Taking Charge of Your Health and Wellbeing is a tool that provides information about enhancing wellbeing, exploring complementary and integrative healing practices, and navigating the healthcare system.

The Bakken Center’s online mindfulness meditation retreats provide an opportunity to step away from your daily routines and the busyness of everyday life to deepen, renew or inspire your mindfulness meditation practice.

This course explores what mindfulness is (and isn’t) through direct experience and discussion. You’ll investigate different aspects of mindfulness and its implications for your life. Introduction to Mindfulness is held live via Zoom or in person over 4 weeks for 1.5 hours per week, or as a one day intensive for 7 hours.
