The tots, with special dip were pretty good, the sliders were tasty, and had flavour.If you came here in the summer, you had a wait for anything, which is just had to be accepted, the wait staff were always doing the best they could, and there were a lot of tables.Outside in the summer & fall was where it was at, even if you didn't get too much of a view of the river. The atmosphere was what it was all about.Sad to see this go, among unique, quirky, and fun places to go.

Prim Ilagan: Psycho suzi is an okay Tiki Bar, by default since it’s one of the limited Tiki Bars in MN. It has a large nice patio along the river for warm nights. Inside the decor is 70s tiki with bamboo and palm top to bottom. The carpet is neat- printed wood planks. There’s a sizable drink menu but is not served in Tiki Mugs unless you decide to purchase the mug. We had pizza, it was okay- nothing special. Drinks are below average. Ambiance is fun but not much else going on there.

Lynn Martin: We went early, around 7pm, on a Friday for a cocktail. Loved the atmosphere, the view and attentive, friendly service. The drinks were beautiful and tasted fantastic. It was a great place to sit and chat. I can understand how going early is key to finding a place to sit and enjoy the view. Seating is limited. We did not eat there so I can't comment on the food.

Micah Sinnwell: I have now been there twice to see live music. The place is great for seeing bands. It's big enough to give you some space. The stage is decent size. We had food once, which was pretty good and priced fairly. I will definitely be back.
Karl Coombs: I've never felt safer anywhere else. This is my home bar. I love the karaoke by Steve, who is amazing. My favorite bartender is Dwayne. He is an amazing guy who will make sure you are taken care of. The other Karaoke people such as Serenity, Oliver and Rosé are awesome as well. I have never had a bad time here. All staff are there to make sure you have a good time. It is always top notch!

They have a private parking lot behind the place and by the time I got out of my car the lot security was there to verify I was going into the VFW. The used a radio to check in with someone else. This is a great thing. When I left I spotted at least one security person monitoring the lot.The food was decent and arrived quickly and the place was clean

Daniel Lopez: Neat hangout spot, very unusual location for a Ferris wheel but we’re here for it! At the very top you can see the Minneapolis skyline far in the distance. They also have a 9-hole mini golf course while you enjoy your drink or hang with friends. Both of these activities need tickets which you can purchase at the bar. Seems like a really cool spot to hang out with friends for some drinks.

Noah Jorstad: This is such a beautiful building, we were so interested in all the fine woodwork and details. We couldn't believe the building wasn't a bank or hotel or something years ago.However, I was a bit let down by the food. The pretzel was good although I'm sure not made in house, and the very spicy mustard just tasted very horseradishy. My Flatbread had good flavor, but I'm sure the Flatbreads aren't made fresh either, it was floppy and chewy.
Stefanie Alarcon: So this review is over a 3 day visit time span. My friend and I were visiting Minneapolis and we stayed downtown. We decided to go here our first night and fell in love. The inside of the local feels like an old pub in Ireland. We kept coming back because the food was delicious, they had non-alcoholic Guinness, and the service was excellent. We only ate there twice but went back for a non-alcoholic Guinness one of the days just to hang out. We tried the cheese curds, the Shepherd’s pies and the Corned Beef Flatbread over 2 visits and all of it was delicious. If you’re staying in downtown Minneapolis give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Dan K: Saloon is an institution. Gay nightlife hot spot for drag, dancing and mingling. I have been going to the bar frequently since my 21st but the only criticism is the music in the main dance floor on the weekends. Whenever I bring my friends to dance it is always repetitive EDM/house music that isn’t very danceable and sounds similar and gives us a headache after a couple hour and a few drinks. If you want new and old pop bops that get people excited I would suggest Jetset. The physical space and atmosphere of the saloon can’t be matched and will obviously be still a popular spot for me.

Richie J: Benny the bartender if you are reading this you are amazing! My boyfriend and I wanted to go to a bar for our 5 year anniversary and I picked this one. It was our first time going to a LGBTQ bar and we loved every bit of it. Even at 7pm when they started to play our favorite show- Friday Night Smackdown. Music was great and the people were amazing. We had fun! I had 4 or 5 drinks which came out to be $24.00! I highly recommend this place! Super fun!

Skol: My wife through a dueling pianos birthday party for me. The piano players were very talented and had great vocals. Rock It Man Entertainment was even able to work with a few moving parts considering our event was out of state on top of it. Hats off to them.

Kara Forrest: 1,000 out of 10. Easily. The guys were fun, energetic, brought the energy, and had so many fun, unique touches through the show. We couldn't have asked for more. All our guest commented on how great the pianos were. From our friends getting down on the dance floor all night to those sitting at their tables singing along. There was something in the show for everyone. A guest requested The Thong Song to be first song played and when they busted that out the dance floor filled and really didn't break all night. A lot of non-traditional wedding reception songs, but I think that's what made it unique and different and also it was the perfect mix of our friends and families since they were the ones putting in the requests. We wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding and we were so happy these guys were a big part of our day!

Matt Kussy: wife told me that she found a wedding entertainer that did live piano music. Even though I had high hopes my expectations were far and away exceeded with the experience we got with Jon. Very professional, easy to work with, and provided live, hilarious commentary while we stumbled through our cake cutting and signing the certificate. All of the music was amazing, even the odd requests from people such as baby shark and the Pokemon theme song. Everyone we have had a chance to talk to since our wedding has raved about how great the music and dancing was. If anyone mentions planning a wedding or needing music for something I will be throwing Rock It Man’s contact information in their face. Can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful night.

Julia Walfoort: I've been here a couple times now and have always loved my time here! Great atmosphere and super fun to hang out with a group and play some ping pong! It's also never been too crowded and getting a table hasn't caused any issues. Only downside is that they have limited tab beer options, but overall a nice selection of cans and bottles. I'll keep coming back!
