lisa dearing: I had Cortec flooring installed in my bedrooms and hallway. I had a wonderful experience from bid to installation. Everyone was always professional and courteous. The installation went great, I saved money by ripping out my own carpet and all of those pesky staples and carpet tacks along the outer walls, I thought I got all of them, but I did hear them pounding down some I must have missed. It was no problem.I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of floors.

Cheryl Jirik: I’ve used this business at least three to four times. Staff has always been pleasant. Their ability to clean rugs with nasty stains is top notch. I highly recommend Kjeljiks.

Cole Sarar: Quality repair work on our Turkish rug. Cleaned, mended a large unraveled part, threadbare spots, and unraveling edges. Not cheap work, but this is intense labor, so it’s worth the investment in our heirloom.
Andrew Evans: I can't recommend them enough! We brought 3 rugs to them for cleaning in 2023, and they did a great job. They also were able to patch up some moth damage to one of the rugs. We also bought a larger rug from them, and they had the perfect one for us.

I found one other rug place that did this cut and serge service that was fairly dismissive about getting a decent match - Keljiks did a really good job in a fairly short timeframe and it wasn't that expensive at all.

Today I went looking for a new rug and, of course, this was my go-to place for very high quality rugs and professional service. I spent over a hour there with the team looking at photos of my home and searching for the perfect fit. I narrowed it to two rugs and they kindly offered to bring them both to my home so I could see how they looked with the rest of my furniture. Within an hour they arrived at my home, took up my existing rug - vacuumed my floor- and put both options down for me to see. Because of their amazing service - I did find the perfect rug and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Navab Brothers!

We purchased LVP for our kitchen/dining room renovation and while it went well overall, this was about the only part of the project that was flawless from start to finish. We took our time figuring out what style we wanted and Dave was very patient with us, allowing us to bring home samples several times to find the right one. Dave placed the order for us and everything came within a week or so. Scheduling the install was easy peasy and the installer was on time, efficient and extremely professional. David was super helpful getting everything picked out and set up, and communication was excellent. I’m particularly impressed with the installers. The stairs are perfect, and I also needed some wood trim installed, which matches so well no one would know it’s not original.

Kris Tiessen: in early 2020 but ended up putting the flooring project on hold until recently. The same flooring wasn’t available and costs for what was available were higher than what I wanted to spend so I was pretty disappointed, but Dave offered to keep an eye out for new products that would fit what I was looking for and would be a similar fit for my budget. He called not long after to let me know a product was just coming available that would be similar to the one I’d liked previously and had samples sent to me. Once I selected the color, it was a quick couple week turnaround for the ordering and to have the installation scheduled! The installer, Dan, was so easy to work with. He moved the few furniture pieces I had in each room as part of the job and offered to put on floor protectors if I had them while putting the furniture back so the feet wouldn’t scratch the floor. He kept the space clean through the process so I didn’t have to worry about my kids stepping on anything and did an excellent job on the installation. Highly recommend Big Bob’s, Dave and Dan were easy to work with and so helpful and the flooring looks wonderful!

Bob's Binding cut and surged one into a circle and made the excess into a runner, and trimmed 2 ft off the other one. This was at a fraction of ordering custom sizes from the store, and they were ready in about a week. The people were amazing! Their customer service was rooted in an era we don't get to see very often anymore. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer, and my order was handled with care.

Dave Feitl: We had installed living room carpet a few years ago and then decided to re-floor our entire first floor with a durable woodlike product. Not wanting to throw away the carpet investment,. We cut a portion to save as a throw rug and headed 6 Bob's to get the cut portion rebound. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and invited to bring the carpet in for sizing. Once that was done, I was shown the binding and backing choices. I went with the basic binding and felt backing and was told it would be ready in a week. One week later I was laying out the "new" throw rug in my living room beautifully bound and ready for use. Great experience and Bob's was great help in figuring it all out.

My husband fixed the issues over the weekend and I rescheduled with Katie for him to come on Tuesday the 8th in the morning. Well, much to our surprise, we had to abruptly leave because our baby decided to arrive 3 weeks early and we had to leave for the hospital right when he got here. My mom drove over so she could be available to him if needed. Mid day she ended up having to pick up my 9 year old from school due to a migraine as well. Hectic day but Bob was great, even helped get my son an ice pack for his headache out of the freezer for him since they couldn’t go upstairs. We came home with the new baby on Friday and were so happy the house was no longer in shambles!
