Hotel Ivy, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Minneapolis: what do users think?

David De La Torre: I stayed at this hotel for four days during a conference. This hotel is very close to the conference center, made it very convenient to go back and forth. The service at the hotel and the restaurant was top notch. They upgraded me to a larger room which was like an apartment with 2 baths, an office, lounge master bedroom and huge bathroom. No complaints whatsoever!Nearby activities: Next to convention center and short walking distance to Nicollete Mall and other downtown locations.Walkability: Connected via skywalk to the convention center and short walking distance to everything in downtown.

Chance Sparks: 5-stars for an imperfect stay, because a nice hotel has to be judged by how they respond. We had a major plumbing issue well out of their control involving some kind of broke line. Maintenance was there within 5 minutes, and they had us moved to a new room with keys and a luggage cart within another 5 minutes, along with some credits. That is a level of quality response you just don’t see often, and they should be commended!

Mitchell Greene: Rooms: Newly renovated, Luxury guest rooms and suites. Very comfortable. Spacious.Nearby activities: Minneapolis Convention Center, Minnesota Orchestra, Nicollet Mall, Dakota Jazz Club, Target Center, Target Field, US Bank Stadium, the Armory, the Orpheum Theatre, the State Theatre, the Pantages TheatreSafety: Secure building. Key card required for skyway entry and elevators.Walkability: Located in downtown Minneapolis. Walking distance to the Minneapolis Convention Center, Orchestra Hall, Nicollet Mall, and many restaurants.Food & drinks: Great restaurants. I really enjoyed Breva, Masa & Agave, and the Lobby Bar.Noteworthy details: Fantastic spa and fitness center on site.

Lisa Carmichael: . Player piano was a nice touch. Staff was helpful walking through. Valet service was friendly. Love Minnesota!

renee kessel: Spaces in front of the building are reserved for valet or hotel check in . There is metered parking available steps away from the hotel entrance as well as nearby parking ramps. Jack, Parker and Ryan in valet are courteous, professional and charming. Emily at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great service.Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet …

K Conrad: Rooms: Very nice!Walkability: Convention CenterFood & drinks: Great food in the hotel bar

The Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton: what do users think?

Cheryl Wirkus: This was a very nice hotel. I have never visited here before. It is super expensive though. The design of the building inside is really quite unique. Front desk staff very knowledgeable and polite. As much as I like the stay. I cannot return for that amount of money.. Eating breakfast in the restaurant at the hotel was very expensive also. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shopping. For as nice as the hotel was and as expensive as it was, I was kind of surprised that they had the old fashioned tub shower instead of a nice walk in shower.

Todd Green: snapped off a pretty witty comeback to me. I about died of embarrassment and laughter at the same time. The rooms were amazing. I was really curious if the #55 room is a real room or not. It is tucked between the 2 elevators. My floor 1555 looked like it could either be a storage room disguised as a Guest room or maybe there is a secret candelabra that you pull to reveal a Vegas Style baller suite. I walked to my room wondering all of the possibilities that room could offer. I opened my room and maybe not Vegas Baller Suite, but defiantly Reno or Tahoe. Two full walls were all window looking out onto the city.I had to put on my hiking shoes before making the trek to pull the curtains closed, but it was like the ending of the old timey movies where the curtain closes at the end. I was just getting that last look of the city before it was gone. The biggest things I look for in a room is 1: Can I see the TV from the desk. Yes. Perfectly. B: Can I plug in all my stuff next to the bed. Hell Yes. I had USBs on the sides of the table between the beds, there was a Mag charger on top of the clock, and the front of the clock had 2 more USB plugs. When I looked under the bed there was a little mad tucked under there and he handed me 2 more USB plugs. I still don't know if he worked for the hotel, but he made me amazing coffee in the morning. The bathroom was well done. It is always the spot to see if the hotel pays attention to maintaining the hotel or not. They had one bar of soap for my face but had amazing bath products in the pump bottles on the counter and in the shower. I was expecting the normal shot across the room when I pushed down, but it came out smoothly showing that someone has a stack of toothpicks and keeps those spouts clean. It was not the most enjoyable shower that I have had, but it is the most enjoyable that I can discuss here.On check-out I made sure to tell the manager about what a great property and staff she has. Actually, that would have been the perfect time to ask if that guy works here or not. At+

Will Ruffin II: One of my favorite places to stay.Walkability: 10 minute walk to Target CenterFood & drinks: If you enjoy good seasoned food, the dry rub wings are where it's at.

