I've had three different coaches throughout the years, and each one brings something different to the table. We currently have coach Adam Wallschlaeger, the office funny guy. He helps balance out my team as his personality is basically the complete opposite as ours.One of the most valuable things we've done with Action Coach in the last year was to complete a 5-year plan. This has been tremendously helpful in keeping me on track, which can be hard for me to do.Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The weekly meetings with your business coach will keep you on track to achieve your goals. CCoaching is not for everyone. It’s a lot of work and they won’t do it for you. Nik ‘s: I work with North Star and found everyone to be great, supportive, and driven to add growth to our clients and financial advisors to the business. They train throughout the country. You own your brand, practice and clients. I would definitely check them out. Great training program, great support team of those who have been in the industry for several years. It isn't just about one person, it is about everyone helping everyone. People's History, People's Trust, and North Star is in the People Forever Business.

I attended an information meeting put on by her Northstar Resource Group that explained my options. Anne came to my home & later we met again in her office. She is extremely knowledgeable about medical insurance, & benefits, is personable & accessible. She tries to tailor your needs with the right plan. I would DEFINiTELY refer her toothers.
