Phil Bauer: We were looking for a company who could help us with a complete master bath remodel, as our travertine floor tile was cracking in several places resulting in a slow leak creating stains on our first floor ceiling, so we decided it was the right time for a complete update. The entire team at CKB, including Jolynn, Kaitlin and Lisa, together with each of their subcontractor teams, did a great job with our design, demo, construction and cleanup, keeping us timely informed and doing high quality work every step of the way!During the demo, we discovered the entire wood subfloor beneath the shower had rotted through due to improper construction when our house was built 14 years earlier, which was the source of the tile cracking and leak. They were able to repair the subfloor for only a modest increase to the final project cost, and still able complete the job close to the originally estimated schedule. There were a few other more minor items that had to be redone during the job but again, CKB made things right for us at no additional cost for the items needing additional attention. They weren’t happy until we were completely satisfied.We would definitely recommend choosing CKB for your remodel. The may not be the least expensive option, but the quality of their work, timeliness in all communications and focus on getting things done the way we expected was completely worth it to us. Shari Levitt: We have lived in our house for over 20 years. It was time for us to remodel our primary bathroom and the kid's bathroom on the second-floor level. I had been casually researching remodeling companies for a few years. I came across Crystal Kitchen & Bath, left a message for the company, and received a quick reply from Jennie Hjerpe.Jennie came to the house and followed up with three different digital designs for each bathroom. The designs matched our style perfectly. Jennie assisted us in picking out every detail necessary to complete our bathroom designs. The final designs were beautiful! We committed to having CKB continue to design complete floor plans for both bathrooms.The project included entirely gutting both our bathrooms. We received a detailed schedule and calendar, which CKB adhered to strictly. The contractors were timely, pleasant, and efficient. They even tidied up at the end of the day. We had a couple of hiccups in the process when we discovered some water damage on the roof and in the attic. CKB contacted a roofing company who came out promptly to look at the damage, provide an estimate, and complete the work adequately. Additionally, some of the fixtures we had ordered needed changing, and Jennie provided suggestions and made the changes quickly and satisfactorily.The cost for the project was on the very high end. However, it included the design, materials, contractors, labor, and more. We did have to check the work at the end of every workday to make sure everything was satisfactory. The contractors forgot to complete items on the design plan, so we contacted our project manager and resolved it. For example, we had to have the mirror installer fix a crooked mirror, the countertop guys redo the grout color, the painter came out several times to improve the paint job, and the plumber came back to repair the leaking faucet that was not correctly installed. We were very grateful our project manager calmly and effortlessly dealt with every problem until our punch list was complete.The entire process was a huge success. Our bathrooms are beautiful! We love the heated floors, bench in the shower, beautiful vanity, quiet fans, and the pocket door in the primary bath. We love the modern look, black fixtures and handles, and half glass open shower door in the kid's bath.We recently contacted CKB to prepare a new kitchen, family room, and laundry room design. We hope to commit to the plan soon and begin another remodel project for our family home. Nicole Lorentz: shattered on me. I was looking around at a few places to replace it, and The Shower Door Place was one of them. They have a great showroom, and the employees are great at talking through the options and price ranges. I was happy to hear that the standard glass thickness was larger than the previous company's, and they had options that seemed safer than my last door. Besides this, the price was comparable to other companies, maybe even slightly cheaper, depending on option. Also, the employees that I worked with, were all very professional and friendly. Not that this should sway anyone, but they all seemed to be dog lovers as well.Once I made my initial measurement appointment with them, someone came out to measure my shower area and then wrote up a quote. They didn't pressure me into using their company, and were very willing to answer all the questions I had before I made my decision. Once I chose them for the installation, just had to wait the lead time they had given me. They let me know when my glass and shower parts were ready and then scheduled an appointment. Took at most, 2 hours for the whole install.I have been using the shower now for a couple of months, and love it. I feel safe with the door I chose and the design is much sleeker than my last one. The Shower Door Place was very helpful and efficient. Definitely would recommend going with them if you are in need for a new shower door.

The kitchen could not accommodate our family of five and did not have a pantry/dishwasher/full size fridge/ or full size oven. With limited space we felt stuck. However, as we worked with Bre, she was able to see so much potential and completely transformed our kitchen!