Elliot Park Hotel, Autograph Collection: what do users think?

pizzapieyum: Recently stayed for a work trip and it was an overall good experience!Staffs are very welcoming and helpful in general. Sophia was very professional, and other front desk staffs were friendly as well. But the valet staffs were really going above and beyond — they always greet you with big smiles, remember you, and help you with finding your uber, loading the bags, etc. I did not get their names but all of them were amazing. They seriously need a raise. The only downside was that the room was not the best for working. It does have a desk but not a desk chair, just more of a stool. The amenities were a bit basic and lacking in detail as well.

Joshua Clements: . Nice bathrooms.Nearby activities: About 0.5 miles from convention center. Right next to a brewery. Several restaurant choices within 10-15 minute walk. Most museums and other activities would be 15+ minutes walking, a bit far for most people. Good walkability in all directions.Safety: Door person at the entrance.Walkability: Complete sidewalk system in all distractions, comfortable pedestrian conditions.Food & drinks: A few nearby places, most are 10+ minutes walking.Noteworthy details: Pretty good hotel gym

Elliot Hartley: staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Check in and out was easy.Walkability: Easy walk of the skyway which gets you everywhere downtown.

Suhas Parimi: .If you have time, you should take the blue line to Minnehaha falls

Shireen Agah Yadollahpour: Excellent hotel. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. Rooms were both very clean and tasteful in decor. It was a short walk to the convention center, which was very convenient. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again if I travel to the area. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Michelle Gabrielson: I went there to meet a friend The friend ever showed up. But the staff were very nice I would recommend them highly. And I never saw the room

Blake Wigdahl: THE best hotel experience. I travel a ton for work. Stayed here for an entire week for work. Rooms are comfortable and homey, staff across the board is AMAZING and the restaurant staff morning and night just make you feel excellent after a long work day. Blown away. I will stay here from here out even if I have a work project farther away in the region....worth the drive time etc. loved this place. Thank you all who make this a Great experience!!!Rooms: Wow perfect... comfortable and homeyFood & drinks: Fantastic. Waffles in the morning and anything on the menu in the evening!!!

Celisia Stanton: , and there was also a great balcony space for us to take bridal party photos outside! Highly recommend this hotel as a getting-ready space, ESPECIALLY for couples planning to get married at Mosaic!

sam masudi: Gallie greeted me with such amazing hospitality, she and her staff amplify the best energy and service I have seen within the hotel industry. We flew in from Australia where over 40 of our staff that work nationally for a US COMPANY based in MN, we have had nothing but the staff ensuring things are organised and always delivering what we need. Please make sure you stay at the Elliot park Hotel

Snisskit77: What an amazing stay. We were greeted by Galie who was as lovely as any person could be. She made us feel so welcomed. She is a fantastic ambassador for this hotel! We received a very nice surprise from the GM Sean and head chef Peter. Our room was just perfect. We had. Great stay and we’re blown away by the extraordinary kindness we received. 10/10 easy! Thank you Elliot Park!Rooms: Had a room with a soaking tub! Phenomenal!Walkability: Lots to do close by.

Linda Carr: Couple of bumps but nothing significant. Would not recommend if you have children because they don't have the complimentary breakfast. You also have to pay for parking. It is a valet service but, not conventional when you're on a budget. The shortcomings that I experienced are due to my lack of paying attention to detailed information before booking this hotel. Staff was great and location is great as well!

Melissa Hosten: I was at a conference here. This has great rooms and flexibility for such a large conference! The food was excellent and the staff was super helpful.Nearby activities: This is close to the stadium, great food, Prince murals, First Avenue music venue, and the Sculpture GardenWalkability: Very easy to walk around and get wherever you want yo go.

