming and caring health care that I've ever received at a clinic, especially for gynecological issues. I felt seen and heard.

River Blackstone: . I walked in at 5:40pm to this clinic thinking it'd be fine, because I got that prescription in a Planned Parenthood - in Texas. Turns out they can't necessarily share data. And they couldn't guarantee I could be seen, and their next appointment that fit my work schedule was a week away. So I'm sitting there in the waiting room having a minor panic attack
Melissa: Great experience here. I was nervous from past experiences but the staff is lovely. Tyler at the front desk provided great customer service, the medical staff are well trained and kind. They had a program that completely covered my visit! If you are in need of care definitely consider planned parenthood, so happy this organization exists.

Brook Leabo: I always feel very comfortable and respected here. Very professional yet personal. This is the only healthcare I receive where I feel genuinely safe. I also really appreciate those who are stationed outside with pink umbrellas to shield you from the crazies yelling at you from the street. If I could give more stars I would.

maja mertes: Really nice people, clean area, the only problem is scheduling. I’ve been going here a couple years now and sometimes they’ll be overbooked or they have no one to see me at my scheduled time. Those are the only down sides that become hassles. Otherwise I’ve been in an out pretty quick for my birth control and haven't had any other problems!
Emily Butler: I had my IUD removed here today and it went so smoothly. I had it inserted somewhere else and the experience was honestly traumatizing- it was very painful and triggered a fainting response, and the doctor there couldn't have cared less. Needless to say I went into this visit very nervous, but PP was amazing. They gave me some advice on what to do ahead of time to reduce the potential for a reaction. During the procedure, the doctor went slow and talked me through the whole thing, checking on me regularly. I didn't have any reaction this time, and while it definitely wasn't the most fun part of my day, they made it manageable. I so appreciate PP and all they do.

Chelsey O'Connor: The staff at this clinic are so kind. The doctor was relatable, kind, talkative and I never felt uncomfortable to talk to her. The reception staff I worked with were amazing at helping me navigate payment options and figure out what is best for me. Unless I move out of the msp surrounding areas, I will use this clinic for all my reproductive health needs.
Melissa Myers: Amazing experience at the Richfield - Planned Parenthood Clinic. All of the staff were so nice and helpful- the receptionist, nurse and doctor. This was my first time at this clinic, I felt very comfortable during my whole visit and am so thankful for my experience. I will be recommending this clinic to friends and family!

Cassie Misgen: Great first time experience at Planned Parenthood - Rice Street. From beginning to end, I felt very understood and cared about. The scheduler saved my butt and was able to squeeze me in same day, and I was able to get what I needed and get out within the hour. Both the nurse and provider was kind, answered all of my questions, and I felt no judgement whatsoever from anyone at the clinic. I can't imagine a future without Planned Parenthood, and I hope we never see the day! THANK YOU PP!
