Mary Schuster: I’m a town from NM and needed a pair of hiking boots. We called the shop the day before to see if they would have anything in my size. When arriving the next day they had all my sizes laid out even thought they didn’t know for sure I was going to come. Nice quality product and super friendly/helpful service.
Mary Ann Van Cura: An acquaintance told me they had successfully repaired the zippers on some camping equipment. I stopped by today because I had a vinyl covered cushion with a challenging, separated zipper. They fixed it and secured it within 20 minutes. So grateful. And everyone was pleasant, attentive, informed.

I think it would be a good idea to repair the lair. Good job, and Thank you.Update as 03/2024:I used their service again recently. The rate has gone up, but it's understandable. I took a winter extra-long jacket to replace the zip. They were able to fix it in a few days. They have moved to a new location, but the service is still on the same stand. I recommend them.

Robb Stephens: This place is great. I have had several Duluth packs repaired here. Yesterday, I brought in a pack that had some seams on the shoulder straps starting to pop. They fixed it while I waited and only charged me $25. Help is always friendly and the new location on Minnehaha Avenue is far easier to get to.

Maurice Wilson: I went here to deliver some products that were ordered through Sam's Club in Eagan MN. It was a large commercial order. The receptionist was so pleasant and even though it was cold outside she propped the double doors open to make it easier for me to bring the products inside. I had an injury to my right pinky finger that had bled on the way to this stop. The owners of this great establishment noticed it and offered some bandages and antiseptic ointment and a place for me to clean out my wound. His kind gesture made my day and I know it will stay with me forever. Don't forget that any gesture of love and kindness, no matter how small ,can be a big part of someone else's day. I want to say thank you for your kind gesture. If he runs his business on the same kindness he showed me, I highly recommend that you come here for a great workout and a great experience.

Despite initial concerns about Zoē's age and safety, the welcoming and informative assistance from staff members like Josh and Benny immediately put us at ease.The facility's policy of allowing toddlers in for free with a paid adult not only eased our financial concerns but also showcased their understanding of children's apprehensions towards climbing. Benny's meticulous attention to detail, particularly in fitting Zoē's harness and ensuring our comfort with the equipment, was truly commendable and added an extra layer of reassurance.Zoē's excitement was palpable as she confidently tackled the walls, displaying remarkable fearlessness and agility. It was heartwarming to witness her enthusiasm grow with each successful climb, almost reluctant to leave after three hours of uninterrupted fun. Vertical Endeavors' commitment to providing a safe yet exhilarating experience for climbers of all ages left a lasting impression on us.As Zoē eagerly asks to return to Vertical Endeavors even as I write this review the day after our visit, it's clear that we've found a new favorite activity for our family. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff for creating such a welcoming and engaging environment, and we eagerly anticipate our next adventure at Vertical Endeavors.

Lindsey Hiner: Love this place! You can sign your waiver and watch an instructional video before arriving, which makes the check-in process quick. Before climbing, the staff has you hook your harness onto an auto-belay to make sure you do it correctly and then you're free to climb! We just used the auto-belay walls, but there were plenty of other people doing the traditional belays and others bouldering. If you're going on a weekend, get there when they open because it does get busy.

Great for beginners and more experienced climbers alike. Climbing is a wonderful, natural and fun form of exercise for the human body. We are loving it!

Specifically, Jordan offered me help twice on different times and made me feel incredibly comfortable as I weighed different options.Everyone is so kind that I actually see visiting the store as a treat.
Greg Couves: Patagonia is amazing and it's not an empty statement to say I'm a convert for life.Someone burned a hole in my Tres Parka. I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Lisa Carmichael: Cute store with everything Patagonia. Women’s, Men’s, Kids, and Newborn. Fitting rooms and a play area for kids. Jackets, snow pants, vests, sweaters, tshirts, gloves backpacks, hats, and the list goes on. Clean space. Helpful associates. Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.
Justin Young: The staff at this location is always so top notch. It’s easier for me to buy online but that’s a mistake when instead I’m able to get support from the folks that work at the store. Every single time I’ve left extremely satisfied. Keep up the great work.
cory voight: So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.

Ethan Roesner: Best place in Minnesota to go bouldering. Vibes in the place are amazing with fun music. Staff are super nice and the bouldering is the best with the different difficulties.
