Zach Hinton: Concrete Coatings of Minnesota is an honest company who provides a top quality service. We recently had Ryan and his crew install a concrete coating on our three car garage floor. I could not be more happy with the quality of the work! After grinding down the concrete to prep the floor, he discovered moisture that was coming up from the concrete. Instead of trying to just slap on the coating, Ryan was honest and told us that it had to dry out first. He came out two more times on separate days to check if the floor was dry and ours was just taking a bit more time. Never once did he try and rush the job. It took over a week to dry out, but when they finally came do get the coating on, they did very quick and flawless work. He even leveled out some uneven spots on the floor before applying the coating. Ryan was responsive to all my questions from the get go, and I never doubted my choice in companies. I highly recommend using Concrete Coatings of Minnesota for any floor coating job!

Drew took our call, and made a trip to our home within 24 hours of us contacting his company. After a thorough inspection, he determined the foundation itself was solid and sound, but could benefit from concrete resurfacing. He was able to schedule us for the work within 2 weeks of our first contact, and the work was done in a single morning. The crew who came to our house did a phenomenal job. The resurfaced concrete facade is flawless and uniform all the way around the house. The crew was also kind, patient, and left the site spotless after the work was complete. I am happy to speak with you and have many other pictures to show.The monoslab underneath my garage was cracking and separating and the frame on the front side of the garage was damaged from setting directly on the garage floor. The garage integrity was being challenged as a result of the deteriorating garage foundation. I also had some sidewalk/patio cracked concrete with freeze/thaw issues that I had them fix.The project took them only 9 working days from start to finish. In that time they shored/lifted/braced my 24'x28' oversized 2-car garage, removed/replaced garage floor & foundation, re-set the garage on the new block as well as pored concrete 14' in front of the garage and the smaller spots I mentioned above.It was a professional experience from initial review, design, & quote through completion. Awesome crew. Easy for me to work with and I am thrilled with the results.
