The salesman that came was thorough and listened to all of our needs and requests and made helpful suggestions. Helpful updates were provided while we waited for our products which helped keep stress levels low. Once the products were in, the work was scheduled quickly and completed in the time scheduled. The installer was friendly and answered all of our questions. The installer walked us through the finished project to ensure everything as as expected. The end product is amazing and we are so happy and pleased with our new kitchen.

He did an excellent job, installing and cleaning up afterwards. Today our city inspector came and said it was an excellent job. One of the better ones he has seen installed. He was also happy they replaced/installed new smoke detectors in all the bedrooms.

The sales meeting was prompt, straight forward, and fair. Install was a few months later and the team who did the install was great! We ran into a few minor concerns that the team addressed promptly and professionally. We have a few friends who have had refacing done by other companies and are shocked by the lower price tag we had for the quality job we had done!
Richard Thibert: We have been discussing an upgrade to our kitchen for a while and decided on resurfacing as our best option. After consulting with several companies we chose The Window Store Inc. The sales process was simple with many selections for colors, styles, and options. Shortly afterwards a representative came out to measure, plan and confirm all our choices would work as expected. We did encounter a cabinet where the door opening was too small for the slide out chosen. The representative took our information back and the team had an excellent option within a day. Once the selections were processed and in stock we scheduled an installation time. The team that installed our kitchen was very professional being sure to section off the kitchen to keep the rest of the house clean. The attention to detail was refreshing to see. It was rewarding to see our vision come to life. We only encountered one concern where a switch for the garbage disposal was in the way preventing a door from being installed. After the switch was moved, a technician returned within a few days to complete the installation and actually resolved another item he noticed that we had not. We are very pleased with both the process and the result. Thank you The Window Store!! I have attached both before and after pictures.

Cory Stewart: We had a bad hail storm with damage. We had a referral for Knutson Partners Construction. We could not be happier that we made the call. We had never had to make an insurance claim, Joe came to our house saw the damage and made the call to our insurance. Joe met the insurance inspector at our house then helped us the rest of the way. We had roof, gutters, and siding damaged. Seeing we were having all that replaced we also decided to do our windows. Everything was done from start to finish in about a month. Peter Znameroski: We had an excellent experience working with Knutson Partners Construction this past summer. We primarily worked with George over a couple projects on our house. The first project we did with them was a repair of our wood siding that George did the estimate and work for. George was personable, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns when he came out to do the estimate. He then sent us a reasonable quote for the work and did the work himself in one day. He made sure the paint he used matched the current paint on our siding and walked through the areas he repaired with us after he completed the job to make sure we were happy with the result and to see if we had any questions. After they completed that job for us, we worked with them to do new roof and gutter installations after our insurance approved our storm damage claim. George found us the exact shingle we wanted and Lonn got our roof and gutter installation scheduled much earlier than anticipated. The roofing crew was done in one day and the gutter crew also took only one day to complete their job the following week. George came by later to see if we were happy with the job and if we had any questions and to put the finishing touches on one of our downspouts and a door that he had replaced for us in between the roofing and gutter jobs. We really appreciated their expert craftsmanship and excellent customer service. You could tell they wanted to do the best thing for us and our house and to make sure we were pleased with the end result. J Allen: Chris and his team were well organized, responsive, and communicated well considering the weather impacts to the schedule. The crew was efficient and did high quality work. They got entire roof done in 2 days despite some pretty ferocious storms which required stoppage of work a couple times. The foreman was wise about completing sections at a time and keeping his crew safe. They cleaned up amazingly well and the dumpster was taken away immediately the next day. Jason Grom: We had a hail storm come through and I contacted Knutson Partners because of a referral from our neighbor who was pleased with siding work they had done at their house. Lonn came out and gave a thorough quote for the damaged roof, windows, and downspouts. He helped us explore options and the roof was done in record time. This is a superior product to the craft built and ez-breeze product line. Within 5 weeks, we were measured ordered and installed. The team is knowledgeable about the product, has a great showroom and demonstrates all the products. They specialize in these windows and it showed day of install. We had 8 windows and a door to install. They did these all within 2 - 3 hours and the job was top notch. These stackable windows are a great addition to our 3 season porch. Thanks Brandon and his whole entire team. For us, it was a great way to start Christmas this year.
