It's unnerving to be dealing with asbestos, his knowledge and advocacy for his team put us at ease!Tile removal: The crew that came in was super friendly. We, of course, couldn't be there while they were working but the foreman sent updates as the day progressed on when they would finish and how things were going.Clean up: When the crew left they mentioned some liquid from clean up had drained into our laundry room and hit some of our boxes of new adhesive tiling we were going to install. They said they cleaned it up, and all was good. When they left I noticed that it wasn't just water but some oily cleaning solution -- making a handful of our tiling unusable. Additionally, there was some leftover cleaner in a few other areas of the construction area. When I let the foreman know he replied quickly that he would come back in the morning to fix and clean it. He did exactly that and the office took into account the unusable tiles in final bill. While not an ideal / smooth situation, AAA's entire team handled it very well and I would still consider it to be a 5-star service!!**note for anyone looking to remove tile - I would recommend moving anything on the floor in adjoining rooms as well. We were only told to remove items from construction room!
