After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! That’s a great service! I’ve already sent multiple texts to friends about how great their store is and I think moms-to-be need to check it out! Low sales pressure matched with exceptional service! Courtney Spiess: I had issues with staff not calling me back when I called the main number to get an update on my furniture order. I called several times and was told I would get a call back with an update. That didn't happen until I left a google review. If you're looking for an update respond to the confirmation email instead. That would have gotten me to the right person faster. Once I did get through to someone who knew what they were doing I got good service and he came up with a solution that worked for both of us.

They called me back just a few hours later and had one set of bed rails unclaimed for and said to come by the following week and pick them up. I went today and they had them all ready for me and brought it out and loaded it into my car. I cant recommend them enough! Modern Focus Experience: I’m not even sure where to begin - this is the cutest baby store I’ve EVER seen! I called in a panic after arranging a car seat for our 2 month old upon our arrival at the airport… well they showed up with a booster seat. I was nervous the same would happen on our ride back later in the week so I googled and found they had a Doona car seat stroller. I called and they had one in stock. It’s definitely pricey but as much as we travel it’s worth it and gave us so much peace of mind for our trip back. I came back two days later when I had more time to really walk through and purchased a few more items… I wanted to buy just about everything but held back!

Kari and Kim sent me pictures of suggested gift ideas and put together the perfect present. Kari and Kim selected a cute card and wrote in a lovely message for my friend and arranged the shipping. I do not live in the area and knew I could rely on Pacifer’s team to help! I called the store and the ladies were so incredibly helpful and responsive. I hope that more people can “call small” and get the perfect gift with a loving touch added vs. shopping big box.

I ran into a problem with something that I bought from another place, and Pacifier Kids came to the rescue, returning phone calls immediately, expediting shipping and getting the trike to me in no time at all for our grandson's birthday. I will use them again and again and again. And when we had a problem with assembly they came to the rescue again and sent us a replacement. They are amazing, and their inventory is amazing as well.

Ashley G: I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the multiple Pacifier locations I have visited over the last 4 years of being a customer. However, I wanted to share that recently I had placed an online curbside pick up order for a bassinet stand 3 days after having a baby and during a horrendous snow storm. Due to the dangerous road conditions the store’s usual transfer truck couldn’t get the product from the warehouse to the store for me to pick it up and when I called to inquire about the order the person I spoke to was so amazingly kind and put the item in her car and drove it to the store for me to be able to pick it up immediately. It was so unexpectedly nice and I am so grateful.
