Terry B: I look forward to going again and looking closer at what the ship offers and knowing more about it.

Sas B: Best ham and cheese croissant I’ve ever tasted. The staff was really nice too ! I tried a few other treats as well and all of them were just as yummy! Will be stopping by again on my next trip to Minneapolis!

Amy Nelson: The moment you step into this place, you smell the fresh delicious Roma of such sweet delight then you taste the delicious chocolate almond croissants, and you’re just in heaven👍

Lexi Schiffman: Took a cooking class with Nomi & couldn’t have had a better time! Highly recommend!

Michael Benjamin: The Banoffee Croissants were delicious! Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere.

ben delarosa: The French Pastry 101 class was gifted to me for Christmas. It was a really fun class and Chef Zoe was a fantastic instructor. Highly suggest this as a date night thing or with a friend.

AH: Best pastries in town.

Beth Kalin: Excellent service and love the delicious GF baked good options!

Elizabeth Leming: Cooking classI took a cooking class. It was a lot of fun, but we cooked in groups, so it was hard to have a turn at everything. I either felt like I was taking over or missing out.The groups were of six for those classes, so if you have that many you can be your own group.

Adjo: Celebrated a 6 year old birthday party at Way Cool Cooking School! The instructor was incredibly patient and engaging, making sure each child felt involved. The kitchen was well-organized and safe for the kids to explore their cooking skills. They made their own pizzas and decorated cupcakes, which were delicious and fun. It was a unique, educational, and memorable way to celebrate. Highly recommend for an interactive and delightful birthday party!

Barbara Dahn: Fun class but it was a lot because of all the options taught. Thankfully they made the dough ahead of time.

Jennifer Weirick: Amazing experience, everyone was raving about the party and Chef Alex was amazing with the kids!

jessica k: Perfect...so fun!!!

Megan Connolly: Fun date night with a tasty meal. We did Taste of Japan with a Twist... watermelon salad was great!

Larry Lyons: Great experience! Mary was very personable, entertaining and professional. I would take another cooking class from her without hesitation. Content of this class was more basic than we expected but still learned enough to make it worthwhile.

Jackie Thesing: I had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here and we loved every minute! We had a big party of 19 kids and everyone fit perfectly. Mary, the lead chef, was amazing with the kids and everyone had a great time. Worth every penny!

Roberta Loeffler: We had a great evening, and a spectacular dinner! Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Our chefs were knowledgeable, helpful, and very engaging. Thank you!

Sharla Woolfolk: the pizza, donuts, and donut shaped cookies. The provided cake was beautiful and delicious! And they also provided the decorations, plates, cups, etc; so very minimal planning was required by me. My daughter is already asking for her next party to be there!

Beth Hee: My kids had a great time! They attended a Mother’s Day cooking class for their first time. They said It was hands on and the steps were easy to follow. They would like to come to another class in the near future! We can’t wait to try the delicious food they prepared.

Kathy Braun: We enjoyed our Mother’s Day brunch, cooking class very much. My granddaughter and grandson had a fantastic time. It was very age-appropriate and the chef was very engaging and informative. Will definitely be back for another class.

Kitchen Window: what do users think?

Jess Taapken Klabough: Gorgeous shop with treasures galore. What a value for the neighborhood, will definitely visit again the next time we’re in the area.

Mick Kuffel: Great selection of kitchen items, bought a grill here and the delivery was smooth and service was very friendly.

Neal Dimick: Still the locally owned, locally oriented kitchen store that's also north america's biggest. Great staff and great products.

T Pruitt: Though my previous experience with the knife sharpening service was not unfavorable, I appreciate that the owner reached out to me quickly to make amends of their service. I like stores that stand behind their quality of service and customer care. Thank you!

Does not Lie: HVAC programskilled proffesionals are hired for this program: Jim, Mark & Wayne.Ask the right questions and you get the right answers.Im especially critical about this school, because its to make people into skilled trades people...yet there are still useless information being taught be being graded upon; things that will NEVER be used in the field in modern day HVAC..HTC ceo/ditector should be replaced, the kitchen isn't open, a whole facility isnt used post-covid because well... He likely wants his/her/pronoun's numbers to be looking good...Your HVAC program is great, but your cat-food-quality free food on wednesdays is terrible and your 'fresh food vending machine' is stale and not fresh.Just hire a good 1-4 line cooks to make meals onsite part time during peak hours and itd be a good schoo, why not include it as part of the culinary trade?Current CEO/director is letting good facilites rot and not used..current director is trash. Get a new one. 100%.I know because i was a director/ceo and sold the company. Hvac is my calling, i love it.

Elle Lubar: Staff are very friendly and welcoming😊

DINAH RATEMO: I like the place.I received a wonderful welcoming.

Katie Dixon: I'm a student here and I absolutely love the staff

Mj Sadat: Very good place

Cristianm Larg: Incredible

Charity Johnson: Very easy to navigate. Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly.

Tony: Most of the daily staff is great. Would recommend anyone needing a cert, degree or just wants to learn.

Anthony Urban: @ 1501 Hennepin Ave. S.

Emma Koetz: Excited to start school! Everyone was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had!

Kamilla Harris: I'm A Past Student And A Current Student. I Love This College. Everyone Is So Nice And Helpful. The Staff Is Very knowledgeable And Respectful Of My Pronouns And Respectful Of Me As A Person.

Deea Elliott: Staff and faculty is very nice, instructors are very understanding and flexible. Online classes are easy to follow. Very convenient location large campus and they a have basic needs support center open every Wednesday, they pass out food and personal hygiene items. Parking is my only problem here other than that very great school.