Chad Nabity: Nice stay. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Did not get coffee in the room one day.Nearby activities: Convention CenterWalkability: Very walkable

Stephanie Heidinger: Stayed here for an Expo at the convention center. Getting from parking ramp to hotel desk was CONFUSING; getting to Convention Center from lobby is even worse! Skyway isn't really user-friendly & is a bit of a maze. After that said, the hotel itself is really nice & upscale. Called and asked if an early check-in was available & they accommodated.Downtown Mpls has tons of restaurants and bars to choose from if you decide not to use the ones in the hotel. It's time to put my feet up and enjoy the stay.

Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis: what do users think?

Sarah T: My stay was for a staycation and it was perfect! The hotel is very clean and has a calm and welcoming feeling when you first enter. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful to interact with! The room was very spacious and clean, had normal outlets and USB plug ins by the bed which was great along with many other outlets throughout the room in convenient spots which i find very helpful. The room service was quick and convenient. There are a lot of great amenities which is awesome. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel whether it be for a staycation, vacation, for a business trip, or whatever it may be you need a hotel for!

Tom Anderson: I remember it being Grand Hotel and haven't stayed since the switch over to Hyatt. Very good location..nice big room, nice staff. I was lazy on a Monday morning and ordered room service. It was good but think of a Dennys breakfast being served in paper takeout. Coffee wasn't the best and $4 for a cup not worth it. I would stay again but not order room service. I do miss The Grand. They had a great service when you could just order coffee to be delivered to your room the next morning.

Pam Daiker: after the Vikings game and enjoyed a cocktail watching the ball drop in the hotel bar. It was nice to be able to sit down, meet some new friends without a cover charge or standing all night AND be able to run up to our room if needed, grab a drink from the bar, grab a piece of pizza from your new friends or play some Jenga by the fireplace! They had a breakfast buffet on New Years Day, $17 with salmon eggs benedict and many other things. My fiance enjoyed that very much however I went with the classic breakfast off the menu for $10 which is eggs, hashbrowns and your choice of meat. Very good experience.Safety: I felt very safe there. Even after hours.

Moises Vega: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was big and clean and one thing that I liked the most was that there are motion activated lights on the bottom of the bed for when you get up ij the middle of the night and see where you are walking. The service was fast and amazing, we ordered a margarita pizza and it was delicious. The valet workers were so nice and they made sure to take good care of the cars. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and I will definitely come back for another night.

Hewing Hotel: what do users think?

geoff nelson: Great place to stay, we stayed here for my birthday and I love the rustic feel while also being well taken care of. We stay here a couple times a year and every time the experience is awesome. The hot tub can get busy on the roof but feels great and doesn’t give off that nasty hotel hot tub vibe which is common with public pools. Truly amazing feeling on a cold night!! Sauna and bathroom area along with shower area is really nice and clean feeling on the roof and they even provide lockers with codes for you to store your belongings while you are using the amenities. Close to restaurants and everywhere else downtown so you can arrive and give your keys to the valet then not worry about driving anywhere until you leave. The restaurants in the building are a bit more modern style diners with unique dishes and as much as I enjoy trying different food sometimes I just want to know what I am getting. Not a negative thing just something different for me. Price totally justify’s what you get at this hotel. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and do not think you will be disappointed.

C T: This is a quaint restaurant with a high-end tasting menu. You start your journey at the concierge booth, which also doubles as hotel check-in. They escort you through large doors and seat you immediately, assuming you made reservations in advance. Our server was very attentive to our needs and explained the pairing for each of the courses we had. The food was definitely a journey for you palate. The caliber of the kitchen is topnotch! The kitchen is open and right next to the dining area, and we didn't hear a peep out of the chefs. That just shows you the quality of professionalism they have. Smooth and running like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend celebrating a special occasion with Alma!

Nicole Gislason: We had the most wonderful experience for my sister's 30th birthday dinner. It was a curated menu where the plates just came out in courses. You let the server know what dietary needs you had at the beginning... We started out with some great cocktails and then a wonderful recommended wine. We loved every single part of this meal and experience. Do not miss this!

