Chess Castle of Minnesota: what do users think?

Noah Stewart: This is the best place to go and play chess in Minnesota! They have prize money tournaments almost every weekend in addition to weekly blitz/rapid/classical events. I have met a lot of great people playing here, not to mention improved my chess dramatically. Check it out if you are interested!

Robert Hines: If you want a place to play chess over the board with a real person, this is the place to do it. Wednesday nights are casual, just come in and play with whoever. Other nights are usually rated tournaments so you'll need to have a USCF membership.

Zach Manning: Great Chess Club, Its located in the lower level of the Southdale Mall below the Food Court, about 20-30 boards set-up with quality weighted pieces. Very welcoming. Players of all levels, and a very relaxed laid back atmosphere.

Johnny Harbieh: Awesome team. I really enjoy visiting there. I try to go once per week. A good mix of experience and beginner games. They do chess tournaments several days a week.

Michael Dietrich: Great place for ALL levels -

S V: kindwe found a bunny in the parking lot we played with it for a while and the return home

Dan H: Great organization. Dan was very welcoming to me as a first-timer and helped get me acclimated. By the end of the night I was playing my first-ever USCF rated games!

XxFaxeGHOSTxX343 t: Friendly people of all ages that welcome chess players, who wish to play chess with players of equal strength. Membership is not required. Games and tournaments are organized frequently. Entry fees for members and nonmembers. My son has attended events held there since he was in 7th grade! He is now a freshmen in college.

Jonathan Santos: Thank you for check mate support and all the winner- allowers out there. Personally I am still new to the group. I don't have a membership yet. So everyone has been very easy going for low income people as myself who want to share such monumental interest and prosperous history. I met one of the guys in charge there, his me is Dan and he does a great performance keep open through the week, especially on Tuesday's mostly every week when chess familerization support is available for all ages and sex genders. I also want to thank everyone else who support such a community opportunity as well as service standard for community excellence support. Hope to see more people feel open and easy about learning chess at chess castle Minnesota. Hopefully we can prevent stale mate support, thank you so much everyone.

Thomas Madappattu: Awesome place to play chess

Justin Christensen swanson: Been going here for well over a year now and the owner and staff are awesome I highly recommend this place for buying and selling they are fair and honest and will take care of you. And they are very knowledgeable!

Kellie Hellum: Great people!! My #1 card place

Taylor Severson: Can’t say enough good about this store, mostly come for magic related things but I see the other game communities here as well. Great helpful staff, fair prices and usually more stock than a lot of other stores in the area. Monday night commander is also always popping!

Ryan Simmons (IONRyan): Incredibly nice people. We were window shopping, just trying to catch a break from the heat but ended up making a purchase to support the business. Seems like a great place to shop and play!

Sean McStravick: Staff were really nice, seems like a cool place to play.
