LuckyLeafeon: the staff here is super nice! the clinic is beautiful and squeaky clean. great snacks too. individual TV screens with Netflix and headphones for each donor, so you don't get bored while donating. really great place to donate blood!

The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly and they did an excellent job setting my mind at ease.I did get a little woozy and they did everything possible to make me comfortable and ensure I was okay. Even with the slight wooziness it was an overall pleasant experience and I plan to become a regular donor in the future.

Amy: Everyone is always really nice here. I switched up from donating at MOA to here, because they are a thousand times quicker. I never have to wait too long to donate. I always feel really good after donating and the conversations with those that work there are great, too.
Ben Wojcik: I've done many blood donations at many places, and this is honestly the best experience I have had. My phlebotomist, Emma, was very friendly, efficient, and had the best needle work I have ever experienced. Honestly barely felt a thing. The facility is also very quick and efficient, and I didn't wait a second throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!
Heli Aldridge: Speaking as a long time blood donor across multiple states, this is the nicest place I've ever donated blood. The vibes are festive and friendly, they have fun bandaids, bobbin' music, comfortable beds, and chipper knowledgeable staff.5/5 would donate here again.

Tyler Hays: As someone with social anxiety, I always feel nervous about donating plasma, but the staff at CSL Plasma on University Ave make me feel incredibly comfortable. They are kind, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. They answer my questions, create a welcoming atmosphere, and demonstrate genuine care. If you're nervous or have difficulty communicating your needs, this location is a great choice. Their professionalism and support make a significant difference.

montago DaKing: Haters gonna hate. If you are a regular here, you would know. The staff here is awesome. They have a holes that comes in all the time. So bare with them. They are human like us. Most staff here will try their best to get you in and out as fast and safe as they can. They keep everything clean, great staff, great phlebs. You just gotta work with them and not give them attitudes because of something you may have did. All and all great location. You can be donating and feel like staff is family. That's the relationship they have with regulars. Trust me I am a regular. Know me by first name.