Steven Sparkman: Super convenient if you are going to a Target field. There is a metro stop a block away, and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance.Safety: Super safe with card entry required at all times.

Meredith Hines-Dochterman: , then return hours later to drive home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, too. I will stay here again!Rooms: Room was a perfect size for two with a comfortable bed and pillows; temperature was great at night, too.Walkability: The location is a quick 10 minute walk to Target Center and several restaurants downtown.

Mitchell de los Santos: and convenient for the Fillmore as well as the Target Center and other downtown nightlife. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom elegant. The biggest problem was the pillows. They are tired and have no body left to them. Might as well have had no pillow at all. If you are a side sleeper you absolutely have to being your own pillow or you will have neck pain for a few days. Everything else was nice. It's still early in the season and the patio was closed, even though the front desk talked it up, which was annoying.I would stay here again, with my own pillow for sure.

W Minneapolis - The Foshay: what do users think?

Moe Omur (Mo): The W Minneapolis offers a truly luxurious experience that exceeds expectations. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with exceptional service and a modern, stylish atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need. The hotel's restaurants and bars are top-notch, offering delicious food and drinks in a chic setting. Overall, the W provides a 4-star experience that's worth every penny.

Paul McLellan: Growing up in minneapolis, I had always heard of the Foshay but did not know the intricate details behind the history of the place. While vacationing in Minneapolis with my wife, it was one of her targeted areas and we thoroughly enjoyed the museum that told the nuanced history of the building but the great surprise was the observation deck on the top floor. It was a stunning 360° View of the entirety of Minneapolis and was worth every penny.

MaiNhia Lee: The foshay was a nice hotel. I got a suite there on a Saturday and they had a live dj event that night too. Super sweet hotel manager told the bartender to give me their best cocktail drink because it was my birthday and my sister asked which was their best cocktails. She paid $20 bucks for that cocktail and it tasted different but good. The dj event was great as well and I was able to make a few requests for him to play my music. Had a great time there. The hotel was clean and pretty. The 27th floor is where the other bar/lounge was and I was a little disappointed with the size of it. It was small and not roomy at all so didn’t even stay there. Overall, it’s a cute place and I wouldn’t mind getting a room there again.

Rachel L: and it was half clean. We called and immediately got switched to another room which was actually nicer so we weren’t too upset. But then we noticed there was no hot water that night. Figured it was just us and would be fine by morning. The next morning

Angela Radloff: Very nice hotel. Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They have a parking garage next to the hotel. I believe it was $25 for our one night stay. They have a bar and bistro. They serve Starbucks coffee. No complimentary breakfast so we ended up going out to get some breakfast. Pool is on the 14th floor. Near view from up there.Walkability: It was about .6 mile walk to US Bank stadium. Not bad.

Matt Palmer: Nice placeLocation: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …

Gayeon Lee: The room was super clean and well organized. Also, they offer early chek-in as well as Late check-out with no fee. They also have a luggage keeping service which is perfect for travelers. Every hotel room is dry but here has a small heat one side of the room and it blows the air directly, so it feels more dry. Generally I really satisfied for the wonderful service. Recommend

stefanie duncan: and that it drops you off right in front of the stadium. The entry, bar, and food was great and awesome service. I was super impressed with the room we got, so comfy and the view was amazing. I booked this hotel by mistake, but it was the best mistake I made. Alexi Wells: Loved the convenience of staying here for our visit and attendance of a concert. We tried using the digital room key feature but it was touch and go. It only worked sometimes and we ended up getting locked in the elevator which resulted in us requesting physical room keys.Rooms: Our room had a unique layout but that made it so the TV was really far from the bed. Jessica Java: My sister and I stayed a couple nights here. The people were amazing, polite, and always had a smile and a hello. The food from the bar and grille was awesome and very delicious and the men working in the kitchen and the front were all amazing themselves. Great service and hospitality...would definitely recommend you to anyone