Laur en: bad egg teachers

Yarrow LaBeau: and now that I am on my 2nd semester, here's what I have to say.First the bad-The gym is a bit sad. There needs to be more equipment and I heard they used to offer yoga classes but since Covid they have not 😢The staff here are so supportive and it truly feels like this school puts the community in community College. My teachers and admin and other staff have been supportive while I have been dealing with a stalker/abuse situation. I feel fully supported and safe here.I also highly highly recommend the herbalism program because it's one of a kind and the teacher, Erica, is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the subject.

Giotto Troia: This review is only for the weight room. The music is horrible. I don't want to listen to jazz music when I'm working out. The attendant on duty said they don't have access to the music... I doubt that. The equipment is a bit old but usable and has a good variety. It's missing some machines like leg extension and some specialized benches. But overall a good selection for a free-for-students gym and convenient if you're already on campus.

Malik McDowell: Excellent place to learn and grow. Great place to update your skills, I would say upgrade!

Sevgi Sezen: Loved being there,Its a feeling to be ready for your new type of life on your career path.Just effort from your side to do homework and then you'll be able to success. My recommendations.

Leigh Miller: I both work and attend school here and I love doing both!!!!!

Owamni by The Sioux Chef: what do users think?

Brad Adams: . I would say it's the most woke restaurant I've been to in my life.Between the uniform/shirts with hashtag anti-colonialism slogans, a story on the back of the menus about how, what we call Americans have ruined the Indian Nation, it's a little over the top with negativity. We decided to go to the restaurant because it was a cool concept to eat really good food made with ingredients back during the Indian Nation time when some of the ingredients we are used to today were not available. From that standpoint, it was an interesting, creative, and fun meal. The staff was very nice, very informative, very willing to help explain the menu and suggest good things. The restaurant is situated beautifully on the Mississippi River with fantastic views. It's also located in a historic milling building with Old Woods bricks and historic steel. In terms of taste, obviously, with a limited selection of ingredients, come with it a limited menu of tasty options. Does the chef do a fantastic job with the ingredients he uses? Yes!. It was fun and interesting to try it all. Can I go out and eat "colonizer" food that tastes far better, absolutely, but that's not the point of going to the restaurant. They add a 13% service charge on top of the bill that they state by Minnesota law is not considered a tip to help their staff and all of the minority based causes and suppliers of their business.Their wines are very expensive and unknown, so if you want to pair with a nice wine, if they allow it you may want to bring your own.We tried the items in my photos along with the Bison Taco, which was pretty darn good, and the corn chowder, which was also good

Lindsey Hiner: All of the beverages they offer are from BIPOC or women-run businesses... So cool!!We tried 4 plant dishes and two tacos: one bison and one elk. Everything was so delicious! The wild rice was truly special

Michael Brewer: to move my son out of his dorm on UofM campus. I had been wanting to try Owamni since he enrolled here. Being from out of state, I took my chances and went alone to Owamni this evening. Despite their full booking, I was seated immediately at the bar, which in my opinion is the best way to enjoy the experience on offer here, which in this case was their spring menu

Tami Kreuzer: I love this place and all the incredibly talented and knowledgeable people who are apart of this amazing community!

A T: Well organized and great staff

Lisa Weiss: Lots of fun! Made delicious food!

Rose Carlson: . They are also very locally and socially conscious and work to make the world a better place.

Marsh Jones (MNSwamp): Community Supported Agriculture. Supporting local farmers. We subscribe and receive a box of fresh produce every week. It can be a bit random seeming, which is part of the fun, it's always fresh and in great shape.

Adam Lofquist: I tried my first CSA this year and I was not disappointed. They source amazing produce, provide helpful tips on how to store it and use it. To make it even better, they have an amazing and helpful staff.

Molly Weismantel: Love our CSA!

Spoon and Stable: what do users think?

Robyn: One of the best restaurants Ive tried in Minneapolis! The menu might seem pretty ordinary but everything was very goodRecommended dishes Dry-Aged Duck Breast …

Jonathan Robinson: Absolutely phenomenal food and experience. Our server Louis was beyond amazing as he took the time to explain the dishes, cocktails, and so much more. Hat's off!Speaking of dishes, the bison tartare was increibly good, but we were blown away by the flavor of the duck ragu in the Torchietti. We had it made gluten-free to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the pasta was still delicious! We didn't stop there, adding an order of the pork chop for me and Alaskan halibut for my wife. The flavor profile on the pork chop dish was insanely big, bold, and wonderful. It was such a contrast to the halibut, which was also wonderful but much more delicate. Both were great. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated! Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. This shows up starting with bread basket modifications, moves into extra tasting bites supplied to us from the head chef, and follows through to all our entrees and special desserts. Phenomenal staff coordination and cooperation.

Raquel Tabor: Recommended dishes Pot Roast

Akshaya Bhagavathula: My recent dinner at Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis was an experience that truly stood out in my culinary adventures. This beautifully restored horse stable turned restaurant offers a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a remarkable evening. The menu, curated by Chef Gavin Kaysen, is a testament to his expertise and commitment to showcasing the best of Midwest ingredients with a French twist. We started with the foie gras terrine, which was rich and perfectly balanced, and it became an instant favorite at our table. For my main course, I chose the duck breast, which was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, accompanied by a side that complemented the duck without overshadowing it.What really made our meal unforgettable was not just the food but the service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. They recommended excellent wine pairings that elevated our dining experience. The dessert rounded off the evening on a high note, with creative and delightful options that were as beautiful to look at as they were to taste. The ambiance, service, and exquisite cuisine made Spoon and Stable a dining destination that I can't recommend highly enough. Whether for a special occasion or a treat-yourself night out, this restaurant promises an evening that’s both enchanting and satisfying.
