Band Box Diner: what do users think?

Nick Lawson: and that was very good. Not too much mayonnaise lol! Breakfast served all day. They have an item on the menu that is a pancake breakfast sandwich. I did not try it but I saw it go out and need to try that in the future. Clean spot, friendly prompt service. Can't wait to get backParking: I only found free street parking which was not easy to find. If there was a lot available I did not find it

Rich Fedick: Fast friendly service clean and a real chill vibe

Al's Breakfast: what do users think?

Erin Kellogg: Such a cute atmosphere, wonderful food! The whole experience of waiting in line was really fun and everyone was so patient!Kid-friendliness: There aren't high chairs or a kids menu but there were kids around and they seemed to enjoy themselves!Wheelchair accessibility: This isn't accessible at all - you have to stand in a single file line before sitting and then sit in backless stools

Nada Mohamed: Chocolate chip pancakes

Afro Deli & Grill: Minneapolis: what do users think?

Alex Czop: Wonderful owner, nice open atmosphere, great portions for the price, tasty tzatziki, chapati wrap was yum and ginormous, chicken gyro had like 2 big ol breasts on it, fries were crisp and salty with a great sauce, just a wonderful experience!Vegetarian options: Falafel options on most dishes and a number of great looking salads!

Anita Jelodari: The first visit to Afro Deli, I ordered their steak with rice dish, and it was incredibly spicy. I couldn't even finish it. But on my second visit, I opted for the chicken fantastic and steak sandwich, which were both delicious and healthier with just the right amount of spice, and not greasy. I particularly enjoyed the zucchini in the chicken fantastic.

Our Kitchen: what do users think?

Ed Folstrom: Recommended dishes Sausage

Govinda Yost: I arrived at 2pm on a Tuesday. No line, plenty of seats at the bar. The people here know what they are doing! The service and the food was as on point as any time of day. I had the kitchen special: two eggs, hash browns, sausage, coffee, and I had a pancake. The coffee was surprisingly really good. The pancake was incredible—fluffy, fresh, large enough to fill me up alone. The picture of the pancake makes it look smaller than it is. The sausage, eggs and hash browns were cooked to perfection. They have an assortment of hot sauces. Highly recommend.

Claire Leo: and surprisingly the tuna salad sandwich.

Tiffany Pauling: Yummy food and great little diner!!

Uncle Franky's: what do users think?

tim seldal: The staff here is awesome and so much fun! We really got a kick out of them. The food is really good and was impressed on how yummy it was. They also have local made craft soda on tap which is very good as well. The place may look a little rough but it just adds to the character I think it puts it in the category of a wonderful dive bar but without alcohol. We will be back for more yummy food!3rd time here was a dud. They forgot/lost our order. Took almost an hour to get our food. The tots were over cooked. The onion rings were barely cooked. The burger and chicken sandwich were way over done. The Philly steak and the milk shake were still good. Skip the wings they were pretty bad. My advice if they very busy and/or packed go elsewhere and try again... not at lunch time on a weekend...

Drake Friesen: Gave their wings a try today and really liked them!Food: 5/5 …

Trypp Adams: I got the Chicago Italian Beef with dip on the side and my friend got the juicy juicy burger... we split some cheese curds. The place has that "hole in the wall" feel and menu is pretty basic. We sat outside, behind the restaurant and enjoyed some great weather and our food. The Italian beef was good but it's very messy if you try to pick it up and you loose the combination of flavors if you go at it with a knife and fork. I would appreciate a larger bun, personally. I would say about a quarter of our cheese curds were cooked to the point where the cheese had left the breaded casing, leaving an empty fried dough shell. Not sure I'd seek it out, but if you're looking for a Chicago dog or Italian Beef sandwich, it's an option.

Cuzzy's Grill & Bar: what do users think?

Todd Bavery: In town for the Big 10 Basketball tournament - stopped in for Breakfast on Saturday morning!Highly recommend the Corn Beef Hash! Also, go for the Sourdough toast - really good.Atmosphere is that of a true Dive Bar - which makes the food even better.

Robert Stacy: Cuzzy's has always been an awesome bar. In my opinion, they have substantially upgraded their food quality, though - giving you the 'dive bar' experience without any of the sacrifice. Highly recommend.Parking: You're on your own for parking.

