Riverton Community Housing: what do users think?

Zachary Linneman: This landlord is responsive, fair, and cares about the safety and good management of the apartment building and premises.

Richard Murray: I've lived at Franklin Housing Cooperative for 14 years, overall a good experience.

Jack Raverty: The closet space is second to none. Great place to live.

Connor Miller: Great opportunity to have affordable student housing with additional community offerings. The management is quite quick to respond to requests and have been respectful every time they do work.

Cecilia Fern: It is in a great location for students of the U. Nice apartments and very affordable.

Liu Yuan: Good location. A 10-minute walk to the University of Minnesota. The apartment environment is pleasant, and the facilities around are perfect. Moreover, the staff is friendly~~

cmilk934 d: . As opposed to some big property companies try to rip off UMN students, Riverton always tries to be on your side and help you however they can With that being said, they do seem to be a bit of understaffed given the amount of properties they own. So when you make a maintenance request, they cant always address your issues right away. Just be patient if that happens.

Maya Tazel: Great community and landlords that care about their residents.

Tyler Dregney: Great location and staff has seemed very helpful so far!

Kimberly Johnson: to answer all my questions I may have had.

hyo park: I've been living at the Brook Ave Co-op for the past few months and I've been absolutely loving it. It is a new apartment so it's been super clean, quiet, and spotless everywhere including the brand new gym that's in the actual peace tower. I've been loving the layout of the rooms and the hard wood floors in my unit as well as the bathroom which has in-unit washer and dryer. There's been numerous community events that were super cute with lots of food and amazing residents. I also really appreciate the park right outside the apartment where I can let my dog out freely because there aren't that many cars or people. Lastly, I love that it is a Co-operative. Everyone's so caring about the environment and helps make this living space safe and clean for each other. I love the recycling and compost system in the trash rooms in each floor as well. It's been a great location and I'm really sad to leave here. I definitely recommend the apartment.

Oliyad Olana Abdissa: Best place to live, God bless you guys!!!

Somya Sharma Chatterjee: The staff is very friendly and they are very quick on responding to maintainence requests.

Rachel Brandt: Nola, the manager of the Chateau, is quick to respond to emails and concerns and is so friendly! She has always been a big help. The Chateau is extremely affordable in comparison to the options surrounding the area and is a very clean and well kept environment. I would have lived at the Chateau all 4 years of my college experience if I had found it sooner!

Hailee Sch: Friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. It's also in a good location and a good sized space for the price. I have enjoyed living here.

Luis Mendoza: Great co-op experience, I love the little parties around the holidays. It was very fun painting a pumpkin. Anyways - the office and maintenance are very responsive and helpful!

Skylar Kasten: Clean building and great location. Just wish the fitness center had a bench press as shown online.

Como Student Community Cooperative: what do users think?

Reuben Christianson: My wife and I lived at Como during both of our graduate studies. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartments are not the nicest, there is no laundry in unit or dish washers, but the community is a haven in the middle of the twin cities. The office staff are fabulous, being part of the coop is a great opportunity to save money as a student on rent, and the location cannot be beat for students at the U of M.

Michael Jonas: Love living here

Z: I can’t recommend como strongly enough especially for young families studying at the U! Great prices and great people!

Nokomis Square Cooperative Senior Living Community: what do users think?

Ronnie V: Seems like a nice place. A relative lives there. I looked into the pricing and waiting list. The monthly co-op fee seems pretty exorbitant, so that was disappointing.

Gregory Alm: The inside is like a museum. Nice place to meet others.

Phyllis Senger: Delicious and great service

Matt Sumera: My parents lived here for almost 10 years. They absolutely loved it, and they made many friends while there. It was hard for them to leave, once my father required more nursing care, and Nokomis Square will always hold a special place in our heart.

d hanson: Clean, well run senior living Coop.

Al Thomas: Beautiful atrium and many benefits. A great way to live.

Todd Weiss: I know someone who lives there. They keep it clean. Lots of activities for seniors. But they need to improve the security.

brizaida saavedra: It's my workplace.

amy fedde: Beautiful place to live, interesting activities

Brig O'Connor: My friend has just acquired his new home, and I saw it August 11th. A gorgeous, immaculate environment; so complete in so many ways!!! So happy for him! And he is quite excited about being there!!! The west side garden area was just darling!!!! Great place!!!

Klyde Jones: Always like going there
