We walked into his office for the first time not knowing a thing about IVF- but just knowing we would need it to get pregnant. I did a lot of research before settling on a doctor, and came across MCRH. I read through their handbook before our consult and discovered I would need to lose about 70lbs before I would be seen. Dr. Corfman requires you to be at a BMI equal to or under 30. And honestly- I needed to lose the weight anyway. I appreciated already having a doctor who wasnt going to sugar coat things. Dr. Corfman was knowledgeable and explained the entire IVF process to us our first consult. It was determined we could start for their next series. Every staff member we encountered and interacted with was phenomenal, and I never once felt like I was asking too many questions, or asking dumb questions. I always felt like the staff was here for us, sensitive to our situations, and in our corner. We paid roughly $19,000 for our treatment and to be honest I feel like that is a great price. I never expected this to be cheap. We had a successful fresh IVF cycle and are excited to welcome our little miracle in Feburary of 2021.

Christiana Blair: My husband and I went to MCRH after 13 months of trying on our own. We immediately felt welcome at MCRH. Dr. Corfman and his staff are the best of the best. He answered all of our questions and we never felt like our time with him was rushed. We have unexplained infertility and we tried multiple treatments starting with timed intercourse with medication and hormone supplements and then IUI, before eventually deciding to pursue IVF. Other clinics should start mirroring the way this clinic is ran, it’s unlike any office I’ve ever been to...from scheduling, communicating information, staff, procedures-everything is smooth. Dr. Corfman, ALL the nurses, lab technologists, coordinators are wonderful. I’ve never met a group more kind and sympathetic! Don’t waste your time anywhere else just being a ‘number.’ Go here and be prepared to feel like you matter. Dr. Corfman actually has passion for what he does and can easily explain why he does certain treatment options, great communicator! I can’t say enough about the nurses too, the best. They are a busy clinic, but they customize your hormones to optimize chances for a successful pregnancy. I would recommend them to anyone loosing hope in their fertility journey.

He had a lot of information to provide me with and had an answer for every question. I had my appointment with Dr. Brent Hanson, he was amazing and so well mannered. I would then need to report my cycle day one. Thankfully, when I did, Murphy was the one to help me get scheduled for my appointments. At this point, my confidence was through the roof, and I was praying I wouldn't have to talk Brittany that would have just toren me down all over again. Jamie Ogborn: Dr. Kapfhamer is great. He understands how frustrating infertility is. He was prepared and took the time to talk through what went well with the last cycle, what didn't, and our options if we wanted to continue with another cycle. There was no pressure and he left plenty of time for any questions we had. If considering CRM and planning to use insurance be aware that their billing department is not as great, we are continuing with CRM because of the great medical team, but we have been very frustrated with the billing issues, unwillingness of CRM to fix the billing issues, and rude financial coordinator.Two months after everything cleared with insurance and and insurance representative left a message with CRM with contact information if they disagree CRM stated that it isn't resolved and they refuse to work it out with my insurance company. They are still saying they disagree about coverage agreed upon and that they hold credits until 90 days after the last cycle unless someone demands a refund and it's a several week process. If you are concerned about money or ethics try someplace else to see if you can find someplace with a good medical team and decent administrative and billing.

Dr. Casey is Kind, straightforward and honest about how she feels things would work best for you, or what she feels may not be best. All of her staff is amazing, specifically her Donor staff and you can tell they truly want you to succeed!

Alyson Newquist: Many of us end up at CRM after we’ve lost trust in our bodies ability to do what we think it should, or when we’ve lost faith we can achieve our reproductive goals. It can be scary going somewhere unknown for something we haven’t experienced before that a lot of people are private about their experiences with. In my experience, CRM made me feel really safe when I’d started losing faith.Everyone at CRM made me feel heard, understood, and taken care of. By everyone I mean the staff who answer your calls, the office staff, the ultrasound techs and phlebotomists you’ll likely end up seeing A Lot during your time as a patient, the embryologists/lab staff, finance folks, and of course the doctors and nurses. They all make the emotional processes of evaluating, diagnosing, treating/plan implementing, and, in our case, achieving a successful pregnancy via IVF, as pleasant an experience as I can imagine. One you can figure out. One you can handle. One that in my experience you won’t ever have wished you started later than you did.
