Jack, especially went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me replace a 15 year roof top box with a Yakima Skybox 12 carbonite.Highly recommend Rack Attack for purchasing a roof rack system. Michael Ward: Put on a Thule Crossbar System at Minneapolis Rack Attack. They picked the right system that fit my needs and put it on in under half an hour. Very Pleasant experience and I highly recommend them because it is very hard to pick the right system that fits a flush rack like what is on a Jeep Compass Trailhawk.

Steve Nelson: I always start my hunt for racks and accessories here. Except one time when I was in Sioux Falls and in a time crunch for some tie down straps for my kayak. The first place I called didn’t know what I was talking about. The next place said they were out. The last place said they don’t sell them. Most people just use some ropeSo I called the guys at Rack Attack. Yup. They knew what I was looking for, put me on hold, and came back to tell me that they did, indeed have exactly what I needed in the stock. They put them aside for me without even asking me to pay for them until I could pick them up upon my return from South Dakota. Lesson learned. Stick with the pros.

I cannot recommend him, the products, and the crew more highlyI got a little relief from my sticker shock when a renewal by Anderson independent contractor gave us a bid for almost exactly the same amount- within $1,000 or less than 1%- but after the discounts and credits that Andy told us about, we saved about 35%, with interest free refinancing for the first year. A major expense, but they look fantastic and we are done for decades now.I want to also especially command Sergei and Val. They were incredibly efficient, quiet and clean. Obviously very accomplished professionals. Our home looked better at the end of their work day than it did when they began. They kept me informed, and went above and beyond the requirements in all matters.They were very tolerant of my active dogs, as well as being very friendly and solicitous of our schedule and coming and going. I hope you are fortunate enough to have them as your crew, but I have the sense that whatever team you get will do a great job for you.

I had them make a custom boat cover for my 1977 mirrocraft turned out awesome . the owner could not been nicer, i went in to get a few spring fasteners that they don't usually sell but because he had a few in the back he just gave to me for free because that the type of guy the owner is.... really isn't a nicer guy. the heavy duty fasteners broke from the heavy snow and the repair held without any issue!!! would highly recommend to anyone looking for tarps, pool covers, boat covers . really great quality work with customer service that you just don't see anymore ....
G W: . This was a specific request when I brought the boat to them so I would not have to double tarp it for protection. Update 9/11/20: They have extended the sides of the cover and re-positioned the poles so it will shed the rain. They did a great job of taking care of the couple of issues and I am extremely happy with the result.
John Xiong: They fixed my torn in-half boat cover and added additional reinforcement. Price and time was reasonable. Will consider a new custom boat cover in the future with Tarps.