Brett Andresini: Alissa, the bartender at Cuzzy's, deserves the highest praise! Her exceptional service and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. Alissa's mixology skills are top-notch, and her recommendations were spot on. The experience at Cuzzy's was elevated by her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. I highly recommend stopping by and letting Alissa craft your drink – a true maestro behind the bar!

Ideal Diner: what do users think?

Dalton Baker: Very unique dining experience, if you're in town you should try it.The food was great and reasonably priced. The staff and other customers were very friendly.

Angela Radloff: This place is so cute and quaint. It’s very small. Nothing like I have ever been to. They have maybe 15ish seats. They have a system down that seems to work well and everyone seemed ok with how things roll. They have hard workers behind the counter and are on top of it! The French toast was good and the bacon was amazing! Highly recommend if you are searching for a place to eat in Northeast Minneapolis and have time to wait if it’s busy.

Jodie Stiebs: Hands down, best and biggest steak I ever had!! 😋 The atmosphere is inviting and upbeat. I ordered the steak and eggs and the steak was juicy, seasoned, and perfectly made. They have a great system as far as seating arrangements. The staff were happy and welcoming to everyone that walked in the door. You can watch the food being made and the cook was very clean and never missed a beat. Hands down best diner I've been too! I'm for sure coming back! 5 stars all around!

Lotus Restaurant: what do users think?

Laura Heilman: Lotus is a small restaurant with limited seating. However, the service is efficient and the table turn over is good. My party of 3 did not have to wait to be seated. The menu has a solid selection of Thai food and several dishes that are Chinese influenced as well. The number of dishes is more than adequate. The fresh spring rolls with BBQ pork are amazingly flavorful and satisfying. They are also enormous!I also tried the tofu pad Thai. The noodles were perfectly sauced and the tofu was fried to be slightly crispy. I appreciated the peanuts being served on the side, too. The portion was too big to eat in one sitting. It was delicious cold the next day!The Thai bobba tea was sweeter than expected - almost too sweet. I still enjoyed it though!I wish I lived closer to Lotus. If I did I'd be a regular. As it is, I am glad I visited. The 600 mile journey was worth it!Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made vegetarian.

Jordan Brown: Food was greatFood: 5/5 …

Hung Yang: From WI and came here for lunch during a Conference in downtown Minneapolis. Got here before the lunch rush and was able to get a seat at the bar table as I was by myself. Ordered a lunch special which consisted of chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, and 2 steamed pot stickers. You could choose different main and side dishes off the menu. All for $11.99. also ordered a fresh squeeze lemonade which I didn't receive until I was finished with my food and reminded them. I had no real issue with that as I got my food super fast and had water to drink while eating. Everything was great. Lo mein was a bit different as they used some really thin noodles and it was slightly crispy at some parts. Maybe just the way it's meant to be here but I didn't mind that much. Food tasted great still and service was good. Not a big place if you come with a big party so be cautious. I would come again if given the opportunity.

Matt's Bar and Grill: what do users think?

Mike Velo: When setting out on my burger tour of North America I knew I had to stop here. In a way I visited Minneapolis just to try this iconic burger. It did not disappoint. Not only was the food delicious and the absolute best embodiment of a cheese stuffed hamburger, but the staff was super friendly. I know a lot of these places kind of pride themselves on hostility to out of towners while embracing the locals, which I can totally understand but still I was happy to be treated so well. Thanks for the experience. I can now check it off my burger bucket list

Sushi Train: what do users think?

Diane Donnelly: This was my first time there. They are a clean, friendly, entertaining restaurant. We took my son there for his birthday. We over ate good food and tried lots of new things. The staff was amazing and very friendly. We will define going again! I loved that you were able to just wait until the sushi of your choice came around to be able to eat. Very worth going to at least once especially if you like sushi. Oh they have vegetarian options too.Vegetarian options: We saw and tried vegetarian sushi rolls and they had several dishes the were vegetarian friendly that were clearly labeled.

Michael Motherway: Best Sushi in MplsFood: 5/5 …

Alana Tyson: What a fun restaurant! A nice selection of entrees and desserts, all on a conveyor belt "train" traveling next to the booths. We tried a variety, and everything was yummy. Would recommend!Parking: 11th and Marquette, just a couple blocks away
