However, I was unhappy with the car I took initially - I felt cramped and had difficulty getting in and out of it - so I asked to exchange it for something bigger. No problem! Lizzy and Jacob were great, graciously helping me out with another car. They couldn’t have been nicer, while also efficient and professional.

I rented a car and my email was wrong and when i called the customer service number i was told they could not fix it over the phone, so when i returned my car I went up to the counter and expected the same thing i was told over the phone. Rob Doty: I got to pick out my own car, load my bags and I was off. The car was clean and had low miles. Very easy!
Tim Kuhn: I'm not really sure about the other competitors and how they work because I've been only using National. I love that I come out of an airport after a long flight and simply pick a car without having to fill in paper work. It makes air travel so much easier. Will probably always use them as long as their pricing is competitive.

Hilary Hasty: The counter attendant was friendly and helpful. He offered extra coverage, but I declined. No problem. Service was fast—maybe 10 minutes max, including the wait.You then take an escalator to the parking garage. I picked a car from the assigned lot and headed out.Return was a breeze. Just follow the signs. No extra fees that I can see. Would rent here again.
Robert Nelson: I rented a car from this location about a week and a half ago. I almost didn't because of the reviews left, so I felt it important to leave one myself.First, the positives: Once I found the location, I was in and out within 15 minutes. There are many reviews about insane wait times, which may be true during peak travel times, but this was not my experience. The transaction was quick and easy. This was around 4:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.The negatives: So, technically, I could have rated lower; however, after spending half a day traveling by plane, my main concern is getting the vehicle and getting on my way. With that said, there are some things to be aware of. First, Dollar/Thrifty/Hertz are under the same umbrella at this location, but they are not located at the rental counter with the other companies. My biggest complaint was that it was hard to find in unfamiliar territory. There are signs at the counter saying where to go, but if you don't know the layout of the parking garages, it's not easy to find. We had to ask for directions.The person running the counter wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant either.Like I said, my biggest issue was trying to find the place, but I can't fault this company since the airport is probably partially responsible. My rating is based on my experience once I walked through the door. Not-so-pleasant attendant, but quickly processed the transaction and got on my way. That's what matters the most for me personally.