Tanner Whiteford: Great location and wonderful staff. The bar tender Dante, has made my stay even more enjoyable and his level of professionalism is his roll was unmatched. I will stay here from now on when I come back.Rooms: Very comfortable bed and quiet room on the edge of the city.Food & drinks: Wonderful bar staff

Dawn Schwinghammer: The partnership that Hilton has with Abbott Hospital for patients and their families is priceless. Our experience was flawless which was greatly appreciated during my husbands surgery.Desk staff were patient supportive and friendly. The valet staff hands down are invaluable! Shuttling worried families back and forth to the hospital gave us peace of mind. The restaurant staff were friendly and also patient ...great food! Our room was clean and comfortable. Nothing negative, but suggested: better pillows, and breakfast starting at 6am.Nearby activities: Shuttling to Abbott

Jack Lee: Stayed here while in town on a business trip and overall had a great experience. Lots of restaurants and other places within walking distance. It’s also easy to get on the highway from this hotel which was a plus because I had to drive out of downtown Minneapolis. Service was great and got free breakfast vouchers too! Moxy Minneapolis Uptown: what do users think?

Rick Jonsson: Moxy Minneapolis Uptown is located about a 30-minute drive from the airport, MSP. Situated in the up and coming part of Minneapolis and next door to restaurants and gastropubs, all within a block or two. The hotel looks like Moxy does, and the ground floor is all about social activities and work, with the bar as a centrepiece. In the basement is the gym, small but with treadmills, crosstrainer, and a bike as well as dumbbells and a punching bag. The rooms are nice and well-planned, if you want something special, try the junior suites, they are fabulous! The main drawback is that there is no food, which is okay for lunch and dinner, but an inconvenience for breakfast as there is nothing close early in the morning. Otherwise, it's an excellent choice

Meghan Resch: Overall the hotel was great. Good location, comfortable, clean. Only issues I had with it was there's no fan in the bathroom, the shower sprayer was broken which meant only getting water from the above waterfall nozzle. And the lobby smelled SO strongly of cologne the 3 days and nights we were there, so strong it could be smelled before you even walked into the building. We were given drink tickets for the bar when we arrived that we never used because the smell gave me a migraine so we basically held our breath when we walked in until we got into the elevator. Besides that it was a good hotel and stay

Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown: what do users think?

Steve Schwendemann: Did not have a great stay this past weekend. The place is dog friendly, but no where for the dog to go to the bathroom. Pretty dangerous place at 4 in the morning when the dog needs to go.Valet parking is not very convenient for all the money they charge you. If you don't have the staff stop charging these unbelievable prices for a service you can't provide! Hotel front desk extremely rude.As a diamond member will not be returning to this "Hilton"

Nicole Fae: I find the valet situation quite inconvenient. In my experience, this hotel's valet service stands out for all the wrong reasons. Upon arrival, there's no valet available upfront; instead, you have to trek inside to the front desk to retrieve your claim ticket, with no assistance for your baggage. When leaving, the process is equally cumbersome; you must check out at the front desk rather than with the valet, resulting in longer lines. Additionally, maneuvering luggage through a lengthy hallway and a non-ADA compliant door adds unnecessary difficulty. As someone with a busy schedule, these inefficiencies added an extra 20 minutes to my stay. Having visited numerous hotels in DT Mpls and worldwide, this setup feels more beneficial for the hotel's operations than for the guests' convenience.Rooms: The suite was very nice. Low lighting in case you are getting ready for an event. Bring additional lighting

Lis B: Non ada rooms and the hotel in general are very hard to navigate with a wheelchair. Breakfast door does not have an automatic door for wheelchair access, so you can't get in to eat without help. Generally clean

Paul McLellan: It was one of the absolute finest hotels I have ever stayed at in the country.Starting with the lobby, it is a spacious welcoming area with a great little cafe off to the side that provides complimentary drinks and snacks every night. The included breakfast is a stunning variety of warm and delicious food. The hallways themselves are a marvel as they are spacious and ambient, welcoming you to your room, which is clean, private, comfortable, and sized perfectly.

Russ Landreth: , overall great customer service
